This Starbucks has been my go to location on my way home from work! If I need to a snag a snack or pick me up coffee. It's ready really quick! Even if there's a line in the drive-through your wait is not long at all. It's a good location, you can access it off of Plainfield or 75th. They have outdoor seating if you wanna read and enjoy the weather but if you're staying indoors, it's very clean and the staff are really pleasant! read more

This starbucks location is super slow. The staff that took my order, Matt, was super friendly. There were about 5 other employees also working. I ordered a tall black iced coffee and it took 10 minutes. During which time I saw mobile orders come and go and plenty of drive thru orders being worked on. This location has a decent amount of seating. Music is a little loud. Parking lot is cramped. Watch for cars speeding through as well. read more

Two Star is an outrage. This is, at a minimum a Three Star Operation. I have been going to FourBucks since I was 13 in Seattle. While, I don't like espresso, My coffee is always right and the folks are courteous. Even when I'm the Dbag on his phone rolling through the drive thru and they are trying to speak to me. read more

This Starbucks is definitely on the slow side. They took forever for simple drinks (black coffee), and they weren't busy. The café/restaurant is loud. You can't focus to read or work. You're totally on top of other people walking around. read more

Wanted to get some work done so I stopped into this Starbucks. Walking in it was very clean. There were plenty of tables to sit and and I loved the fact that there were outlets at just about every table. The baristas were very nice and friendly. I ordered the oatmeal and an iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso. Instead of oatmilk I got almond milk. Both were really good. It wasn't too loud and I was able to get alot of work done. This is the slowest Starbucks. I worked at Starbucks for 3 years as a team lead and we had one of the busiest stores. Everyone in this store goofs around, takes 3 minutes to make a drink that takes 45 seconds to make. I go through the drive thru and the barista forgets my order 3 times. Starbucks is supposed to be held to certain speed standards. This is a busy location, but I will avoid this one at all costs. And now with the tipping as a guilt trip. No way. Don't tip here until they can increase their speeds. read more

I am a regular at this Starbucks usually I'm satisfied; however today was a complete disappointment. I ordered my coffee without ice and this is what I got. Ok I love this Starbucks! I used to drive to others before this one opened but now I call this one MY Starbucks. Mike the manager is incredibly nice as well as multiple other staff members. Yes the line can be long especially in the morning but that isn't something they can avoid in my opinion. Theres always the one asshole who has to order 12 drinks through the drive through for the entire office. They can't control that though! If you're in that big of a rush make your coffee at home. I leave my house early just to make sure I can stop and get my coffee at THIS location. They are always so damn cool at the window and they often remember details about previous chats which always impresses me since they see so many people every day. Distasteful establishment and horrible customer service. This is not a Starbucks that I frequent often, only when necessary because it is within route to my gig. I ordered my usual, and upon receiving my courtesy cup of water, there was no ice. I mentioned it to one of the baristas who hastily and messily (might I add) shovels a mere scoop of ice into the cup. So much for professionalism - LOL. The woman that rang me out, Jill, was super rude and curt during our encounter. This is the same barista that "mistakenly" makes another customer's order twice, but neglects my sandwich altogether, so I am nearly waiting 10 minutes longer for a breakfast sandwich that takes all but a couple of minutes - if that - to heat up. At that point, I had began to monitor the timing because I was now late for work. In the meantime, Ms. Jill and her counterparts are too busy chit chatting as if all of the orders in the lobby had been attended to and served. I looked about me and saw that I was one of few remaining patrons that had been waiting for their orders. I brought these concerns to the staff's attention and the sandwich was made within minutes. It is a poorly ran establishment; I'd recommend taking your business to the other side of 75th. There are a great deal of unfair and persnickety reviews on here so I thought I'd leave a positive one! I live in Boston, but my mom lives off of Cass and I always look forward to coming to this Starbucks when I'm home! Every single drink I have ordered from them has been well made, and the people who work here are always so nice and conversational. When i asked about my coffee they said we are making it right now and then she made 4-5 coffees for drive thru people... Beck is the rudest worker ever all the other workers i have never had a issue with everyone is so nice there. My friend was in the drivers seat inserting my card that has a chip and she does not have a card with a chip so she took it out early because she thought it was done and Beck said she took it out to early and was like seriously guys and snatched the card out my friends hand and started swiping my card keep in mind they are not suppose to touch the card due to COVID-19 then we got our drinks and she walked away from the window and we were still there because i wanted to get the name and when i asked for their name because i wanted to speak to a manager about their attitude they just looked and me and slammed the window without giving me their name then they walked back and some other person came out and i know it was not the manager because i know the manager i go there everyday and i know all of the staff there and all they had to say was sorry about that i'll talk to them. My order is always correct, my coffee tastes good, and the baristas are professional. The drive thru is nice though I prefer to go inside.

I'm so glad this new location is finally here! It's so convenient. They have a drive-thru and also a good size space inside for you to sit if you need to do any work. They are pretty quick with getting your orders. They have always had multiple baristas every time I've come in. I'm quite amazed by how fast they get every order ready. My orders can get pretty complex, and I haven't had any mistakes. read more

I'm not typically one to write reviews of any customer based businesses, because I've worked my fair share and have encountered plenty of frustrating situations with customers. But I've also never cried in a Starbucks until this morning. While waiting for a mobile order this morning, the employees ignored all of the guests who where waiting - and all of our drinks were ready. The barista had to remake a few drinks because they had been sitting so long that they were cold. What happened to calling names? That was completely ignored. My food was cold by the time my drinks were "ready" even though they had been sitting the entire time I was there. Don't go to this location if there's more than two customers in the drive through - they don't know how to work under any pressure or have good relationships with customers. I miss the days when you could have a nice short conversation with a barista and they made you feel like a person, and they don't make you cry. read more

I have been to this Starbucks many times. However, today I went at 5:00AM - when they are supposed to open (according to Google and Starbuck's posted hours.) I waited in the drive thru for several minutes with no service and eventually drove around to the front, where 4-5 staff members were visibly chatting. I knocked on the door and was greeted with a strange hand gesture. I knocked again and a staff member finally came over (mind you, I've been here for 15 minutes now) and stated, "Oh! We don't open until 5:30, it's new! HA!" and shut the door in my face. Totally cool with the new opening time, however, they should update Google and the times posted on the door to avoid customers waiting 20 minutes. read more
