This is definitely one of the busier Starbucks that I visit, with there being a high school right around the corner, mornings can definitely turn into long waits. I like to order ahead here Monday through Friday before I drop my daughter off at Coronado, so by the time I get to Starbucks my items are ready. My go to right now is part of their holiday menu, the venti Caramel Brûlée latte, it's sweet but not overly sweet and the perfect holiday drink, and some of my go to food items are the spinach and feta wrap for when I'm wanting a somewhat healthier fast breakfast alternative when I'm on the run, I also enjoy their impossible breakfast sandwich. This location is a bit smaller than the location near me and the patio is not quite as comfortable, but the beverages at this location just taste better. If you want to beat the lines and relax or get work finished, come here early on the weekends. read more

Happy New Year. Ok so I have few SB gift cards I need to use. So here we go. I stopped at this location as I was at Quest near by. I got Margaret. Thank you girl. Very nice and friendly. I ordered a Cafe Latte.. uff regular cup is the smaller. Margaret you gave me the medium size whatever you guys call it. It's ok, coffee was good. Ok so I'm giving 3 stars because of something I saw and made me very disappointed. A Henderson Police Officer arrived. I pulled my gift card to pay for his coffee. He only ordered a CUP OF WATER. Come one STARBUCKS, train your staff to drop everything and service our Police Officers FIRST. He was standing for a while. I got to my car, finished my croissant and started drinking my coffee when I saw him still standing waiting for WATER! I got out of my car and was ready to ask for water myself to give it to him. He walked out with his cup of water. I apologized for Starbucks uncaring service to our community. Thank Sir for your services and putting your life on the line every day. To you reading my reviews .. yeah this location seems cleaned, ambiance was nice, people seem enjoying their coffee. The staff seem working and nice. BUT I FEEL NOW LIKE THROWING AWAY MY CUP OF COFFEE! IF YOU SEE AN OFFICER WALKING INTO STARBUCKS, or any RESTAURANT, let's all give the courtesy to have them step in front of the line, they don't have all day to wait. They are given a hour for lunch or they take a break here and there while no emergency is happening. If something happens, they stop and run in while we run out. I come here a few times a week I usually order two .Today I just ordered one so I can tell when my order isn't right and when you pay almost $7 for one coffee it needs to be right . Right away when she handed me my latte. I knew it wasn't full. I shook it while I was at the window. When I can stick my whole finger in the cup and it's all foam then I know it's not full. So I ask for them to remake my drink. The first lady said ...it seems pretty full to me. The second lady agreed to have it remade ..as my drink is being remade. You can hear the chatter from all the workers commenting on how they feel the drink wasn't half full. I feel like that's a little unprofessional. If the customer thinks the drink wasn't how it's supposed to be or how they normally get it ..then remake it without the negative commentary that everyone can hear. Just a side note , Dutch Brothers was offering 50 extra points just for getting a drink with them today . Yes I order from both places weekly . I've never once got a half full drink from them . Experiences like this could cause me to go to Dutch Brothers more often . When there is so many competitors in the industry you should really make sure your product is good. Your orders are accurate and you give great customer service coming from a person who is a general manager in a restaurant read more

I came here to redeem my birthday reward! I ordered a sausage egg cheddar sandwich. I went through the drive thru and surprisingly it wasn't too busy and the staff were super nice! I ordered my sandwich and I let the staff know that I was going to redeem my birthday reward. This was my first time redeeming it, so I didn't know what to expect. As I pulled up, the staff member scanned my card and handed me my breakfast sandwich! He also greeted me a happy birthday! The sandwich was fresh! It was nice and warm. The cheese and meat went well together and the buns were super fluffy! It was filling and a great breakfast sandwich! I will definitely be back here! read more

I visited this StarBucks location on 17 February 2024 and my experience was top tier amazing,, I ordered the Frozen Pineapple Passionfruit Lemonade w/ Peach Juice Blend via the App and it was fantastic!! When I arrived the workers had a very Positive Attitude and greeted me which is great customer service and made me feel ' Welcomed ' to be a First Time guest here!! The girl is very nice and polite- the 1 stars definitely not on her. Sitting here at the moment as I'm writing this review. I'm totally shock!! No more self service condiment area!!! I mean really notda !!! Got a hot tea and cream cheese danish. I always like a pack of brown sugar on my tea but I went thru the whole store even at the BR area but didn't see the self service area. I ended up asking for the brown sugar, then I realize there's no stir sticks. I even call my husband to confirm making sure I'm not crazy cuz he visit this location way more than I do. I'll make sure not to visit this location again! read more

Quick Review. This is a very busy competent, well staffed, and moderate sized venue....with a busy drive through. Anthem, Seven Hills Area. . We have been coming here for about a year and they handle all orders with ease. Fall Flavors: Pumpkin Spice, of course, and this year 'Apple Crisp' Macchiato. I ordered it hot as recommended by a trusted You Tuber, and, it was very good. Espresso, Milk (I had soy milk), and Sweet flavored syrup. Very nice. Distinct flavors yet very subtle at the same time. They got this one right. The Pumpkin Spice Macchiato with ice is good too but I really prefer the Apple Crisp. Usually, I just get black coffee here. I've also tried black hot decaf which is amazingly full flavored. StarBucks does serve excellent coffee and not just flavored speciality drinks. They have not forgotten their roots. Four stars only because it's not a world class location...you know...no over the top amazing interior design or customer experience. Otherwise, it's all good. read more

I swung by this Starbucks after an appointment at St. Rose hospital down the road. I'm not really a Starbucks person these days anymore, but I decided that I wanted a coffee fix. I went inside rather than going through the drive thru. Because we're still required to wear a mask in public settings, it was difficult to give the barista, named Erin, my order. I had to speak up and repeat my order to Erin twice. Based on her tone, Erin wasn't very cheerful. It sounded like she was done with today and wanted to clock out of her job and go home. Pre-COVID, a venti iced coffee was $3.19, it's now $4.06. Look, I know establishments are raising their prices because of COVID, but $4 for a venti iced coffee? C'mon, that's ridiculous if you ask me. I'm still giving them four stars because my coffee was made just right. read more

This is one of my favorite locations to visit on this side of town. They have some employees that show how much they love working here. Today we ran into Paco, a well soft spoken young man with a great attitude and a really cool sense of humor. The drive thru wait time was minimal, oftentimes we find ourselves in a long wait even with minimal cars in line, which tells me that this place has finally put a crew together that can handle the workflow. In by out and about I happened to drop into this Starbucks and needed that little lift of caffeine to make it through the rest of the day. This store I believe sees a lot of tourist traffic since they have so much Las Vegas merchandise. But that's ok since I am slurping and rescuing a Vegas coffee cup so that I can have a fabulous look to my coffee every morning. I ended up ordering a Carmel macchiato, it seems to be my go to drink. It was made just the way I like it. The coffee floating on top of the milk, and whip cream and Carmel on top. It makes it extra special for me. read more

Stopped going to this location because mobile orders were frequently incomplete or incorrect, but decided to try again for convenience this morning. I had to ask for my drink to get made and when I get home we realize they made the wrong drink for my wife. Nice people, but there is definitely a fundamental process issue going on here because I've literally never had an issue at the other store nearby. read more

I just stopped by this establishment and grabbed a green tea matcha latte and a sprouted grain bagel w/ cream cheese. My latte is absolutely delicious, and who doesn't love a good bagel! The staff was very patient with me when asking about ingredients in the drinks despite a longer line in the drive thru. When I got to the window I was greeted by a warm and friendly face named Tyler. Tyler had exceptional customer service and great energy. He was very professional. I have been to this Starbucks before and every experience is wonderful read more

What bad can be said of consistent coffee and tea beverages made by CJ, Kyle, Nikki, or any of the other SB crew? I love these guys. Always smiling, helpful, upbeat. The location is a good one, and although they are much bigger and busier than the older location, it's still SB, as aforementioned, constantly consistent, that well-oiled machine that just keeps producing that caffeine packed liquid goodness. I don't like this Starbucks location at all. The parking is horrendous. There are only maybe 10 spots? The rest are further away in the Trader Joe's parking lot. I usually don't complain about walking, but you try parking far in the summer time with a 7 month old! The drive through is forever long. The customers that visit this location are just as bad. You have your snooty white girls who wear makeup with gym clothes to your grumpy old people who feel entitled to the douche bags who don't bother to see you behind them and don't hold the door open. Ugh just bad all around. Only saving grace for this location are the friendly cashiers I've encountered who have always been nice and had smiles on their faces. Kudos to you folks for dealing with this bs everyday! I applaud you. read more

I went threw the drive thru this morning before work, I asked for a cold brew with white chocolate and to add lavender . That lady told me " we don't do that , we are not Dutch bro's" I was clearly aware if were I was but I had gone to this Starbucks before and they made it for me by just whipping the Ingredients together . I under stand I won't be the exact same but I know you can make it .... so I don't see what the problem was .... how ever the gentle men at the window was very nice when I went to pay for my order . read more

I collect Starbucks coffee cups & have about 20 so I need a new holiday one of course. When I saw that the Coffee Bean took over this Starbucks, previously located on the corner of Horizon Ridge & Eastern, I was sad. Out of all the Starbucks, from the airport to Henderson, they had the best coffee mugs! But when I saw this one open, I figured it was the same one & it is!! As you walk in, all of the coffee mugs are all individually facing you in their own lil cubbyholes. Same as before. Same nice people & a large more convenient seating area on the right. The last location had a huge cozy & covered terrace, outdoor seating that was wonderful. I actually wanted to sit there. Now, it's small & narrow right in front of the doors, where you see traffic & the parking lot. Zero stars for parking lot situation, but five stars cause it's better than the parking in the old spot. Also five stars cause I don't go there to sit, I get my mug & I'm gone. This time I got the draw your own mug, my second one & I love them. Will share after it's baked. My only complaint is that after a year the white paint turns slightly brown. Starbucks corporation needs a note of this. Cheers! read more

I come to this location on my way to work. Although there is always a ton of cars waiting in line, I always get out pretty fast and efficiently. The service I received today 09-30-2021 in the drive thru was exceptional. The young gentleman working the window today was awesome and glad he could help me get me busy day started on a positive note. read more

I don't get it. They have a poor barista standing out in the cold to take orders, a full staff inside and yet the cars aren't moving through the drive through. Having worked as a barista in college, I really don't understand, systematically, how this line is at a standstill. Everything is designed to move folks along. read more

And the fruit tart tasted better than it looked! Woman loved her drink and was raving about the food and pastries. My drink didn't much taste like banana or biscoff despite the crumbles on top. Still, the foods amazing, staffs amazing, place is cute, just small. I'm going back, no question. New favorite!

It was just overwhelming strong coffee, which I don't mind, but not what I was looking for. Service was great he gave us suggestions on the menu, and the inside was super cute, dim and intimate. I'd come back for the inside, not for the drinks, I'll try food next time.

The drink was good but tiny at 12oz and I paid nearly $9 after tax and tip. It was also filled with ice and I feel like I had four sips in total. The shop is pretty big and does offer a lot of different seating but I was on the go so I didn't hangout. I think there are much more affordable options that taste good and aren't as expensive as this place. Service was friendly and fast since there wasn't anyone in line in front of me.

But first, let's talk about the aesthetic. From the outside this place seems pretty standard. Huge sign, the windows are reflective so you can't really see inside, but when you open the door you are in for a treat. I love a good coffee shop that takes pride in their decor and this one definitely does it. In spades. The place feels open, elegant, but not stuffy, and definitely casual. It's the kind of place you could bring your laptop and hang out for a few hours and get some work done. Okay, let's get down to the nuts and bolts. That Cherry Blossom latte was one of the most amazing drinks I have ever had. I heard it's seasonal, so it's one of those. Get it when you can. I think I got it on the last day. But will keep checking because I want this again. The chocolate chip cookie was absolutely amazing, definitely fresh, and tasted perfect. This is definitely going to be on my short list of coffee places to go to. Las Vegas has such a wide and diverse amount of personalized, non chain, coffee places. Why would you go to Starbucks when you could go here? Bottom line? This place is off the charts. I will definitely be coming back here to try some of their breakfast items as well as grab a cup of coffee before heading out on whatever adventure I'm going on. I ordered a Irish cream lot a which was one of their specialties, along with a Nutella filled croissant. Both are absolutely wonderful, very tasty and hit the spot perfectly. This seems to be a pretty busy location, as I have seen multiple cars parked in the parking lot in the early morning. But don't let that get you down, it is definitely worth the wait if you have to. Bottom line? If you're looking for a fun, laid-back, vibrant way to wake up in the morning, Madhouse coffee is definitely one. You should put at the top of your list. He seemed excited when we said it was our 1st time in :) I also asked about the books and Martín informed me that you're allowed to read any book while you're there and if you want to take any home, they offer used books (red sticker at $10) and new books (green sticker at $15). My husband and I were taking our drinks to-go today, but I'd love to come back soon to peruse their book collection and hang out. The space itself was so warm and inviting; lined with bookshelves, dotted with faux plants, and full of various seating. I also noticed ample outlet plugs for the bar style seats as well as an outlet plug on the back wall for anyone who wants to work remotely or study. There were 2 gender neutral restrooms onsite and plenty of parking. Now for the drinks... I was beyond excited to see they've partnered with LEEV and offer a fairly extensive matcha menu; something pretty rare for this area. All of the matcha drinks sounded delicious, but I chose the Ube Matcha with Oat Milk and it was perfection. They use a very high quality matcha that was evident by the vibrant green hue as well as the nice umami notes with subtle sweetness. I was happy to see Martín hand whisking the matcha with a traditional chasen too. This definitely is in my top 3 places for matcha in Vegas Valley and is hands down the best in West Henderson/Anthem area! My husband loves coffee and the movie "Pulp Fiction", which is why it was an easy choice for him to get the "Pulp Fiction" coffee which had chocolate, vanilla, and orange blossom. He said it had a nice balance of sweetness and reminded him of the chocolate oranges you get during the holidays. Although we took our drinks to go, we had a wonderful first experience. I am very much looking forward to coming back with my husband, coming alone to enjoy some reading, as well as bringing some of my friends!

Unfortunately, today's visit was completely different. Kalia was the cashier/order taker during my visit. I ordered my usual latte along with a food item. When I received my drink, it was served cold instead of hot. I politely apologized for the misunderstanding and let Kalia know that I wanted a hot latte, not an iced one. What was most disappointing about the interaction was her reaction. She rolled her eyes at me as though the mistake was somehow my fault. There was no apology or attempt to correct the situation professionally. I was honestly surprised by the level of customer service, especially since I've never experienced this here before. I left feeling very disappointed and wishing I had gone to Bad Owl Coffee instead. My coffee was replaced, but the roll of Kalia's eyes was completely uncalled for.
