Hello everyone, I just wanted to share my experience at one of the most comfortable Starbucks locations I've ever been in. From the moment I walk through the door, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff consistently go above and beyond to make every visit enjoyable. I find myself coming back here often because of how genuinely kind and friendly everyone is. The team has even started to learn my order and sometimes has it ready for me when I come in, which makes me feel really appreciated as a customer. They always take the time to ask how my day is going and are willing to strike up a conversation while preparing my drink, which makes the experience feel personal rather than routine. Not only is the service incredibly kind, but it's also efficient. Drinks are made quickly and always come out tasting great. It's clear that the staff takes pride in what they do. I also want to give a huge shoutout to the manager, Mindy, who does an amazing job creating such a positive environment. There are also two other coworkers I'd like to recognize. One is a gentleman with ginger hair who is always so friendly, asks about my day, and truly listens. The other is a coworker with shorter hair who rides a motorcycle--she is also incredibly kind and welcoming every time I see her. Overall, this Starbucks stands out because of its people. This Starbucks location sucks. They never get my drink order correct and it's extremely basic. Every time I've gone here it is never right. The district manager tasked me with going to this location again and re-ordering my drink. I did it and they fucked it up again. I literally am so fucking done with Starbucks. read more

Awesome welcome and service at this location. Patio or inside seating. The retro cups were so cool I wish they had reusable cups with this logo. Merch items are so sleek. Luv the new drink ware designs they've been coming up with. White chocolate mocha was fulfilling for the chill in the air. Milk variations saves lives! Clean and organized. Close to the 15 fwy. My boyfriend and I visit this starbucks occasionally when we're driving through the area. The lines are usually pretty long, but they do a decent job of getting through it speedily. That being said, when it's early morning and there's only 1 person working the window, the service is going to be a little slow (which is totally okay). That being said, the service itself is not outstanding? Each time we've visited, they're a bit flat with talking, but like they're just getting their jobs done and I can respect that. We've only really utilized the drive-thru, so I can't really speak on how the ambiance is inside. Their drinks are very typical of a starbucks. So I'm surprised at some of the lower ratings! We have always had a great experience here. This Starbucks has creative staff, everyone is always kind and the drinks are to standard. I've been in the store a couple of times and have always had a great experience...even having staff help me put together teacher gifts. The drive-thru is also very quick and my favorite one in all of Eastvale and we know there are tons of SBs. This morning I had a mommy/son date and we both enjoyed our time. A girl took our orders. Im not going to name her but she got both orders down wrong. I ordered venti w light ice she gave me small size. Every starbucks ive been they just remake your drink in a bigger cup but as the the difference is only couple cents. Here she took my drink and refunded me for my precious purchase and recharged me for bigger cup. Even though she was the one took my order wrong. I understand if i was the one in charge and i changed my mind last minute and wanted to go bigger size i understand i would have paid with no hesitation AT ALL. But the fact that she made a mistake and she went all the way to refund me and recharge me for bigger cup and still my coffee came out not the way i ordered it wasnt really pleasant. When the mistake is on worker side typically it is honored to customer. And when they made bigger size i asked for light ice they still gave me full ice. And the second drink we ordered it tasted like milk they added too much milk. read more

I visit this starbucks to study with my boyfriend, and the customer service here is truly phenomenal. All of the employees are incredibly nice. Autumn & bella stands out as very genuine and nice always going the extra mile to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. The atmosphere is perfect for studying or doing work. On Tuesday me and my friend walked to starbucks. We ordered our drinks and while we were waiting we went to use the restroom. While we were in the restroom using the bathroom the worker banged on the door and unlocked it without even giving us time to talk. She walked in and told us we couldn't both be in. Support your local shops, your local spots and local coffee spots - even if that's Starbucks ! We just moved to Eastvale 2 months back from Long Beach. Thus, one of my biggest hopes was to make sure there was a Starbucks in the vicinity for one of those "just-in-case" moments. It is very nearby and so far, every time I have gone here they have been super nice and helped with my order. I know Starbucks is expensive but it is a luxury-brand that you just pay for. With the economy and surging prices, one cannot expect prices to stay intact. I order it maybe 1-2 times a month as a treat for myself when needed. Lately, it's been the medicine ball that I get. I have been meaning to do this review for quite some time I love coming to this location. I love the staff here they're so welcoming, especially their barista Samantha. She always has such a great smile on her face and she is so friendly and she always remembers exactly what I love in my drink, and I love that about her. It just tastes different when she makes my coffee it always taste amazing I've also witnessed how she interacts with other customers, I feel like she goes above and beyond to make sure that her customers are taken care of, and that they are very happy when they leave. I have two other Starbucks that are closer to my home but I will drive the extra five minutes just for the service so thank you Starbucks for employing great team members at this location. My wife and I where going to see our granddaughters flag football game. My wife , 68 yr old ,needed to use a restroom so I pulled into this location. She walked in to ask to use the restroom and was told that she had to buy something first,'new rules' she was told. A little common sense from the employee would've went a long way to notice that first my wife was not homeless and she was dressed appropriately for a flag football game. And to top it off, my wife said there was one other customer in the place. Common sense and courtesy is not practiced at Starbucks. read more

Poor customer service. I come here more than once a week and get a grande cold brew variation in a trenta cup with extra ice. I've NEVER had a problem until 1030am on 12/31 in the drive-thru. "I'm sorry that's not our standard, but I can give you all the components so you can do it yourself." Yeah, every drink has a standard that the customer can customize. I drove away without purchasing anything because this was incredibly unreasonable. I'm done with the company. Local coffee shops only. read more

I've always usually had a good experience here but today I just feel cheated of my drink. I don't think there's much to say other than showing the photo of my untouched drink. I should've taken a picture from the top, it was just full of excess bubbles from when they shook the drink up (not the salted foam). As those bubbles settled down you could see the situation we have going on here. If there are other people that usually order the salted cream foam then one knows how the cream foam is more dense and creamy not all foam. Overall I just received less of everything, the salted cream foam was barely there, and just mostly air bubbles. Hopefully it comes out better next time. read more

If I could give the store, 0 stars I would. I ordered on the app I did all that was expected of me and when I was when I went to get my drink, they told me it was gonna cost more money. Never at any other store as this happened the lead or manager was extremely rude, and curt, and disrespectful that I will never return and I'm now going to never set foot in a Starbucks for the rest of my long life. My experience today here wasn't best, they seemed to be short staff on a Saturday evening. I usually come here all the time to pick up my mobile orders and today I placed an order but did not realize until 10 minutes had passed and it still wasn't out so I checked my order on my phone and realized I placed it for the wrong store, my mistake. so I waited patiently to get some help at the register was even willing to pay for another one, they were prioritizing the drive through and online orders and once the female employee came to help me at the register she in my opinion was rude, I explained quickly that I placed my order at the wrong location she stayed quiet then replied with ok well what's your order but in a rude monotone and in a rush so I said no worries and just left. I tried to tell the cashier what I wanted...and she wasn't helpful either. So my first several visits were amazing. I'm not sure if they had a new turn around if staff. My drink is very specific. Very minimal ingredients. Literally it's just syrup. I work 16 hour days. So I buy my drink so I can get it ready for work. They literally have been watering down my drink even when I specifically ask not to. I try not to be difficult and I leave without trying it. That's my fault. So now I have to go inside and watch them make it. But that honor system that you're drink is done right is gone. I order exactly the way the app allows is. Corporate says that my drink is absolutely fine. The store manager would just have to order the syrup In higher quantities. That's not an issue. Especially when they're raising prices. I'm so disappointed. Imagine your drink. And unless u try it right away to make sure. It's pretty much you just got flavored water. read more

I absolutely hate this Starbucks location. Yes, it is convenient to just come to this one because I live down the street but I would rather drive a couple more blocks to get better service. Please hire real barista that know how to make the drinks and better customer service! I have been coming here since you first opened and in the beginning the service and drinks were great but the last few months have been e been horrible. There rude at the window and they never fill the drinks at all. I always get a grande latte and they always fill the cup to the middle and that's it. What am I paying for??? A tall size? And when I order a drink with whip cream they give it to me without. I tell them where's the whip? Oh we don't have any! Ok give me the option and tell me when I'm ordering BEFORE that you don't have any. Maybe I would change my drink of choice. They never fail to disappoint me every time I come. First time coming to this location and I absolutely love it. Everyone is super friendly and very welcoming. The young lady helping me was so sweet and re made my drink when I forgot to tell her I needed soy milk and didn't make me feel bad about it at all. The drive-thru baristas are usually pretty nice, but every time I go in after making a mobile order it seems like I'm waiting at the counter for forever. This starbucks is super close to my house so I'll usually place a mobile order before heading to work... but i'm stuck at the counter trying to make eye contact with 5 of the baristas as they're walking back and forth and it seems like they're avoiding asking if I need help? Normally the mobile order pick up is accessible to customers at other locations, so i'll just walk up and find my drink and go. But i have to wait at this location for a barista to finally ask me if i need help and by then i'm running late to work. I don't like being a Karen because I work retail and deal with Karens and Susans all day long but it's not hard to just spot a customer waiting at the counter, hand them their drink, and go back to fulfilling other orders... all in all takes about 30 secs read more
