I'm not a fan of this location. My experience here tonight sealed the deal. I was the only one in the store waiting for a drink. I watched as 1 of the baristas made a drink for herself and the rest of the staff chatting before getting my drink. It made me a little uncomfortable because it sounded like they were talking about a previous customer. To top it off, she made and handed me the wrong drink, so I had to wait while she made a new one. The new drink didn't taste like it was made the way I ordered it but I didn't have time to wait for a 3rd try. I hope the Starbucks across the street in Giant is better. read more

This is the Starbucks closest to my house. I had to double-check the address on Google Maps because of the other two reviews for this Starbucks. Comfy chairs? WTF? This Starbucks looks like IKEA threw up some knock-offs that no one would buy. I've never seen decor like this in another Starbucks... ottomans to serve as chairs, orange chairs with no arms, plastic molded silver atrocities. The decor of this place is the ONLY reason I'm giving it 3 stars. Service and coffee quality are excellent, even near closing time, and it has a drive-thru. Being located near the closest Game Stop to my house also helps. Starbucks, seriously... please make this place over and give it the nice plum cushy chairs you've got at all the other Starbucks. Then maybe I'll actually spend some time here instead of grabbing my coffee and heading for home, or suffering through the smoke-filled outdoor seating. (Yeah, I know smokers gotta go somewhere. One of the slowest moving drive thru lines in the morning. Especially if Brigitte is the one at the window. She always has a scowl on her face and has literally rolled her eyes at me when I paid with my Starbucks app, which I would think would be an easy form of payment?? Who knows. Poor service rude I came to pick up a mobile order after 10 minutes it wasn't done. This Starbucks has never given any issues until the last three times I've gone. I have sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes waiting on my two frappuccino drinks. Today in particular is what set me off to write a review to turn people away from this location. Today I went through the drive thru at 7:15 PM and did not receive my drink until 7:34. I ordered a grande s'mores frappuccino and a venti s'mores frappuccino. While waitkkf for my drinks every member of the team was taking their time and laughing while there was a line wrapped around the building. I heard the guy making my drinks state " I don't know how to make a s'mores frappuccino" the girl working the window handed me my gramde s'mores and it looked okay, not the best I've seen from this location and other Starbucks. Then my Venti comes 10 minutes later and its completely white with no dome lid for whip cream as well as no chocolate sauce. The girl working the window stated "sorry were out of venti lids" I took my grande dome lid off and placed it on my venti cup and wouldn't you know it, it fit. They clearly have no idea what they are doing. Neither does the shift lead. I'm not sure if they hired brand new kids or what the problem is. But there has been a significant decline in this locations performance. For the money everyone pays for their drinks, it should be worth the money spend. Dunking donuts has done so much better with their coffee drinks while Starbucks is lacking. read more

We have been going here for awhile now and never had any issues. The last two times I've gone, it's taken almost 10 min to get 2 drinks made. You can see the employees in there talking and taking their sweet time. I said something to the lady working the drive thru and she didn't even apologize for it taking so long. Barista can't listen to order at all. I give them a simple recipe, vanilla bean frappuccino with 3 shots of hazenut syrup. Went to taste it and got nothing, not even a hint of hazelnut flavoring. Ask for French vanilla coffee and ended up just getting black coffee. I've had french vanilla plenty of times before, I know the taste, so I know it's not me. Ask for a caramel frappuccino, didn't even taste anything like it. Should have named it ice coffee aswell, didn't even blend the ice. Entire bottom of my cup was just ice. My god. Note these were over a couple of days. This is not my usual place, so most likely will cross them off my list. I know you don't like your job, but I've never acted rude or complained to them. I always have a wonderful experience here but this one topped all others. There has been a recent demand in the strawberry refreshers and towards the end of the week there usually aren't any available. Brian, the most wonderful barista I have met, was so helpful. Starbucks has such a fantastic training model that almost any location you go to unless it's a grocery store you can expect to get the same experience. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about my experience this morning at this location. I've been to this drive-through probably 20 times and never had a problem with my order. But the drive-thru line is always unnecessarily long I swear they need two lanes at this one. So this morning I decided I was going to go inside and I definitely should not have done so. After repeating my order 6 x to the cashier because apparently my coffee request was complicated and each time I had her read it back to me she had at least one thing incorrect. Then I waited patiently at the edge of the counter to see how bad they were going to destroy my order. By the time I got my coffee you could tell that they had remade it at least twice and while they had all of the pumps and shots correctly the espresso was absolutely burnt I couldn't even get myself to drink it. So not only did I wait in line spend 10 minutes repeating myself to the cashier another few minutes waiting for my drink but I still have to go to another coffee shop this morning to get my morning fix. It's disappointing Starbucks when you hire somebody who has no energy and is so slow that they can't get my order right after the 6th time I slowly repeated it back to them and had them repeat it back to me each time having to make them change something. It's great that you're so busy but make more space higher faster people do better training something because this location will not survive with people like that working at the counter read more

I think two stars might even be generous here. I have been going to this Starbucks since I moved to the area in February so for nine months now. Somehow, they still don't know my drink and manage to screw it up almost every time, they don't know my name and rarely ask how I'm doing. Speaking as someone who was a barista for years and went on to manage a café in Southern California, it only took a handful of times before we were able to put a face and name to a drink and even have it prepared or being prepared for them if we saw them coming in. We prided ourselves on knowing our customers and catering to their requests as best as possible. It was also a fun atmosphere because our customers in return loved us and left good tips and would sometimes even bring Christmas presents. Because we appeared to give a damn. This Starbucks is way below standard in my opinion when it comes to customer service. If I wasn't hooked on my (extremely simple) iced coffee with nothing in it and water added, there's no way I would patronize this place anymore. Coffee is good but seriously people, how many months does it take to learn someone's drink??? Ridiculous. read more
