Place is disgusting. Filthy. The floors are sticky, the tables are dirty, the restrooms need cleaning. I watched the barista make my drink using a dirty glass. It still had the matcha green in it from the customer before me. I ordered a pink drink and she didn't put the strawberries. I asked her about them and she gave me a confused look "oh you wanted the strawberries?". YES! Otherwise it's not a pink drink! The drink was super watered down and I'm afraid to drink it because I can't have dairy. I have no idea if the drink before mine had dairy. The drinks take forever! We waited a solid 30 minutes for drinks that we ordered through the app. The ratings on this location are overly generous. One of the worst Starbucks I have visited. read more

Oh Starbucks, this was a bad experience. Hated the food, one drink was ok and the other one not so much. The bad- Please do yourself a favor and not get the egg bites. I ordered the ones with pepper, it was very oily from up top and under cooked inside. I had to throw them away after eating a bite of them. I was in hurry and didn't have time to go back to Starbucks to try to tell them to make it again. This location has drive thru that is extremely slow, however it's not a busy location. We waited awhile for our order. Bad to decent - My niece's iced caramel macchiato was watered down with ice almost melted. My matcha latte was good. I don't plan to be visiting this location anytime soon when I'm in Glen Allen area. But there are other Starbucks in the area which might be worth visiting before going to this one again. read more

Worst starbucks around! Several times I have had issues with them making my coffee but forgetting the coffee part leaving me with a cup of flavored milk. They have been rude countless times over the years I've lived near them and have repeatedly not known how to do simple tasks that are parts of their jobs like: refund for items that you have ordered that are not in stock, gift cards or even just making the drinks. They are constantly inconsistent and overall terrible. Their hours are not correct half of the time, their service is terrible and the product is bad. Really disappointing. read more

We ordered a tall hot cappuccino and a tall hot chocolate in drive thru and when we received the drinks they seemed very light weighted and when we opened the drinks they were only half filled . This was not the first time this happened , few weeks before this incidence I had ordered a hot caramel macchiato and it was the same , the cup was only half filled . Very disappointed and not worth the price you pay for these drinks . Will never return to this store again . I have been to Starbucks near shortpump and this was not the case . Here we go again. I live right at the Starbucks. That's the only reason why I come here. I went and got my usual Venti iced coffee, light ice, no classic, heavy cream, and five Splenda. Once again, The Nuckols Rd., Starbucks continues to not add Splenda to any drink. This time while sitting in the drive-through I tried my drink and there was no Splenda. The cashier was very nice he actually went and got five Splenda open them up and put them in a cup and then helped me add it to my drink. I asked him why is it that this is such a consistent problem why are they not able to add Splenda? All he can say is that he's so sorry and he can check with the person that made the drink. And these people just don't care. Again, the only reason that I even come here is because I literally can walk out of my house drive two minutes and get a coffee. And don't you love when the little pop-up appears on your phone asking for a tip. Why should they even get a tip when they can't make a drink correctly. Worst service ever. 10 min waiting for a simple coffee finally just walked out. Guy in front of me was there when I walked in he finally got so fed up he nicely and quietly asked what was going on. Answer was " got a lot of mobile orders that's the way it is". The cashier would have to know it was going to be a 10 minute or more wait but didn't say anything. Love the change in location! Much more easily accessible and has a drive thru now, though I always opt for ordering through my app and picking up. It's never too busy, even on weekday mornings before work, they'll have a drink out within minutes, so I'm never worried about running late. Seating is also a lot more available at this new location. Staff is friendly too- overall no complaints! I'll definitely be here all the time to get some work done with some coffee. read more

Ordered 3 drinks and a cake pop from here today through drive thru, one of our drink orders was an iced tall chai and when we drove up to pay and receive order (which took a while) they gave us a hot chai instead of iced. Husband kindly said we ordered an iced chai and the lady was super annoyed, closed her window, remade it super quick and handed the drink to my husband. He said thank you so much and she slammed the window closed again. Service was slow and horrible. Called the store instead of going in (cause covid) and asked to speak to the manager. Love Starbucks! My favorite drink is the chestnut praline latte, unfortunately this is a seasonal drink so it is only available about 1-2 months of the year but, that is probably good for my bank account and my body! I really enjoy the new butterscotch drink, although it is extremely sweet but, the baristas are always happy to tweak it to your liking. The other things I would recommend from Starbucks would be the cheese danish, ice coffee and the caramel macchiato. Very friendly staff that is nice to talk to and genuine. None of the ridiculous "shouting my name and order as loud as possible from one employee to another" nonsense that you see at some other stores. There is a small amount of indoor seating and some outdoor seating as well. Parking spots in front fill up quickly in the morning hours, although there is a larger lot just a couple of hundred feet away. read more

I have a continued experience of poor customer service. Extremely unfriendly. I stopped going for about 3 months and when I visited this evening it was the same poor service. I was the only customer in the establishment and after he gave me my drink he threw my straw on the table while my hand was out. No apology afterward. No "have a nice day". No smiles--at all.
