Had such a positive experience at this location and honestly probably the best Starbucks experience ever. Very warm welcome, perfectly made coffees, and a friendly conversation. Drinks are ALWAYS inconsistent with Starbucks we already know this. Sometimes Starbucks is perfect then you will go to the same location at the same or different time and the coffee won't even be close to the last time you were there. This location is definitely geared more towards grab and go. I like this Starbucks. I found it when I was in this shopping center recently. This location is very convenient. I really like that this Starbucks is right next to my dogs' groomer (Judy's Pet Grooming is the best!), and I can come by here right after I drop my boys off. Service was pretty good even though the lines are really long. They also had a decent selection of baked here goods too. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by two batistas. Is it me or this is a thing that has died within Starbucks? So I had a great first impression walking in. Thank you to those baristas working tonight and making us feel welcome! Second, I was able to use my reusable Starbucks cup and they followed the proper Starbucks protocol by not handling my personal cup. Yay! They had oat milk today. There has been times that a Starbucks was out of this milk so I happily ordered the pistachio latte with oat milk. This Starbucks location is located in a pretty busy plaza so sometimes parking may be a walk to the store. The location is a bit on the smaller side, with only a couple of tables outside on the patio. I was in the plaza for Total Wine and figured to drop by for a Venti Pike w/ no room. We were lucky to find parking near the entrance. It's a Starbucks and the drinks are consistent. Service was good and friendly. I ordered a croissant & a cup of ice. I got the croissant immediately & then gave it a minute or two & didnt get the ice still. I went up to the barista (the same one who took my order & warmed my food) who was making some drinks & asked her for my cup of ice thinking she may have forgotten. Apparently my mistake, because I was given immense attitude & was told to wait because it is going to come eventually after a line of drinks. This is my Starbucks. I come nearly every day before work and sometime on weekends too. It is my favorite. On the surface it's not an ideal location. The store is tiny and nestled in the middle of a busy shopping center. But it's always busy. What's special about this Starbucks is the people. Through the many years all of the employees have turned over, except for Chris, but they have all been hard working, kind and friendly. With mobile order now, the interaction and time spent at the store may be brief but the smile and acknowledgement each time I walk in for my latte is a nice start to the day. read more

Very disappointed in this Starbucks staff. I went this morning and at 5:25AM and there were three other customers standing outside with the door locked. The staff could clearly see us but would not acknowledge any of us. Store hours are posted and should be open by 5AM, if there was a last minute change then they should have at least acknowledged us and let us know or post a temporary sign in window/door. There were three staff members in there just going about what looked to be their daily duties and pretending none of us were out front. I knocked to see if they were going to open soon or if they are closed all day and none of them even looked over. Sad to say but I will not be going back to this Starbucks. This place is usually always good about getting my mobile orders. I frequent here 2-3 times a week. Went in for my mobile order. Placed it at 3:06, promised my 3:13. It wasn't busy and guests placing orders at the counter got their drinks in 2 minutes or less. Finally at 3:18 I went to ask if they had my mobile order. They were unapologetic and said yeah it's coming. Finally got my drink at 3:20. No apology. Very upsetting because they're usually so good. Also took up most of my lunch break. Update---Very rude. Order was 10 minutes passed time it was supposed to be ready. When I asked about my order she was very rude and wouldn't even tell me it was coming up. They put my order in the wrong spot, never called my name, and the food label wasn't viewable. I understand in the morning it is very busy, but when there are no customers at the counter to order the least you can do is answer a customer's question and check on their order.
