I always come by here since I'm passing by everytime i go to work. This store had improved alot for the past 5 months. It started with one bad seed, but this person has improved and changed. It was a fine and luke warm Friday morning, nearing the end of a scorchering summer, as I moseyed on down the Interstate 10E in my trusty automobile to my establishment of employment. I have been to allot of Starbucks over the years and this has to be one of the best. Starts with the manager, she is very attentive and always have a warm smile. :) Very helpful on what i want and looking for. Always knowledgeable on her coffee and products. Her staff is very well trained and customer oriented. Fast and efficient and never a long wait to get the right drink. Pros: Fast and friendly service whether walk-in or drive thru. These baristas are here to serve us and ensure that we have a better day. Try working at a Starbucks before you complain and cry about their lack of attitude and amplitude. I'm not the biggest Starbucks person, but I love the atmosphere they have going on here. This is where I always meet up with my high school buddies. They recently banned smoking within 20ft of the place, but people still do it. Employees are very friendly. If you want quiet, and piece of mind come here. I come to this location about once a week the workers here always get my order correct sometimes the lines are long & the workers are nice.

I like coming to this Starbucks in the morning sometimes before I go to work. Drive-thru may seem long but it moves fast. The workers are very friendly and out going. The baristas are very fast and professional and get your order to you in about 5 minutes or less. There's plenty of parking and if your heading home towards Pomona on the 10 its a great place to chill to wait for traffic to die down. read more

I would give this a five-star review if their whole staff was friendly. I love their coffees. However there is one "barista" they have at the drive through window that never greets you and doesnt put sugar in the coffee (about 4 times shes "forgotten") other then that id say a great location for anyone needing coffee and to get back on the road. read more

RIDICULOUS! Not your typical Starbucks. There is one outlet in the corner out of the whole damn store. Also, as I was putting in my order, the FOOL walks away to go do something else, then comes back and takes my order again. This used to be a place I would make a pit stop for before work but in recent weeks, I have been dissappointed at how my drinks have been turning out. I LOVE the fact that its a drive thru but when your order is wrong.. it's a hassle to turn around or park to walk in and have it fixed. The funny thing is that they seem to always repeat my order to perfection but once I head over to the pick up window, something always seem to be off. I'm not the one to be super picky, but when you are Asian and whole milk doesn't agree with you... It's something that you can't ignore! Other than that, I'd say this Starbucks location is still one of the better ones in the area. If you are a fellow yelper who's also experienced this, my advice is to take a sip or inspect your caffeinated concoction before you leave the drive thru! read more

None of the workers knew what a London Fog was. One of the workers frustratingly said "that's on the special menu - do you have thee recipe with you?" This is the first Starbucks I've been to that doesn't know what a London Fog is. read more

Love this starbucks because it's right off the 10. The ambient is nice and quiet in the weekends, perfect to get some studies done. Line may not be long but can take a while to get ur coffee done. They tend to go light on the creamer, so i always have to add more after. This store gets a 5stars from me. Staff is so much nicer than the one on Atlantic and Valley where i usually go. read more

I love the coffee that I ordered but the service there is just bad. This male cashier didn't greet at all and he didn't offer my receipt until I told him that I'd like to have one. No eye contact no smile no greetings, he was like a robot. And I went to pick up area waited and waited. Turned out he didn't yell or give the barista my order and no one was marking my coffee. Until I was asked by one of the lady barista of why was I waiting and what was my order. Ppl behind me all got their drinks ahead of me. I will not go to this one anymore. Had an awful experience here with their employee Ginger. She was rude and acted irritated form the moment she started to put my order in. She was impatient when my mother went to get a mug to purchase. Not the kind of customer service I expect from anywhere I do business at much less at Starbucks! When making a purchase I expect the employees to have common curtesy and offer better customer service. Not happy at all with this experience. Two words, Avoid Ginger. THE WORST STARBUCKS EVER!!!! Not only did they forgot my order, they did it wrong too. I ordered pumpkin spice latte no whip cream, been waiting forever then I noticed that the people after me got their order first. I told the other guy about my order (since the girl has been ignoring me) and he said "oh yeah" . When I got my order, I noticed there was whip cream - the girl just scooped it out.... WTH!!!! poor service, poor quality of work. I hope the people that work there read. If I wasn't in a hurry, I would've ask for a refund. It is the worst starbucks. I will never go back. I went there to buy some gift cards for Easter and I was given empty gift cards but I was charged for them. On the receipt, there were different account numbers so they wouldn't give me a refund. I know, for sure, the barista took my actual funded gift cards and gave me empty ones. If you are buying gift cards here, make sure you check to verify that the account numbers on gift cards matches the receipt. Of course the manager was not helpful. She basically treated me like I am a liar. I had to cancel my credit card to dispute the charges. read more

Amazing service!! They always remember my regular drinks and have it ready before I even say anything. They're fast and patient even with customer complaints. There could be lines out the door and they get it moving so quick that you don't even notice the wait. All of the baristas here are always friendly and nice no matter the time of day.
