Unfortunately, after several weeks of inconsistent service and repeated order issues, I can only give it three stars. The biggest problem is the ordering process. The drive-thru speaker setup makes it difficult for employees to hear customers, which leads to having to repeat orders, incorrect drinks, remakes, and longer wait times. The line also seems to move much better when employees are outside taking orders, so I think having staff outside more consistently during busy times would help a lot. The ordering system also feels backwards. Customers are asked for their name first, which is often entered incorrectly, and only sometimes asked for their rewards number later. Asking for the rewards number first could make the process easier for both customers and employees. My last several visits have included wrong drinks, wrong sizes, and repeated mistakes. It would also help if employees checked the ticket or repeated the order back before handing it out. I really do enjoy the coffee and would like to keep coming here, but the inconsistency and frustration are starting to outweigh how much I enjoy it.
