This store is a beautiful gem in a world of dirt. This store reminds me of what all Starbucks used to be. Focus on beverage quality, making the customers day, and making the moment right are qualities that still ring loud within these walls. I genuinely believe this team enjoys what they do and takes pride it in. Not only is this Starbucks super accessible from the busy intersection surrounding it, but the drive thru line is usually short and quick. I went to this location to get a hot tea and the young girl that took my order -first was super friendly. Second when I came to window she asked me if I was feeling sick, that she could tell and when she brought me my tea(which she insisted to her coworker to bring it to me) and told me she hoped I felt better soon and it was honestly the sweetest thing and only person today that asked how I was feeling and concerned. I usually come here once a day... 'cept on the days I come here twice a day. Which, turns out, is a fairly frequent occurrence. Come to think of it, I think I've got an appointment with a Venti Soy Chai in about 25. Reasons I come here: -Drive Thru -Drive Thru man who seems kinda 'stoner-y' is AWESOME. Always good convo- even at the ungodly hours I make appearances in their drive thru -Starbucks reward card... every 15 stops I get a free drink and there's no charge for extras like soy milk or flavor shots when you use your card and it's super conveniant for Drive Thru use. -And though the drive thru line can sometime get pretty backed up, it's still convenient as f*ck and world's better than saving a few minutes but still having to brave the cold. I used to be all "Boooooo Starbucks..." But now I'm all "YAAAAAY Starbucks!" Why? Well my first trip here thru the drive thru I had 2 screaming rapscallions in the back seat and I desperately needed my coffee fix so I could stop feeling like frazzled, tired, "don't make me turn this car around" mommy, and start being patient, soft voiced, "yes, of course we can listen to 'Let It Go' for the trillionth time today!" mommy. I ordered my Trenta black iced coffee, pull around to pay, and wouldn't you know it, the lovely folks in front of me payed for my drink. They apparently just asked that I do something nice for someone else... After leaving a hefty tip, I left with a smile on my face and good will in my heart. Besides that touching moment, the baristas here are so nice and accommodating. Like today, when I couldn't open my Izze soda, they gladly helped without making me feel like a twizzler armed weakling. Or when I asked for small cups of whipped cream for my wild things so they'd stop begging their grandmother to eat the topping off her Frappuccino. And they didn't charge me! It's the little things.... So it only took me 2 weeks to reach gold status, and now every 12th drink I can get a free drink or food item. Plus every now and then they do free drinks or half off certain items. Those free refills don't hurt either. It's crazy how fast I can take down an iced coffee. read more

It's a good Starbucks in general, I got competent service and the space is conducive for a little work. The problem is the drive through, it's very busy and keeps the workers from being able to be human beings. The workers have to handle both sides at once so while finishing my order on the inside, she's also handling an order outside. No mistakes but it feels like I'm intruding on a military operation, OPERATION LATTE. I'm the embedded reporter who they have to make sure doesn't get run over by the heavy equipment while they are invading some country named Lisle. read more

Slowest Drive Thru line in the State of Illinois! Moved to the area months ago from Schaumburg/Roselle area. Starbucks Corporate should check out and time Lisle/Maple. It's always min 10-20 minutes just to get an espresso. I swear they don't even start making your drink/food until you get to the window. Speed it up Starbucks! Cause I hate Dunkin Donuts and won't go anywhere else. People are nice, just very slow. read more

I'm someone that loves going to the same Starbucks but I'm starting to think I might come to this one more often! I've been here a few times over the last few weeks. It's a good size shop with plenty of tables and chairs. The staff is very friendly and quick to make the drinks. Everything seems clean and organized. There is a drive thru but I don't think I will ever attempt it. The drive thru is off of 53 and it always seems very busy and difficult to get into. I happy to go in at this location. I love Starbucks and this location is one of my favorites!! read more

The coffee has been barely warm twice in the last two weeks I've been to this location. I've had to put it in the microwave when I got back home. Two words. Drive-through. (I still can't force myself to spell it "thru.") I don't even have to get my lazy rear out of the passenger seat of the car to get a caffeine fix. But on occasion, I've been inside if I also needed to pick up some beans. Nothing out of the ordinary, just your standard Starbucks setup. The staff is friendly and like all others, overly perky. But even though there are the same amount of employees every time I am there, it seems to take on average 3 minutes longer for drinks if you use the aforementioned drive-through. I don't get it. But it's conveniently located down the street from the Lisle Metra station, and even though I'm upset they forgot my whipped cream on my mocha today, they still get a thumbs up with me. read more

This is the closest Starbucks to where I live, I've been there a number of times...sometimes I feel like these starbucks are hit or miss, especially during the morning rush. I've NEVER had an issue with this location...they are always quick & efficient, even when I'm in the drive thru during the morning rush. I've gone inside a few times, and used the drive thru MANY times. When I landed a job out in the burbs I got a lil' excited...that I can actually drive through Starbucks before work and grab my coffee to go! I like to treat myself every now and then and take a break from the keurig at home or at work. I went today for the un-teenth time using my birthday drink which the email claimed expires May 20th (my birthday was last month) low and behold after swiping all three cards registered to me...no promo showed up, so they gave it to me anyway! Now THAT is service!!!! I got me a venti iced coffee with an extra shot. I wasn't about to rip a place off of two free drinks, I never went to redeem my drink and I read the email again last night before deciding to go. It was super nice of them to grant this to me...I will continue to go to this location no matter what. read more

I don't know if this is a technical issue or not but the last 4 times I've tried to order via mobile from this location it says it's not accepting mobile orders. Other near by locations are accepting mobile orders at the same time. You would think given the small size, and poor drive through logistics, mobile orders would help them space out orders better. But without accepting that, it's basically just wait in line.. Seems like a waste and not smart to stack people indoors these days. The slowest Starbucks in the greater Chicago land area. There is a younger kid there that makes my drink wrong every single time. It's like he doesn't understand the word iced. It may not even be in his vocabulary. Makes my drink hot every single time. Older lady taking orders is way too friendly and chatty. People are trying to get to work. Been going here for the better part of three years now. Used to be great, friendly and interactive staff who cared about the customers. Something happened...new faces, attitude, and a ton of grab ass when they should me attending to customers. I started following no less and less. Here is a tip 20 something Skippy....pay attention when a customer orders a drink, stop playing games with your buddy who is outside picking up trash. Acknowledging your customer and being polite will generally result in repeat visits and a larger tip. You may also try saying thank you when you get a tip and looking at your customer instead ignoring them and thrusting the coffee cup into the car. Yesterday another 20 something just half assed gave me my drink dripping spilled mocha on me and in my car then looked surprised when I asked for a napkin. Totally get what people are saying about the big workspace tables but I sat in one of them and liked it. I wasn't going to review Starbuck's, well because it's Starbuck's; but today the service was more exceptional than normal. usually they are spot on with my order and since I seem to becoming a regular, the order taker guy remembers me and my normal order. Today I have been in such a fog that when I ordered, I didn't order my "regular drink" and he asked if I wanted something besides my normal or did I forget to sub the chocolate whip" GOD BLESS Them for remembering. And I may not be a gold card member, but the drive through girl who I look at bleary eyed most mornings remembers my name and chats for a sec whilst waiting for my order to come up. This starbucks is overall pretty good! The wifi connection is decent and the decorations are very lively and really fitting. The drinks are always made the way they're supposed to be and there hasn't been a drink i completely hated. The food there is also pretty tasty, I especially like the croissants. The employees were all very polite and friendly. The waiting time for the drinks is a little longer than I would like but it's not that bad. I would definitely recommend going here. read more

We mostly use this Starbucks for the fact that it has a drive-thru. However, we have been inside on numerous occasions since they can never get my husband overloaded espresso drinks correctly done.
