It's a Starbucks, so it's about the same as the rest. It's better than most, but they have they issues. I've had problems with my to go orders, and sometimes inside, the workers (at least one) can be lazy in terms of checking on the stock of items. For example, I was working in store and watched as the last chocolate chunk cookie was sold. I asked if they had any in bank stock - which they do usually have - and the girl immediately said "no", I kindly asked her to check, with a slight annoyed look she did and said they were out. Started going to this Starbucks because the one closest to my work messes up my drink so much. Agree that sometimes the drive thru can be a bit slow, but other times it goes pretty quickly despite the line. Might just depend on what people are ordering. I wish those ordering more than 4 drinks would go inside. So far my drink hasn't been messed up once, and service has always been friendly. My wife and I go here often to get some work done. It's never too busy and we always have a place to sit. The staff are very friendly and the drinks are great. Came in today to get an iced mocha to go, and was not greeted or acknowledged by any of the team members. They were too busy talking with another for what their plans were for tonight (since it is Thanksgiving). The cashier didn't really look to enthusiastic to work today, she didn't even bother greeting the first time I walked in, and the second time when I got to her to order, and she didn't even say thank you when I paid. I mean it really isn't a big deal for me, but ignoring your guests so you guys can't talk about gossip and unrelated work related stuff is just ridiculous. Anyways, I sat down, and waited like 10 mins. No problem right ? Actually yes! Cuz there was only 3 customers inside. One who had already got his coffee, the other waiting for his order, as well as me. I looked back, and saw that my drink had already been ready. No one even had the courtesy to call out my name or drink.. I was literally like in the first table across the cashier .. that is ridiculous. And of course; once again. These lovely associates just ignore me and the guy waiting for his drink too, by finishing their gossips and plans, even when I was walking out the door. Lmao. I wonder how much Starbucks pays these associates ? Cuz they obviously do not really care about having a job. This location is the worst in town. Generally everything at this location is fine- except they never order enough of the "limited time" product so within a day- that special advertised drink is sold out. EVERY TIME. Now we mainly go down to the one farther on Stephanie and Wigwam because we know it won't be a wasted trip and that the limited drink will still be available a few hours after the place has opened. read more

In case I needed a reminder of why I dumped Starbucks, here you go! In July I had them refund all the money on my card and deleted my app because they were allowing some junkie kid to sleep on the couch inside at noon. When I complained I was scolded for not being more compassionate. Today I found a gift card in a drawer and figured I'd use it up. My dog loves puppuccinos, and sitting on the patio relaxing used to be our Sunday "thing". When we got there, this lady and her shopping cart were on the patio. She was having a full blown schizophrenia episode. The whole thing might've been entertaining to watch except that even from 15 feet away she smelled so bad that I was gagging and had to leave. Everyone basically evacuated that side of the patio and were cramped up on the sunny hot side of the patio around the corner. Glad I never have to visit refugee city aka Starbucks again! read more

Filthy. All garbage cans literally overflowing. Flippant attitude when advised the place is filthy. Then I used the bathroom. Overflowing garbage in there too. I agree with the comments that this Starbucks has the slowest customer service. They also habitually ignore customers. I used to go here every morning on my way to work because it is just down the road from where I live. But after consistently getting under filled drinks and bringing it to the baristas attention 3 times, and the manager's attention twice, I decided to stop giving this Starbucks my attention. The baristas (let's just call them what they are...SLOW coffee makers) constantly chat among themselves, and the manager (the same manager seen chatting on the phone in a previous post) is right there and not addressing any issues. When it comes to Starbucks, we've been to them all here in Vegas/Henderson. This is the WORST. It has the slowest service we've ever received and its simply because the baristas spend more time chatting than focusing on the single beverage we've ordered. Not only do they take their sweet time, they continue to make the drink wrong. I asked for a non-fat caramel frapp with extra ice blended in and they either change the syrup to a light syrup (not what I asked for) or don't add the caramel drizzle, and they don't blend the frapp. I'm left with giant chunks of ice- making it impossible to drink it with a straw. Unfortunately, this is the closest location to my home but I'd rather go out of my way (10 minute detour) to a different location for my $5.00 drink. read more

I'm a Gold Star Member and has been for many of years. I also have spent tens of thousands of dollars. Yesterday, I purchased 2 24 oz tumblers with lids at $28.04. These were purchased on my Stars card, but Starbucks refused to refund the amount back onto my Stars card. They issued me a store credit card. This is the closest Starbucks to my new house and I was super excited it was a drive thru, but I have been highly disappointed. I get a soy vanilla latte every day and when they messed up my drink once I forgave them, but the second and third time... come on! I worked at Starbucks in college in California and if we messed up a drink that many times for a regular we would be taken off bar or register. The sad part is the cashier reads back my order and its correct and then I get my drink and its a soy latte..no vanilla? I don't know who the shit supervisor is or manager at this location, but they need to teach better customer service read more
