She's a young hispanic girl on her 20s with a really bad attitude. This isn't Starbucks standards. Parking is tricky, watch yourself no need to run over a slow person (they need coffee) and don't think you will get out of there quickly. I checked in on Four Square and noticed that the tip read that the people who worked here were horrible and snobby or something like that. My favorite local Starbucks. I think their drinks are made the best in comparison to other locations in the area. Their customer service is top-notch. I use the mobile app multiple times a week -- which is amazing by the way, you should start utilizing it if you haven't already. It's great for those of us always in a time crunch! My drink is always ready on time and waiting for me when I come in. I did have an issue once though recently when ordering the chicken Sante Fe panini because the app showed it was available when it wasn't and allowed me to make the purchase. When I came in, they informed me of the error and immediately apologized, had me select another sandwich option which they heated right away for me, and gave me a gift card for a free drink next time I came in for my inconvenience. Their service always astounds me, they take care of the problem for you before you have to even have an opportunity to get disappointed. I would normally give this place a 5 star as the usual workers are fast and I do get great service , how ever today was not the case . I couldn't get my card to reload so I could not do my mobile order so I decided to call but today I ended up hanging up after I could here that they were super busy and just coming in as I wasn't that far(I was looked at through the sea of customers with a sorry ), as I was about 6 people deep in line I hear other customers asking where all the help is and the cashiers reply (who is nice but very dry and seems mad half the time )that they decided to save on labor so here they are just 2 of them - the lady making the drinks looks absolutely miserable because they are having to work their asses off . I came here at 7:45 pm and the doors were locked and the two workers inside both looked up and waved us away. You have 45 more minutes until you were supposed to close and I understand that it's St. Patrick's day but you do not have to be rude and wave me away or point me out. If you are going to lock the door at 7:45 then advise that you close at 7:45. It's rude when you advertise that you close at 8:30 then lock the door at 7:45. read more

Love this location! The employees are always so nice. I've only gotten a mistake on my order once and even they they made sure to go above and extra to make sure I'm satisfied. They are fast and efficient. Every time I go, I wait a total of about 5 minutes until I get my drinks. Definitely my favorite Starbucks. 08/18 @5:30 I went to this Starbucks that is across the street and this barista with pink hair was making our drinks. The thing is I want my money's worth and I bought my favorite drink that has matcha in it. I bought three drinks and they come in not even full all 3 were not mixed well. I literally took out a ball of matcha from my drink. My companions and I were eating clumps of matcha and the surprising thing is it wasn't busy. So I would appreciate at least inform your staff to be considerate and see themselves as the guest and think would you be happy with this service? This is the worst location in the history of Starbucks. 1- It has the most awkward parking. The lot is always an accident waiting to happen. Nobody seems to pay attention when pulling out of their tiny spots. 2- HORRIBLE baristas. I give the benefit of the doubt here and there, but they're always rude and if you order anything other than pike they make you feel like your order is bothering them. The last visit I had sealed the 1 star review for me. I was third in line of probably 9 people total . I was in line for about 8 minutes, not because they were busy but because the barista was having the longest conversation with her friend/customer. I felt rude doing it, but I HAD to ask then to speed it up because I wanted to go home so I could get ready for work. I obviously annoyed this bitter woman because she had THEEE worst attitude when I gave her my order. She didn't ask if I wanted a receipt and she nearly snapped my gold card in the machine. UGH! At this point I could have just went home and brewed my own pot of coffee.... After another few minutes of waiting for my drink, I couldn't believe it, but the barista was chatting it up again! I felt soooo bad listening to this rotten woman making fun of the appearance and order of a customer that just paid $6.00 for your damn coffee! I was SO irritated. I HAD to say something again. I said "Excuse me but I've been here for well over 10 minutes now, you're not busy, you're not doing your job, all you've been doing is making fun of your customers!!!".. she sucked her teeth, muttered under her breath and .... ...Needless to say my coffee was ready. She plopped it on the counter and said "here". Wow. thanks. I left (it was a 15 minute ordeal) with COLD coffee, the complete wrong order, and it was drowning in syrup. I need good coffee to start my day. Since this subhuman decided it was OK to be mean to other customers, I figured I could give them a dose right back. I went to my favorite location (1 mile up the road, where I should have just went to begin with) and I told them what happened with my coffee in hand. They apoligized for the actions of the barista and gave me the email of their area supervisor, along with a replacement cup of perfect coffee. --A happy ending to a miserable start of the day. Very unfriendly staff; unfortunately, it's the closest one to my house. I've been coming here nearly every day for several months and got a great chance to observe the employees. When the drink ticket prints, they hope that another person will take the order so you end up waiting and watching them trying to pawn it on each other. My wife and I showed up three minutes before closing with another car load of people and the doors were already locked. When I jiggled the door, they shut off the lights.
