My favorite and go to spot for milk tea in the area. The quality of drinks is always spot on and usually you can get in and out quickly. I've been lucky and only go during non busy hours, I imagine it could slow down when everyone is in the mix. The parking lot isn't the biggest and can be a little tight. It has its own parking spots but they're not plentiful. There is a shared additional parking lot but that can also get filled quickly as there are other popular restaurants and drink spots in the immediate area. Overall definitely recommend it! read more

Service was horrible. No eye contact from the young lady or young man working at Boba Time across from GCC. The young lady standing up front never turned as I walked in with my child. Not one glance towards the entrance, not one word. The music was so loud, but I accepted the volume as I assumed the two employees were young adults . Without saying a word, the young man working in the back area walked to the counter and simply stood there. I was the first to say anything. I told the young man that I was there to pick up my drinks. I didn't finish my drink b/c it lacked the flavor profile I was expecting. My son said he felt the same. Overall, Poor customer service was provided by two young adults that shouldn't work with the public. Poor service + product preparation = lost customer. They generally get their tea flavor from tea powders or syrups so it's not as good as brewed tea. However, I still appreciate their smoothies and milk teas. Yay! So glad a boba place finally opened close to my brother's house! Location is pretty good. Small interior but a good amount of outdoor seating! Very good, not powdery like some boba places. The fruit is fresh and chunky and boba small and soft not glutinous. Plenty of parking behind the building, alongside and along the small alley. This location is very small and they're on Glendale by North Verdugo Rd. I came and I saw and I conquered this tiny boba place. I was warmly greeted by a young female and I ordered a large Honeydew smoothie and Mango crepe. HD smoothie was cold, smooth and flavorful. Their sugar boba pearl were perfectly chewy and sweet. Similarly, the Mango layered crepe was simply okay in taste but smooth and can taste the mango flavor. Moreover, they have macaron, shaved ice, coffee, açaí bowl, milk teas etc. Service was fast and on point. Prices were highly competitive and affordable. They only have outdoor seats which has a good view of the road. Overall, I enjoyed my smoothie and dessert crepe. I recommend this boba place. read more

Yasss! Boba time so close to me! It's really a good and bad thing. They recently opened and so far so good. I've been here way too many times already. I've gotten the earl grey milk tea, taro milk tea, and my usual other favorites. Some drinks I opted to skip the boba. The drinks have been consistently made well. I'm so glad they have the option to decrease the sugar so I can save on some calories. The boba is exactly the way I love it, soft and chewy. They also have pastries, different flavored macarons like ube, açaí bowls, fried chicken and fries. Macarons are delicious and fresh. Next time I come, I'm ordering the fried chicken! Instead, I got a super watery drink with a faint, cheap vanilla syrup taste, and one Oreo somewhere in there. Gross. This pretty boba spot is in beautiful Verdugo right next to Glendale Community College. Cool looking small spot and the Thai tea with boba was great. Only reason why I'm giving this place a 3 is that the service wasn't exactly warm.
