I came for medicine ball tea since ive been sick for a week. I dont have a favorite Starbucks i go, just whichever is closer. They were out of all ingredients to make my tea. The nice man suggested other hot tea and added sugar free vanilla. I also got a cold dragonfly passion tea with sugar free vanilla and wanted hazelnut, they were out of hazelnut. The man again suggested brown sugar so i said ok. I got to the register and the nicest woman working handed me a chocolate frappe with whipped cream. She sAid this was extra!!!! How sweet never had one but why not im sick and not eating. The passion tea waa so delicious it might just be my new favorite!!!! This is the best Starbucks I ever went to!!!!

After such a frustrating experience, rude staff, in the Marks Street location, we decided to go, today, to the Green Valley location across from Target. We were very surprised to see a lot of patrons enjoying their breakfast and coffee at the out side sitting area at this location. We have been at this location before but not recently, during the COVID 19 pandemic. We ordered our coffee and food on line and went inside to pick up. It took them a little while to prepare our cups of coffee as well as our food order. We ordered the Croissant ham and cheese and the a slice of Pumpkin bread. Due to my birthday, they gave me a complimentary birthday Cake pop. That was a nice touch. The Croissant, Ham and Cheese are so delicious. It's one of my favorite items to order at Starbucks and since their Holiday Coffees are out, I ordered the Toasted White Mocha Coffee. The coffee and food were made hot and it was such a delight to have during this cold day. The staff was not rude at all, unlike the staff the Marks location. They did not tell us that we cannot sit in their chairs if we will not order. They welcomed us instead with a smile and a "Hello" and asked us what they can start for us. We told them we ordered online and we are there to pick up. The only thing that was a little unsatisfactory to me is the bit of a wait time but I can over look that as the service that they gave us is good. If you are near this area and are in cravings for some Starbucks, this is the place to go. Enjoy and stay safe. CHEERS!

    Yummy! Triple espresso!

A great spot for a coffee or tea as you walk around the shops or just take a moment to sit down and relax. I didn't see it on the menu and asked the woman working at the counter what SF flavors they had, she came off very short and said "we only have vanilla". So I took a few seconds to decide what to order since that was my only option she seemed very impatient. Then while I was trying to order an iced latte she cut me off and said "iced caramel latte" I told her no, I wanted sugar free, then she said "fat free milk okay?" I asked what other milk options she had, she rushed everything so quickly that I could barely understand her. She was talking way too fast o thought k was talking to an auctioneer, and just seemed way too impatient for my and fiancés liking. Our order came up and my fiance had ordered sf vanilla as well, we both tried his drink and it tasted overly sweet compared to mine. So he went back and asked if it was made correctly. The woman who took his order stated to argue with him that it was made correctly, while the guy who made the order admitted that he didn't think he made it right. Made it again, but still didn't seem right, but not as sweet. As a former Starbucks barista, it's disappointing to see the terrible customer service from this woman that I'm assuming was possibly a manager since we found out she was training 3 brand new employees. So I suppose she was miserable and grumpy because of that? Just unfortunate that they are all getting training from someone as miserable as she. You never argue with a customer, if a drink didn't taste right, you simply remake it! Even at the end of our transaction she came off snarky she said something I didn't understand and smiled, but I could tell it wasn't meant to be kind and wasn't genuine. My fiance had even asked her earlier how her day was and she rolled her eyes. Just very sad that I've worked in customer service my entire life, and regardless of how busy an establishment is, I still take the time to speak to every customer who has questions, slow down so they understand me, and treat them with kindness and compassion. Not be impatient and frustrated, even if you're having a rough day, you don't have to take it out on everyone else. Needless to say we will not be going back, I'm disappointed that the sf flavors are lacking but, if we are in area, it wouldn't be the end of the world. If I wanted to be treated with such rudeness and pay for it, I'd go to Dick's Last Resort.

There wasn't much seating available, as the cafe was quite full, and there were a lot of people doing work. Definitely more of a spot for 1-2 people, as there weren't any tables that could accommodate 3 when we went. I asked the staff for a recommendation, so I got the vanilla latte based off of that. I was excited to try this spot since there were many good reviews, though perhaps my expectations were too high. The first thing I check for in an iced latte is the bottom of the cup to see if there are any burnt grounds. To my disappointment, there were, so I knew the espresso wasn't going to be very smooth. Though, I couldn't even taste it. I prefer a strong espresso taste, but all I could taste was the milk with a weak aftertaste of watery espresso. The others in my group got matcha, and they also tasted of milk and syrup with barely any matcha flavor. Overall I don't plan on going back since the drinks we had were disappointingly mid. The menu is very large, but I still don't think I'd be willing to go back and try another to see if it was maybe an off day or if there are better drinks.

I decided to sit inside and although they were busy, I was thankfully able to find a table. It's very clean and brightly decorated inside. Quite a few of their specialty lattes sounded good, but I ultimately decided on the Crème brûlée latte, iced with almond milk. While the price point was still high, it lower than many Vegas coffee shops. They have crushed ice which is nice but I do feel like it is a bit of filler, to be honest. The drink was really good though. Despite being a crème brûlée flavored latte, it wasn't overly sweet and the espresso still came through. I'd say that this was one of the quieter coffee shops I've worked from locally, so I'd recommend it for remote workers or students.
