This is by far the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. And unfortunately this exit off of the freeways is a frequent stop for my family and I. I wish that we could say we like stopping here but the experiences have been terrible on multiple occasions. Terrible enough for someone like me, who never writes reviews, to go out of my way to write about this. So first off, the employees seems to not care, they came across rude and instead of helping, a few of them went into the bathroom to change their clothes while my drinks got cold, on top of that, they were out of many different things very early in the day. Last on my list, their bathrooms are frequently out unstocked and out of TP. I would love to update this review to say something nice and give a 4 or 5 star rating but as of now they need to get it together because I sadly won't be coming back for a while. read more

Never go here!! The staff is so incredibly rude, they don't know how to listen well or make drinks correctly. No one smiles, and they were all very hostile. Had to repeat my drink order 3 times, and they still got it wrong. Twice!! When I politely asked for my drink to be remade, I got mad attitude. ....sighing, eye rolling, and they kept trying to blame me. Then they screwed it up again, even though it was a pretty simple drink. If you screw up just apologize and go remake my drink...jeez. No customer service skills whatsoever. Worst Starbucks I have been too waited in the drive-thru line for roughly 30 minutes and it was just two cars in front of me, once I get to the window they make me wait another 5 minutes until they charge me and only to let me know I have to park in front of the building so they can bring out my drink WTF. First of all it was only one drink and it took roughly almost 50 minutes for me to get it. By the way it's a Sunday night and it's super dead so no need to take so long ! read more

I've never sat in a drive-thru line for as long as I did just now. 15 almost 20 minutes. When I finally got to the window, I was stuck waiting again. No greeting, nothing. I just left without coffee since I was already short on time and now won't be able to grab lunch. Horrible. I'll never come back to this location. read more

Went in for my birthday drink only to realize that Starbucks changed their policy. Now you have to come in on your birthday, my birthday was yesterday. The manager (Nikki) was very kind and courteous. She offered my drink to me free of charge and advised me of the new policy. I love when a big company still takes care of their customers. I had ordered a chai Latte they gave me the wrong drink. I went through the drive through I had to park my car and walk back into the star bucks. The drink tasted very bitter like it was not made right They said oh your drink is on the counter I took a taste of it and had to spit it out my mouth got a very dry feeling to it. This is a pretty good Starbucks location. It's a nice stop on my drive from the coast to the central valley. They make good drinks and the line seems to move quickly. They also keep the bathroom reasonably clean. Could be cleaner, but I understand since there are a lot of people going through here. read more

Pretty good. It wasn't very busy even though I came on a Saturday. The wait wasn't long and the coffee tasted like every other Starbucks. Although, one of the bathrooms was out of order so that left 1 bathroom. Oh well, things like that happens. But overall, not bad. read more

There should be a zero stars option. Or maybe negative stars because that is what this dump deserves. My family and I stopped here last month on a Friday morning. Where shall I begin? The sidewalk to the front door was covered with discarded gum and who-knows-what. Gross. Steam clean it for cryin' out loud!! The bathrooms looked as if they hadn't been cleaned in months. Nearly every table in the place was covered in crumbs and/or smudges. Someone who appeared to be a low-level supervisor emerged from a back office, peered around, apparently found everything satisfactory and retreated to her hiding place. The only positive thing we can say is that the young woman who made our drinks was friendly and efficient. Unfortunately, that is not enough to bring us back. We will seek out an independent coffee house in the future. That was our last visit to this pit. read more

This is the 3rd time we have stopped here over the past two months. The fizzio machine has been broken the entire time. When I inquire they make it seem like it just happened. However I must today, I came to this Starbucks after a funeral, drive thru, I ordered an americano which was totally not made correctly to begin with and I was fine with that BUT then there was a small black bug floating on top of the coffee. I could not tell what kind of bug it was so I won't make false accusations....BUT it was definitely still alive. Aside from being rushed through the ordering process, the drinks were disgusting! Placed an online order as we were traveling. We were considering the possibility of it being packed. Once we got there I went in to get it and I was greeted with smiles. They were cleaning their area and it wasn't packed either as I thought. I let them know I did an online order and how it was my first time. This Starbucks is TERRIBLE. I've stopped here a few times on road trips and every single time that I come here they mess up my order. I have severe allergies to dairy and one time they put regular milk in my Frappuccino and when I told them that they messed up they said they didn't but I SAW THEM PUT REGULAR MILK. Another time I specifically told them about my allergies and they used the dairy blender for my non-dairy drink and told me that they changed their policy. Then to make up for it they instead made me a coffee which is nearly $2 cheaper than my Frappuccino and did not give me my money back. DO NOT GO TO THIS STARBUCKS. THEY WILL MESS UP YOUR ORDER! If I could give them a negative amount of stars I would because they nearly killed me twice. read more

I understand the difficulties of being understaffed and having to deal with a lot being thrown at you but this was by far the worst experience at a Starbucks I have EVER had. The barista Laura was rude. There was no half and half, napkins, or stir sticks, barely any sugar in the lobby. There was trash all over the floor in the lobby. And a line of 6 for the bathroom. If you are a drive through and at a busy spot you need to have more people and more bathrooms to accommodate the traffic. Utterly unbelievable. This is the only Starbucks location I've ever been to. That it actually takes longer to go through the drive thru then it does to get out of the car and order. Me and my girlfriend stopped here one night to grab a couple drinks- the same ones we always order. For me, a vanilla latte, and for her, a light caramel frappacino. On top of having to wait in the drive-thru line for over 25 minutes with only one car in front of us, we received a light caramel frappacino that looked and tasted like a cup of yogurt with caramel drizzled on top. We both literally laughed and yelled "what is this?!" when they handed it to us. Overall a negative experience and we would never go back to this one. A waste of time and money. read more
