We were not familiar with the new menu, so we asked a lot of questions; however, Alexis was ever so kinda, and she was very paitent! Shes just already so awesome! Thanks you for making us feel welcome. The over all atmosphere of the place is very beautiful and elegant. From minimalistic decor to the ecofriendly structure of the building itself. The open windowed structure make the place look very open. Where the starbucks near downtown fullerton has a more urban bunker atmosphere, this one feels more natural and with nature. All in all, would definitely recommend this Starbucks, not only because of the over all mood-atmosphere, decor, infastructure, but ultimately due to the friendly staff. Parking is a nightmare here because the drive-thru line is very long and never-ending in the morning. I parked and went inside, when I came out the cars in the drive-thru line were blocking my car and the entire row of parked cars, and nobody would let me out. I waited about 10-15 min before it was clear to back out and leave. BTW, the one star pertains to the parking situation only. The service, atmosphere and coffee were wonderful at this location. read more

When you get older, stuff just gets harder. Last night I took myself Nintendo switch to the Starbucks where I am currently writing this review. The reason, practice that friggin' hella hot and hard desert level in Super Mario Odyssey. Be-jeezeus either kids are a tad more AdroIt these days, or these old hands are stsrtin to slow. Well , I forgot the Nintendo Switch. Had a three minutes family freakout. And then drove back. We drive through the driv3 thru and they gave it to me. That is all I have to say. I've been anxiously awaiting for the opening of this new Starbucks and it doesn't disappoint. It has a beautiful large patio with great seating and the interior is also beautiful. Quick drive thru and tasty drinks. I have a feeling the drive thru wait/line will be a problem. If the line gets backed up, drivers will be blocking several parking spaces. The Harbor/91 freeway location has a much better drive thru design. Time will tell if it's an issue. In the meantime, this is my new go to "Bucky's," as one of their new employees called it. read more

This is the second time I have been in this new Starbucks. Great location (next to my office) and beautiful decor. I am kind of disappointed at the service this morning. First, no decaf coffee available (its 7 am! People come for coffee even if decaf). I ended up getting an decaf Americano which is fine, second, I was standing waiting for my Americano, the barista just puts it on the counter and shout out decaf American. I grabbed the drink from the counter and there was no eye contact, have a good day, and the 4 baristas continued their conversation on what classes are each other taking, and if one wears glasses or not. There was only 1 other customers besides me in there. Service from this Saturday morning crew was horrible and it's not that hard to sense they didn't want to be here. Disappointing! 2 stars for location and decor and minus 3 for no decaf, poor customer service. read more

Stopped by this location yesterday to pick up my mobile order and free red holiday cup. They were extremely busy and the wait was longer than usual. However they did everything to ensure everyone waiting knew when their order was ready and were working hard to keep up with all of the orders. Appreciate the great customer service as I'm sure not everyone was patient in waiting for their drinks. read more

Was in the drive through and there was a lady that was super helpful and explained the difference between drinks I wanted to get and what they no longer served and gave me options of what I could substitute, reason for two stars. She was so helpful I was amazed at her customer service! but when I go to pay there was a gentleman at the window(big dude russel I think his tag said) that said he wouldn't accept large bills and that they take their 20's and place them in the drop which I know isn't true because I've been here every morning for the last month and see them place the 20s in the drawers. No longer going here instead I'll drive up the street to the coffee house where they don't lie to customers. They also messed up the order and screws that up! Thanks drive through guy! I have never experienced a bad Starbucks experience but this was a first. To get a venti coffee (nothing special) and an iced venti coffee it took up to 20 minutes. I was running late so I dropped off my daughter to ballet and came back and it still wasn't ready. They seemed so unorganized and one barista made a drink 3x on someone else's order for messing up. read more

While the parking lot of this Starbucks is horrible (not their fault AT ALL though), they have some of the heat customer service I've seen at any Starbucks location. I used to work at a Starbucks more inland, and even I wasn't this kind. My siblings, dog, and I rolled up through the drive through and when we ordered, 2/3 drinks ordered were just sold out and 2/3 sandwiches were sold out. It was hot, middle of the day, and the middle of the week so we totally understood and we were not complaining at all, everyone in the car had worked in food service so we really understand that it's not anyone's fault. Amie recommended some drinks similar to what we had wanted to order and even said that customers really like those recommended drinks on a hot day, so we got them and they were honestly really great. When we came to the window to pay, she took one of the sandwiches off of our bill and even gave me and one of my siblings a gift card as a sorry for not having our original orders in stock, even though she had no control over what's in stock. It was totally unexpected, but she was so apologetic and just so kind about getting us our order. If I could give more stars, I would. I never knew a drive thru experience could be so kind. read more

I honestly really liked this place when it first opened but now it's kind of gross. There are constantly gnats around my head - just this morning there were three or four gnats bothering me. Not to mention I also saw one INSIDE the glass food display up by the register. All I can say is it's a huge enough turn off for me not to return here. Disappointing cause it's a great location and atmosphere, but the gnats and small flies inside just make it look unsanitary. read more

Been there 3 times and 2 out of 3 times messed up on my simple order. Last time I came in had Jacob the supervisor who made drink.first drink tasted like dirty water so I ask to remake... second one he makes he makes me a Java chip frap which I never asked for.. so ask him again to remake.. he remakes again and still couldn't get a simple mocha frapp with add shot right smh.. gave up and just asked for my money back after waiting 20min for 3 drinks that weren't made correctly.. I get this same drink everyday at other spots and NEVER had problem like this. Know this a new spot and think they need to retrain there staff if they can't make a simple frappe right!!! read more

Clean and fresh! Friendly staff. Only downside not too many charging ports if you're working on a laptop low on juice.

I've just abt had it with this starbucks... i give you guys so many chances and understand it's a stressful job but come on. Over the past year you have completely gone down the gutter with your attitude and service. Countless 12$ drinks made wrong.. missing add ins which cost so much or made with the wrong milk causing me to be sick. On countless occasions i've had your employees tell me they didn't have items that on the app said they did so i asked again and then she said Fine. I didn't want to make it for you because it's late notice we came 1 hour before closing and all she had to do was put a not warmed brownie in a bag? Well i could go on and on. but it wouldn't matter. Today was the last straw after placing a mobile order for two iced coffees At the window i asked if i could add two loafs once again just putting an item in the bag The boy sighed and said ummm fine. Then disappeared basically threw my loafs at me and said. Next time you can just order at the screen and not the window K ? I drove off in disbelief. Super awesome starbucks, was visiting my mom in the area and stopped in to grab a few drinks. The service was very fast, and the baristas were very friendly, asking about my day and where I was headed. My drink order was made perfect and I even went back to buy a few snacks from the cold case. Great selection on food. Store was, very clean, and the staff seemed to enjoy working together. read more
