This location is relatively new, so it still looked nice and clean from what I saw during my today's visit. I decided to try their Blonde Vanilla Bean Coconut Milk Latte, which I found on Starbucks website. The cashier was nice enough to help me with my order, even though initially she wasn't sure of how to put my order in. One thing that I didn't like about this place was that, as I was waiting for my drink, I could see that my drink was just sitting right there on the baristas' counter, just missing an espresso shot, but no one seemed to notice it or was working on it; somehow they just let sit there for the longest time, until eventually after a long time someone realized that my drink was still there and was just an element away from being done. I had to wait for close to 15 mins to finally get my drink, and I wasn't too happy about it, especially my friend got his drink almost immediately after he ordered. read more

Sunday 7/9 afternoon about 2:00 pm. Staff up front might be "high". Names on orders all wrong both in store & mobile (witnessed guy return his). Our ordered for under Anne and they were labeled Ed. Guy in front of us was Ted and his orders also said Ed. No regret or apologies to me after standing waiting for orders to come up. Laughing and pushing drinks across table without saying what the drink was. How can they write Ed for Anne? I will not return to this Starbucks. Wife also told me her frap was not as good as other locations. Gave one star because my Sweet Cream Cold Brew was good. read more

Normally I would review this Starbucks with a higher rating than what I'm leaving here today because of the great service I've received at this particular location Normally. BUT today's encounter with the cashier "Katie" has made it an EXCEPTIONALLY disappointing one. Apparently the morning crew at this location has come up short of what I'm used to expecting during my usual morning pop-in. Usually my morning brew crew greets me and my roommate with enthusiasm and joy. Sometimes we both get our coffee orders quicker than most. Today though was an exception. I understand how it works. Customer waits in line, orders a regular coffee and immediately receives said coffee (most convenient) right at the register. Not quite the service today. After a few few minutes, I mentioned it to Katie. Apparently, remaking a simple cup of coffee is the worst. The ATTITUDE I got was somewhat BITTER (pun intended). Shops with "open style" counters should be a little more discrete. Foul facial expressions seem to be a thing when it comes to remaking mistakes. In her defense, morning service is NOT for everyone. I get it. I don't know what she's going through at that moment. Next time I'm using the App instead. At least with the App, it's my grimacing reflected back at me. read more

Disclaimer alert. I didn't actually try the coffee at this location. That said, I have never had coffee at a Starbucks that tasted significantly different to me than any other Starbucks location. To be honest, I'm not a huge fan of their coffee. However, the location of this newest Starbucks (in the brand new shopping center on Hacienda just off 580), is perfect for me to hop into on the way home from work. I needed to get a gift card for my daughter's teacher for teacher appreciation week. I was in and out in under 5 minutes. Since the shopping center is still mostly closed, parking was really easy. This Starbucks has been open for a couple of weeks already though and the staff seems to be in full swing. Customer service was spot on even when he couldn't find a sleeve for my gift card. We settled for putting it into an empty coffee cup with a lid. I thought that was a cuter presentation for a gift anyways. I foresee this location doing well, particularly since it will be next door to Whole Foods. read more

Great store with friendly service and lots of space. The place had nice lighting and plenty of tables and chairs both inside and outside. We didn't know that Starbucks had started serving beer and wine. The selection wasn't bad and the food menu options looked amazing. We didn't try any but the Mac & Cheese and Flatbread caught our eye. Having a Starbucks near shopping was a smart move because my hubby was happy he was able to grab a coffee before heading over to Sur La Table and the Rack with me. read more

I needed to go to Whole Foods but I had stopped at this location to get a few minutes of urgent work done. I sat at the long communal table to the left of the entrance and let me say: other patrons cannot respect what community space means. Two patrons sat in front of me, speaking very loudly, extending their feet to hit mine (I'm smaller and was sitting in my allotted space with my back to the wall), and basically man-spreading. I was at my far corner a few minutes prior, and these guys basically made another lady move almost as fast as she sat down. The worst was that one of the men smelled of really strong body odor. It's not my place to judge others but I am very smell sensitive and couldn't handle it. I quickly got my work done and left ASAP. Overall, I would not recommend coming here if you're looking for a quiet place to sit and work. Some of the patrons here aren't very mindful. There's simply too many patrons here who stay for extended periods of time with limited seating. 2-stars for convenience and newer location. read more

I used the love coming here, but now the morale seems very low. There are several things that will keep me making coffee at home: 1. Wait time- I order from home and still wait to pick up my drink- I feel that waiting 20-22 minutes for a cup of coffee is quite a bit of time. 2. Lack of names called- When mobile orders are made, the names are not always called... you are guessing if your order is ready and trying to read the print on the orders behind the glass. Additionally, once your order is ready (and immediately placed where you can't reach it) the employees will not make eye contact with you in order to avoid handing you your drink. It is a very frustrating process. 3. The overall atmosphere is very tense- from the employees to the other patrons trying to to get their coffee. Due to these factors my Nespresso, oat milk, and creamer will due just fine. I think Starbucks will become a rare treat when I have plenty of time and patience. read more

My first visit here a week ago was good. It was in the early morning but they made my drink well and the interior of this new store is cute! My second visit however was less so. They messed up my grande iced coffee 3 times. They did not get it right in the end and I just accepted the drink because I felt bad for repeatedly telling them to remake it during a rush hour. This location gets rather busy because it's right next door to the new Nordstrom rack so I don't blame them for being overwhelmed sometimes. Nevertheless, I would return to this starbucks. This is probably one of the nicest starbucks I've been to - as a result it gets pretty crowded. Seating: Ample seating on nice wooden tables. There are only wireless charge pads on one of the tables. There is also a nice outdoor patio area. Demographic: This is a business area and also a residential area so there's always a lot of people working. Tutors also seem to like having their meetings here which can get annoying as some of them talk kind of loudly. None of the ghetto people you see at my local san jose starbucks lol. Coffee/Food: Great, didn't see any inconsistency from other Starbucks I've been to. Random Fact: The cool thing about this Starbucks is that they have Starbucks evenings every Thursday with wine tasting. Overall it's a great place to work or study. read more

Awesome new Starbucks. I mean - it's a Starbucks but kind of on a different level. They offer wine and beer and on Thursday evenings during a specific time period, they offer wine tastings. What other Starbucks does that? None in this area that I know of! The set up is open airy and large. The tables and seating is spread out so you don't feel like you have to sit on top of others and you can maintain your privacy. The service is quick and pleasant. I read another review that gave 4 stars because of the parking lot. Well - this isn't their parking lot. It's a huge new mall with lots of stores that are situated so all customers have access to the same parking lot so it's lame that someone would comment on that aspect of Starbucks since it's not their parking lot. The customers just get to use it. Anyway, no matter - the parking lot is huge but I'm sure on the weekends it's crazy busy so plan appropriately or just plan on looking for a bit and maybe walking across the parking lot if you don't get one right in front. Easy breezy. You can stop at all the restaurants or shops along the way and spend some money! read more

Went to this Starbucks today and ordered a Grande almond milk blonde latte. The first order came out and was made with cow milk.. and I'm lactose which was okay I let them Know nicely and they fixed it. The fixed drink tasted like water . This is my go to drink and this one I got at this location was horrible . Not at all what it was supposed to taste like it didn't even taste like anything . I was not able to try it in the store because it was during Covid so we have to wear masks in the store and It was super hot and burned my tongue when I got into my car so by the time it cooled down enough for me to try it I wasn't worth it to drive back and get it fixed again. read more

Everytime I get a drink from here it's the worst. I try to avoid coming to this location because my drinks are always thrown together but unfortunately its convenient for my work route. Today I ordered a venti iced chai with 2 added shots and it didn't taste like any shots were in there I had to ask for them to be added still. I also ordered a iced caramel macchiato with extra caramel and it looked like all I've ill no coffee and barely and caramel. I've come here so many times to have coffee and work on stuff, it's about time to review this location! I have always had great service here from their baristas, drinks have been consistent, and the store is spacious and generally clean. This location does have more people who stick around for a good several hours working on their laptops, so come early if you want to secure a spot. When there aren't spots I like venturing to the Whole Foods for a bit and returning to Starbucks when I'm bored of Whole Foods. What's good is there are many outlets on the periphery of the shop, so really only 2 tables do not have outlets. This is my go to Starbucks in the area! read more

Just about everyone at this Starbucks was friendly this morning, I just left the store and the woman taking my order and the 2 male baristas were all very mindful of the people waiting and very kind however they had 1 girl on hot foods by the name of Trinity she was very rude and she was the only worker moving incredibly slow almost as if she was doing this on purpose. I waited 2 minutes for my drink and almost 10 minutes for my grilled cheese when I finally got up to check what was going on i looked over and realized she had maybe 10 bags in front of her and instead of walking them over to the pick up counter she was finishing all orders, I honestly think this was to save her from walking back and forth so there was at least 6 people waiting for their foods all with drinks in their hands. When she finally walked over with 2 hands full of food bags she had a terrible attitude I watched her interaction with a man who asked her about the rest of his order politely and she responded "Yeah! The rest is over there!" In a stern tone he didn't react to her at all just said ok then he asked her for a straw and she proceeded to motion with her hands "Okkk what size straw? Big? Small?" It was uncomfortable to watch and disappointing because I can just image what her co workers have to deal with all day. This review is for the kid who works in the early morning who thinks he should be a talk show host or something. I wish I remembered his name but he looks like the lost member of Saves the Day or some other emo band that ran out of sad things to talk about. Anyways, yesterday I thought he wasn't motivated or having a bad day when he took his time making my drink while talking to his co-worker about the way they would get set up for the day. He obviously did not like direction or feed back from his co-worker Cooper. Cooper was a stark contrast to the Robert Smith protege in how he worked, multitasked and communicated his thoughts clearly. Dashboard Confessional was busy contradicting whatever Cooper suggested all while not making drinks in a timely fashion for the customers. So I left the place feeling disappointed in the service. Then today I came back and Pete Wentz' secret admirer was working the coffee bar again. There was nobody in front of me except the two guys he was talking to who were holding their coffee. They were talking about whatever....being sad, unrequited love or whatever emo kids talk about all whole two cups sat at the bar. It got to the point that one of the customers looked back at me as I sat at the booth, waiting for my drinks to be prepared. Finally they two guys left and my drinks were made. Again I left disappointed. When I got to work by co-worker asked me if I went to the Starbucks at Persimmon Place. The conversation immediately went to how bad the barista was. So I figured if Patrick Stump can waste time at work being unproductive then so can I. I will complain about this turd on Yelp! I love coffee, it's been a few years since I gave Starbucks my business, I've never been terribly fond of their coffee or food options. The last 2 weeks I found myself in Dublin for work. I gave this location 3 tries... I showed up at a different time each try, once in the morning, in the afternoon and in the evening. I've observed this place is sloooow, no matter how many customers there are. Even with 1 customer ahead of me with 1 drink it took over 10 minutes for my drink. The drinks are ok... The store is fairly clean, the bathrooms could use some more attention. I do like their outdoor patio though! read more
