This Starbucks is poorly managed and is probably the worst Starbucks experience. The drinks cost more than other Starbucks locations, they don't make the drinks correctly according to their own recipe, and then don't want to fix the drinks when they mess them up. A cold brew coffee with cream comes with 6 pumps of classic syrup. They almost never include it and then want to say that's how it comes. If that's how it comes, please tell me why the app and recipe display the 6 pumps of classic? Avoid this Starbucks like the plague. The drive thru line is always ridiculous and shared a drive thru with Chase Bank. I really wanted to make this Starbucks my default location as it's conveniently on my way to work, but I won't be frequenting this one if they can't get a $4 drink right. This has happened at least 4-5 times in the last month. Really disappointed. read more

I don't usually have issues with this location but it's starting to get worse. I always order advance on the app, it's easier on everyone. Pull in today and the batista on the speaker was cold and short (I've always taken notice of the extra bubbly super friendly service so this stood out. We get our things, I check to make sure we got everything and we leave. My husband grabs his venti coffee and the cup was only 2/3rds full. So essentially I overpaid for empty cup space. He said it didn't taste right either. My tea tastes off as well. Then the small overpriced sandwiches we ordered were all stale. We could barely bite through the bread. I typically don't take issue with places over food and drinks because crap happens, maybe they're training someone new or short staffed, but when I pay $35 for 3 drinks and small sandwiches I at least expect it to be somewhat decent. Sadly it looks like we just won't be going to this location anymore. read more

My go-to's at SB are pretty simple. I always opt for a cold brew, drip, green tea, or just a plain latte with coconut milk. I'm not a fan of the fancy sugar-laden drinks, so this review is just for the basic drinks. My drinks have been good so far. Service is also good. I go inside because I hate waiting in a drive-through. I get antsy if I'm just sitting in a running car, but waiting in a building doesn't bother me.......hmmmm.....,musings from Monie :-) Anyway, servers were all smiles & friendly. This is a tiny location right next to the Chase bank. Each time I've been here, it's been quiet inside. The drive through is always packed. They also have a few seats outside under an umbrella. This is the last time I will be using this Starbucks. I'm tired of coming here and something not being done right. My drink wad made wrong, twice. Had gone through drive thru and to a drink, realized it didn't taste right. So went in and asked it to be remade and it was still wrong. I think they have there mixes wrong. Also the ham and swiss sandwich was completely burnt on the bottom. I'm done trying to support my local Starbucks, but I will gladly go to White Settlement or even Benbrook to get my drink made correctly and have my sandwich not burned. read more

I was in your Lake Worth location Starbucks not my first time every time I go everyone there is so very kind always greeting you with a smile I have had the opportunity to meet the manager Myra I have never met a manager that is so helpful by taking her time and greeting you helping the employees. I have seen this manager pick up trash when it's busy come out and help always with a smile Starbucks. I hope you know Mayra is a great asset to your business, every time I go barista's are awesome there are very nice. This SB seems to be hit or miss when it comes to consistency in the final product. I order the one of two drinks every visit and it's rare that I get the same results. Sometimes the drink is great, other time they are off the mark. Today's visit was a good one from the drink perspective, but a bad one from the service perspective. They had this young man working the espresso machine and he was moving at about 1/2 snail pace. After a number of drinks were backed up, and he was;t getting any faster, they finally switched him out. As he was ambling about trying to figure out if he should take off or keep on his apron, he pulled it back and forth over his head literally 4 times, he decided he must be hungry. At that point he dug through the stacks of cookies that were getting ready to be put into the case, opened one, broke off a chance, decided he didn't want it and put it back. He then ambled around to the customer side of the case took something out and proceeded to sit down and grab a bite to eat. Perhaps he had low blood sugar or something, but to me, but he wasn't quite with it. I called over one of the girls working behind the counter and told her about the cookie monster and, without me having to press thankfully, she threw away a bunch of the cookies from the box he ransacked just to be sure she got the violated cookie. I know that it's tough to know what employees do every second of every day, and I am certain this is an isolated incident, but hopefully this young gentleman got a refresher in what not to do to... read more

I've gone several times to this Starbucks but I will say by far, the evening shift is very bad. I've had problems with my orders 3x now and it's only the evening staff. When I got my order 3 of my drinks were not correct. I paid for extra caramel extra mocha and got nothing on them. Mind you it's an additional 1.60 to each already $5+ venti drink. I asked if I could get it corrected and the manager was clearly upset and asked what was wrong with them after I told her it was missing the extras since the beginning. When we were walking out she screamed out "you're welcome" as if it was my fault she made my order incorrectly. Don't know what her deal was but it was very rude. I don't think we've ever had such worst customer service in any Starbucks combined as much as this one. Can't even complain because she is the store manager. This is my local Starbucks so I frequent it at least once a week. Service is quick and I've never had to wait very long for my order. Also I've never had an issue with order accuracy. The drive-thru is very busy so I typically go inside to pick up my order after ordering thru the app. The issue I've had is that my Americano is never HOT. It's always just warm. If I order a latte it tends to be hotter than the Americano ever is. Many times I need to zap my coffee at work to bring the temperature back up. So if I had one recommendation for the management at this location is to watch the beverage temperature to make sure the hot coffee is *hot* not warm. read more

I like Starbucks. This Lake Worth location has the best layout for me. I like the galley look. Good Feng Shui (been waiting a while to use it). I have been here at least 2x before. But today, just wasn't a good day for the baristas and me. After I ordered coffee I felt like some bread accompaniment. However, as I looked at the ware in the display case I saw a swarm of houseflies. Come on, guys, really?! The barista said "oh, don't be put off by the flies...your bagel comes from the back!" "Oh, well then I'll just swallow my barf... in that case..."(I thought). Ladies...how about we remove the insects before the clientele see them...??!!! Jim Rohn says "we get paid to bring value to the marketplace!" I see little value in the flies ( whether you get the biscuit from the display case or the autoclave (sanitizer machine) in the back!!! Well, I finally got my bagel (felt like an hour). I had to work HARD to eat...( you know, with thinking about flies and all). Gonna give you ONE MORE CHANCE than I ought to, JUST CUZ I LIKE YOU! I love this location. There is usually a line wrapped around the place, but they move you along pretty quickly. On a few occasions, I have just run inside when I absolutely couldn't wait, and was in and out super fast. They seem to do more business in their drive thru anyway. The inside is very spacious with lots of seating. It's a great place to just chill and stay a while with your laptop or tablet... unlike some of the other Starbucks in the area that just have the little wooden tables - this one is more comfy. The drinks are consistently good here and I am a huge fan of their birthday cake pops and their pumpkin bread... both are so good. read more

I do love my Starbucks...and I understand why mobile order drinks are behind the counter. Even though this establishment is the only Starbucks that I've been to that does this, I really do get it. However...please don't ignore the customers to come in to pick up their mobile order! It is very frustrating to stand there and wait to be acknowledged! This is a great Starbucks! The drive thorough is super easy, the parking can be an issue with the bank attached and the surrounding businesses. The place is always clean and usually good spots to sit and enjoy your coffee and treat. Plus, check your email etc. read more

I give this place three stars based on good and not so good experiences. The coffee is typical Starbucks coffee so nothing out of the ordinary. Often times the service is somewhat slow in the morning in comparison to others in the area. Nonetheless, this place is on the way of my commute to work. I rarely get a drink that I'm displeased with. However, today I came in to get myself and my wife a drink. When I received my drinks and I knew something wasn't right when my wife's drink was much heavier than mine. I got to work and needless to say the cup was half full of my drink, while the top half was filled with foam. I'm not usually one to complain and I'm not basing my whole perspective of Starbucks on this one experience. I just hope this was a one time occurrence. read more

I try to avoid all Starbucks in the morning hours so I frequent this location I'm the afternoon and evening. They seem to have had a change in staff, for the better. Services is quicker and the front register girl is super sweet. The only con is they need more comfy chairs and less wooden, uncomfortable ones.
