This is the worst Starbucks next to the one in Oxnard by Walmart. It is super small and crowded. The drive thru is a joke. The speaker was moved back several years ago causing major back ups i to the parking lot. People will cut in front of you and disregard you waiting in line. Then if you do a mobile order it wont be done on time because there are so many people inside. This Starbucks is in the worst location in the Vons shopping center. There are other locations in Fillmore that are convenient and can accommodate larger crowds. read more

They recently renovated this location and it's so much more open and comfortable than before! We were greeted by a young man who gladly helped my mother order a cold version of the Medicine Ball drink (which really defeated the purpose of the drink, but she didn't need to know that). We waited a little longer than I expected for our drinks considering there was a short line for the drive through and only a few people inside, but nonetheless my drink was perfect. We come to this Starbucks when we can and love what they have done with the place! Very nice! read more

When I walked in I was glad to see the upgrades since it had been awhile since my last visit. I placed my order went to the bathroom can back my drink was done but my sandwich was not. I waited 15 more mins after placing my order before I could get the attention of a team member. The store was not busty maybe 3 people in line and a few in the drive through. The women at the counter, who I'm assuming was the manager because she was asking what needed to be ordered, kept her back to me while I was waiting for her to turn around and ask if I needed help. It took me to waive down the person on the bar because I could get anyone else's attention. This store always has a problem when I visit but today was ridiculous. read more

The drive thru moved fast. The first time they took our order the employee was rude. Handed us our drinks and didn't tell us that was it. It was a "Here you go, bye " type of thing. Never experienced that before at a Starbucks. We let it go. Second time it happened, another cashier was rude. We asked for another straw and she rolled her eyes and gave it to us. The worst customer service. This store for whatever reason closes the lobby early. I went to this store in the evening about 6:30 pm on March 30th , as I tried to enter the store , one of the employees shook his head and said they were closed and to read the sign posted on the window . The side Stated they where closing at 7 pm . When I tried to tell the guy that the sign stated 7pm and not 630 pm , he came and told me to leave and shut the door . In an otherwise dingy strip mall, Starbucks stands out as a great place to grab a coffee on my way North 3-4x's per year on my m/c. The drive thru was so backed up I swear everyone in the entire world was here. I was tired and had been on the road all day so a nice yummy Starbucks sounded perfect. I was expecting the happy employees like my local Starbucks. I guess these guys were too tired and felt burnt out after the busy Christmas season because they didn't have very much excitement or bubbly personality. My coffee was great and I was very happy to have that yummy liquid goodness. I just wish it didn't take over 30 minutes in the drive thru to get it. I think this might be the only Starbucks in the area so that might be a reason for the long lines and the huge amount of people. Next time I'm going to skip this one and search for another Starbucks maybe down the street or in the next town. They were also out of all the treats I wanted. read more

Reviewing 1 star because every single time I go here they mess up my order. There was no line. I was polite. I always say take your time there's no hurry. Today I ordered a Tall Pistachio Latte with Decaf Espresso and just 1 pump of the syrup instead of 3. They got the changes correct but then decided to give me a grande?? So now I have a Grande amount of Milk with just 1 shot and 1 pump. Its all just Milk and doesn't taste like anything. I ask for extra ice they don't give me extra ice, next time I ask for a cup of ice on the side they don't give me the cup of ice on the side either, next time I ask for light heavy cream 3/4 of my iced espresso is heavy cream..... Stopped in here 6 pm on a Sunday. Not busy at all but could tell the floor had not been swept all day. Also the condiment counter had a spill on it that was dry, been there for a couple hours at least .. expect much better from Starbucks Update. I visited this Starbucks on my way home from Santa Barbara. I ordered ahead with the SB app. Arrived approximatey 7 minutes later. Barista asked what I had ordered, and said she would get on it. Went through drive thru ordered 3 drinks, 2 of them were hot (medicine balls) as I pulled up to pay, scanned my gift card and gave my debit card to pay balance. She handed me my medicine ball, I grabbed it and the top popped right off and spilled all over my hand and wrist. At first didn't hurt to bad but as I waited it started to burn. The girl at drive thru was very nice and sympathetic (actually think she got scared) I assured it I was ok, it was burning. She gave me a towel to clean up. She informed the manager who came to window to let me know if I need anything to call them first. Didn't give me a card or anything not even her name. Got the rest of my drinks and my debit card back and drive off. I got home and just happened to check my gift card and balance was still there, so I thought they gave me my drinks for free after accident but come to find out they put it all on my card. Not that I was expecting anything but would of been nice to be offered a free drink or gift card. This will not stop me from stopping by every now n then just feel manager should of took my info and wrote an incident report or something. read more

I am a quality professional so I know what I am talking about :) I write reviews to encourage or discourage people from the business, and I write reviews that the business might read and take heed. This is the later. This morning I was given a grande pikes place in the drive thru. Well, the hole for sipping was aligned (rotated) with the seam on the cup. In this unfortunate condition, the cup dribbles on you. Of course, the coffee that you are able to drink wakes you up and you notice embarrassing wet spots. Upon drying, these become brown spots. From my non- scientific observations of people with brown spots, I can only assume this problem is common. In fact, it is reasonable to assume that some people clean this up, change their clothes, or that it is unnoticeable only because their clothing is dark. I therefore believe we are only seeing the tip of the iceberg. My peeve is not with this particular store. Rather, it seems to be a general Starbucks oversight to not control this process. The drive thru takes foreveeeeeer! Only two cars in front of me. Just go inside or some space else. The service is ok and the coffee is the same as any other Starbucks, so if that's what you're craving it's the only one close by that I know of and it has the drive thru, which is convenient if there aren't a lot of cars. read more

Being a Starbucks frequenter this is most certainly not on par with the chain's best interests. I stopped here on my way up the coast coming from northern LA county to grab a quick pick-me-up for the long drive ahead around 4 in the afternoon on a Monday. During this trip I used the drive thru to order my Venti Iced Carmel Latte. The drink came out "so-so" it had a taste that was somewhat off to me; however, in a hurry and wanting to get on the road I decided not to turn around and walk in. I trekked along. The worst part about this location is the time waiting for your drink. I swear I was waiting at the drive thru window for well over five minutes without even a glimpse or a hello before I was acknowledged. If you can wait to get to either Santa Clarita or Ventura (depending where you are traveling to) I would highly recommend the wait. read more

On my way back home from spending my day in Santa Barbara and a stop in Santa Paula I needed something warm and wanted a white chocolate mocha and a piece of loaf bread. Used the drive-thru and Starbucks never disappoints. Window employee was nice and handed our order quick. It looks like there are some mix reviews for this place. My experience with this Starbucks has been great every time I have been here. I usually go during off peak hours and the staff always make my drinks correctly. When I use the drive thru I never wait for more than 2 mins for my coffee. Even at 5 am. the staff are polite and cheerful. A coffee and a smile are the two things I need to start off a perfect day. Keep up the good work. read more

Review is for the Drive-Thru only - I have no idea how the rest of the store is run. No line whatsoever getting to the speaker on the drive-thru. It was a 4pm on Saturday so that could have had something to do with it. They took our 2 drink orders promptly and then we waited behind 2 other cars waiting for their drinks. Probably took no more than 5 minutes to get to the pay window and the girl was happy and pleasant. Gave correct change and our drink orders turned out correct. I mean, it's Starbucks. If they do a bad job, you complain and you either get your drink for free or remade. You don't exactly go for creativity or personality right? Ordinarily I'd wait to review until I had the chance to actually go in and experience service but I just don't think I'll ever be back to Fillmore (and if I do, it will be to go to the Tea House!). read more
