Took a family member to this location. The staff was so rude, disrespectful and not engaged. My family member was not impressed with flavor of the drink. More ice than product with horrible flavor. I tried Starbuck's cortado for the first time. It was pretty good. It tasted very good and was smooth. It was just a little heavier on the foam than it should have been. Actually, it should not have had the foam. I liked the cortado, and I really liked the friendly service at this location. The employees were not shy about having a good conversation. This location has a drive thru and plenty of inside seating. It's good for larger groups. The store was very well organized and clean. read more

Went here the other day for a snowman cookie and a latte . Latte wasn't full which is why it's one star less . Doesn't usually happen at this location but sometimes it does, and these coffees aren't cheap , so fill em up! Snowman cookie is cute , don't think I would buy it again though . I really think Starbucks should stop asking for tips. I went to this Starbucks today and they did not have the half an half out. they ask for a tip before you even taste the coffee. Usually I get my coffee and it is over roasted and has a bitter taste. I don't tip people that ask for tips before you even taste the food or get the service. Awful customer service. I paid extra for foam which they forgot. Had to go in while raining. Batista makes a big cup and gives me a drop. I asked if that was it and she simply said yes. Over a dollar more. I have never been skimped like this before. They only have business because of their location. If you can wait, go to another location. On my way to the river, going to this Starbucks that's on the way instead of my normal one I did a mobile order and it's a simple drink with what I want in my drink right on the label and somehow it's completely wrong. Pure mocha. That my drinks almost black and so thick I can't even drink it!! My friend walked in and grabbed it and put it in the cup holder so I didn't pay attention until we are on the road and I pick it up and see it's so dark. I tastes it and nothing but thick mocha. If you want your order messed up, come here. They will without a doubt get your order wrong every single time. From the wrong size drink to the wrong milk (which is a costly mistake considering dietary and allergy restrictions) and just handing you "your" drink and you won't even be able to distinguish what's in the cup. I've tried giving this location chance after chance since it is so close to me and every single time they have gotten my order wrong. Even when I order drinks off THEIR menu. Perhaps this is a management issue not training their staff properly. Regardless, it's upsetting and disappointing. Today I ordered a drink off their menu that is specifically made with oatmilk and they handed me a drink made with almond milk and quite frankly I have no clue what the rest of the flavor could be. We went to Starbucks earlier today, a Mexican lady took our order and we drove to the window to pick up, I paid for the drinks and the barista said thank you and closed the window, about three minutes later, she opens her window and says "was there something else" I said yes I would like our drinks so she handed me one drink and shut the window. She re-opened the window about two minutes later and said was there something else? Usually go here because it's the closest to my house but probably won't go again after today. Alternative milk costs 70¢ which isn't too much of an issue because I can't have dairy(small price to pay to not be sick). Today I got my drink which I ordered through the app and with the first sip I could tell that is was dairy milk. I already drove away when I noticed this so no point in going back. Checked the label and it said oatmilk, checked my online order and it said oatmilk. I thought "maybe I'm just overthinking it" so I kept drinking. It was definitely dairy milk. I've spent my last half hour sitting on a toilet in a Mexican food shop that I had to pull off the freeway to find. Absolutely miserable. I don't mind my drink tasting off(more or less sweetness than usual, etc) but when I pay extra to not have an allergic reaction, I want to actually get what I paid for. Minimum wage employees complain about not being paid enough but can't do the minimum job requirements that they are expected to do. read more
