HORRIBLE STARBUCKS. I'm in the area to study with some friends and went to this starbucks 2x today. What you'll get at this starbucks: 1. Bland flavor drinks (I ordered the brown sugar oat milk, tasted amazing a few days ago at a different starbucks and bland at this one. Aren't the formula all the same?) 2. Order a white chocolate mocha to get only milk and white chocolate syrup (keep reading this review, it gets better). Last minute looking for a starbucks to fuel our energy to continue studying... my friend ordered a white chocolate mocha, we drove back home to find out that the drink only had milk and white chocolate syrup. We called and they offered to make our drink again, so she drove back. The barista asked, "Oh, did you want the white chocolate mocha with the coffee?" She nicely respond, "Yes....." We were surprised because how else is white chocolate mocha made? Milk and syrup? The better response would probably be taking responsibility for their actions and maybe upsizing her drink to compensate her drive back. What we got was NO apology and a drive back with a joke question, "Oh, did you want the white chocolate mocha with the coffee?"...LOL!.. The guy isn't personable at all and also left my drinks on the counter and never told me they were ready and was mad when I asked about my egg bites that were sitting done around flies. I was here on the Sunday 11/10 which is in the middle of the veteran day weekend. To be honest the Starbucks is quite busy in the drive-thru, thus I parked and walked in because I'm in a hurry for work. I stopped by for a quick creme brulee latte and a cinnamon bagel. The barista Hunter was talking to the customer in front of me while I'm already trying to order in front of him... It's funny because I said hi to him first before he greets me. Guess what? He did not said hi back lol. Which is fine, I mean it's early in the morning... but while I saying I would like a grande creme brul... guess what? He turn around and talk to the other customer twice... while I'm trying to order... so I.. uh.. feel like it was rather rude... as he didn't said excuse me for a moment at least. Anyhow, third time the charm I finally get the full sentence out. He then said white chocolate latte? I repeated for the forth time it is creme brulee latte. He said name? I replied Eric. Finally got it! Afterwards, I said one cinnamon bagel please with cream cheese. Just like that. He didn't said anything and punch the order in. Here is the funny part, then he ask again name? and then he talked to himself oh right it's Eric. Printed receipt and gave it to me. I feel like the whole time while I'm interacting with him I feel the atmosphere is quite hostile... Anyhow I like to give benefit of doubt as... who like to work on a Sunday morning right? I mean I wish I can call off today, but I'm heading to work too. I try to cut the brother some slack. Got my coffee and bagel and turn out it is the wrong bagel. I mean now this is getting a little ridiculous. Was he high or something? Mind you, I repeated my order 4 times and bagel one time. He asked for my name twice. Maybe he stop turning around to another customer and look at the customer in front of him would help him concentrate? I think I leave around 80-90 review I hardly ever give 1 star by the way. I only ever given one out before this one. But this is definitely a negative experience I won't forget. So bad that even I go to other Starbucks in the future I think this kind of disgusting experience would still give me a small flashback. I just left there and my friends caramel Frapp was watered down and my nitro sweet cream cold brew with extra sweet cream was just a regular cold brew. I tried to give the drink back in the drive thru but she just gave me a small cup of sweet cream and reminded me she couldn't take the drink back because "Covid is still very real". Duh!!! This Starbucks is conveniently located by a lot of favorable shops as well as my families health center. I have been here multiple times because so. Most of the time I have a good experience here. The line like so many Starbucks is usually of a good length but they live through it quickly and effectively. One downside is the drive through line entrance is in a pretty inopportune space. It makes for a lot of extra unneeded traffic and hard to enter. My most recent trip has me all but happy. I have purchased a Starbucks tumbler and while I always purchase At least one drink upon every trip usually ask them to fill the tumbler with water as well. I have never had any issues with this request until come in there. The drive through employee looked at my with disgust and grabbed the cup out of my hand as she grunted and said "I guess" and stormed off. Slammed the window before I could even say thank you. This was again all but what i expect from a place that offers to fill these with your drink which I won't waste toning having them pour it into but I would like to save some plastic by asking for water and just filling the cup they say they will do so in. Some management needs to be addressed about customer service and common courtesy. read more

Came in the after noon for a drink and the drink was fine but the service wasn't. Usually Starbucks's are all right but today was different. There was a tallish girl with dark red maybe burgundy hair who cursing in front of us today. She had been really loud and yelled "no f* way" a couple times across the store when another worker come in. Every morning I go through their drive-thru and order a cafe latte. The baristas are always friendly, they have smiles on their faces and they get your order right. Your wait time is not long regardless of the amount of cars that are in the drive-thru and they provide good customer service. I'm not from the area and I tend to stick to my local Starbucks shop, but I stopped by in search of a good place to study; the atmosphere is a bit busy because of the plaza nearby and somewhat small, but nonetheless, I found a table and began studying away (I know, how sad). The decorations are super cute and festive, making it feel a lot like Christmas time --also, they have a good selection of mugs to choose from, perfect for gift-giving. This location inside is a little smaller than some other Starbucks locations I've been to. Seating is limited inside this one and beware for some reason the wifi connection on my phone was slow here! Which was a surprise to me because Starbucks always has fast wifi. Also, it wasn't too busy here when I came today (Thursday around noon) so not sure why the connection was so slow. Baristas are friendly and my coffee cake order came quick. My coffee cake didn't really have a fresh taste to me. And it they said they earned it up for me but it didn't taste like it had been warmed up. Mediocre pastry. I order the most simple drink. Most workers either complain that drinks are too crazy and if they mess it up will dump it. And make a whole new one. A worker gave me my drink and stated that she will start charging me .50 for not ordering water or ice in my drink. That is so dishonest. If the company allows you to order a drink a specific way. That means they know. I'm not going to bankrupt them by ordering a drink without ice and water. My cup of syrup is at least 5 times the whole carton they use to fill it up. And yet only takes maybe half the carton. If it makes them run out fast. Somebody needs to teach the manager to learn to adapt. And order more. Instead of mistreat me for my order. It's one thing to have a fake worker. But to lie and take more of my money. For a business that is already over charging for their products. And willing to allow me to order my drink the way I do on their app. I don't ask for a single special thing. But they still make my drink honestly and don't water it down like the hamner and schleisman one. I'll give this place 2 stars. But their job literally is to just put on a smile. I do NOT go to this location specifically because of the attitude from the workers. I ordered a Venti coconut milk green tea latte extra well shaken in the drive thru. Those are the exact words I said when I ordered. Not only did I get a back lash of questions over the intercom with an overwhelming condescending tone, it worsened when I drove to the pick up window. The women was a middle aged white women with half blonde/black dyed hair. Also, when I was ordering prior over the intercom, I had asked if I could load my Starbucks Gold card with a gift card (that my mother purchased for me). I drove to the window. Without barely making eye contact, she told me the price of my drink, $5.05. I had my phone with the pay feature up and ready to go in addition to the gift card in hand, hanging out the window, trying to hand it to her. She still seemed confused in the moment of how I wanted to pay. As she began to hand me my drink, I could clearly see the matcha powder was not shaken well enough to dissolve. I asked if she could shake it more for me, please. She looked at me and proceeded to say "What?" I asked again. "Can you please have it shaken more for me, please?" She then asked with a look of disgust, "You want it shaken more?" I replied with "Yes." She shut the window. Then I sat and patiently waited with the drive-thru. I was watching closely while the same lady began talking to the other employee while they laughed purposely and profusely. I returned to this Starbucks because it was a good atmosphere to study as well as kind customer service. However it wasn't the case this time around. The refill policy has been around for a few years now and as a gold member I am very aware of how it works. I'm allowed to buy any handcrafted beverage, and be able to get a refill that is either one of the teas, or regular coffee. Being here before they did give me my tea refill accordingly, no complications. This time around when I handed the cashier my cup and asked for a Black tea refill, she didn't know what if it was even allowed. I even explained to her that I wanted black tea as my refill. Not my previous drink, which was a strawberry acai. I kept telling her that I wanted a black tea refill in my cup NOT my strawberry acai. Then I even explained to her the refill policy from starbucks. So she asked another employee. He didn't know, so he asked the manager, and I over heard the manager say that the policy exists and that I'm allowed. So then the cashier takes my black tea order, which I've repeated to her many times already. And while I was waiting for my drink, she came around from the cashier to me directly (She was supposedly sent by the manager) and she told me " You're not allowed to have a tea refill or coffee refill UNLESS your purchase was a TEA OR COFFEE." (What she told me is incorrect). I proceeded to tell her that, according to the Starbucks policy I can buy ANY beverage and as a refill, have a refill of a tea or coffee and that I will even look up the policy and show her. She told me "You can talk to my manager" The thing is, I heard her manager say it was okay, I don't know why the cashier is telling me differently as if I was wrong. So I go up to the manager, and try to state that I was allowed to get my tea refill. But the manager cut me off and tried to keep explaining to me the Starbucks policy that I EXPLAINED TO THE CASHIER. Same stance as I had given. But then the manager said that the cashier told her that I asked for a refill of a strawberry acai.... I had never once asked to have a refill of a strawberry acai.... I ASKED for a BLACK TEA REFILL IN MY CUP. MORE THAN ONCE. And I even had to argue with the cashier about it that I just want a black tea refill. Over and over and that I was allowed too. So the manager is here "defending" her employee saying that it's so loud that it was a miscommunication between me and the cashier. But being in that situation that was not the case. Because the only thing that can out of my mouth was a black ice tea refill please. Along with me having to explain that this was allowed. I never once asked for a strawberry acai refill. The cashier did not apologize to me for trying to talk to me as if I was wrong and stupid, nor did the manager apologize to me for her employees lack of the knowledge on the policies and benefits that Starbucks offers. read more
