it is obvious if you look around and watch how well the baristas (see below for more on this) and the other help work that this is a well run Starbuck's. everyone moves as if your life depends on it and in many instances it does: caffeine in the am is essential to get my brain and body moving. this 'bucks is clean and organized. i have a friend that hates the coffee because she says that it tastes burnt!. No. i love it. the main issue i have with this 'bucks is that one particular barista cannot/will not get my cappuccino right! despite specific directions as written on the cup she blows it every time. i'm beginning to think that she does it on purpose. i know this sounds paranoid but i have questioned her and she merely gives me a wan smile. or is it a wild smirk?? in any event since i like this location but when i see HER on the coffee making line i order a Cold Brew which she does not screw up. I realize that i should speak to the manager and cause a scene, right? maybe fling my poorly blended capp in this nefarious barista's face, yes? No. Why not? Because i remember how it was to be a 20 year old trying to make a buck to continue my education with job knowledge just short of perfection. Slowest Starbucks ever! There was a long line to begin with and only one employee was ringing. There was also just one barista making drinks with a long line of empty cups. She was extremely slow at making drinks so the other two employees who were there could have helped her out to speed up the process. Except they didn't. I would say I frequent alot of starbucks. Usually I go 7 to 8 times a week. This is by far the worst starbucks I go to. I go here once or twice a week. Consistently one of the slowest starbucks. The parking is horrible and several of the staff are very rude especially john. I go here occasionally to use my rewards. Pros: company store to get starbucks rewards. The cons: knowledge of staff, parking, and people hanging out all day with laptops. Try another location. Starbucks in general is great but not this location at all. Listen jesse james, if u dont like ur damn job then get out of starbucks. This review is for their take-out service only. I often pick up traveller boxes from this location early in the morning, and there is one employee who has an attitude problem; on the phone and in person. I have to say the boxes are always ready when they said they would be, but I don't think they should make me feel like a second class citizen for picking them up so early. read more

I'm here almost everyday and I love this location! It's a quick walk from my house and the baristas are always very friendly. Not the mention, they always remember my drink order, as well as other regular's. They recently renovated the place and added more seating and study space. read more

I wonder if Starbucks upper management ever see these reviews, because mine is intended for both consumers and the management. These are the laziest people in town. This is the third time that they cannot heat up a sandwich or a pastry, because they have turned the oven to clean. If the store closes at 10:30 pm and it takes 1 hour for the oven to cool down, so they can clean it, why do they turn it off around 8:30? I usually come here about once a week in the afternoons. I like to visit a friend that lives in the area and this the location closest to her. I've only ever had friendly customer service and my drink has always been made right without a long wait. Sometimes the inside get full so I'll sit out in the patio which is always kept tidy. I mean YELLING not just telling the employee to be faster at what they do. That is not right in my opinion. If you are going to tell an employee what to do or yell at them do it in public. They recently hired new people and one time they messed up on my order so I called and was placed on hold for 30 mins! After I got an answer from a guy ( I'm assuming it was William because he was rude) there was no apology although he said he would take care of it.
