I'm a full-on Dutch Bros addict (attached 2025 recap for proof) and I've been to pretty much every Dutch Bros in Henderson and the surrounding area. That said, I will always go out of my way to visit the Stephanie Street location because the crew there is unmatched. I have never once had an issue with anyone being rude or acting like they don't want to be at work. The energy is always positive, welcoming, and genuine. On the rare occasion that my drink wasn't quite right (maybe two or three times ever), they remade it immediately with zero attitude and even gave me a free drink for my next visit. That kind of customer service goes a long way. Sydney, the manager, is absolutely amazing. She always has a smile on her face and sets the tone for the entire stand. I also really want to shout out Brooke and Alyssa, but honestly every single person there is incredible. You can tell they actually enjoy what they do and care about their customers. Yes, the line can get long, but if you're someone who goes to Dutch Bros regularly, you should already know to plan for that and give yourself the time. The wait is always worth it at this location. I tried the Chorizo Melt Wrap for the first time and I love the flavor! It has the right amount of spice and with my coffee it goes perf. It's just right for a quick snack on my way to work. I also ordered the Golden Eagle iced with whip and sprinkled peppermint candy on top. Yum! I'm really loving the Dutch Bros flavor combos, prices, and energy. I'm enjoying my mornings on my way to work when I start by picking up coffee with DB on the way. Service is always quick and helpful, as well as friendly. When I arrive at 7:30 it does have some more cars , but it moves super quick. Ambiance is all about the cheerful greeting at the window. I always know, no matter who it is they are always smiling. I also consider the extra message hand written on my cup as ambiance for the drive thru. I look forward to the positive fun notes they write. I like the app. Super easy to use and add tip. Definitely considered as a "regular" and they have learned my drink and remember me. I always look forward to coming here and so does my daughter. Brook and everyone here are incredibly amazing. I don't mind waiting in the drive-thru line for coffee, especially with a two-year-old. Brook is exceptionally personable and incredibly friendly. This location is almost always packed most of the time and manage to get through all lines fairly quickly compared to other locations. The drinks always taste good and are consistent regardless of how busy they are. Everyone is always friendly here and I love that they don't force that small talk here. They will greet you, take your order, greet you again, confirm your order and give you your drink. I love that! read more

I love coming to this location since it's pretty quick to get in and out and everything runs pretty smoothly, even when it gets backed up everyone is pretty courteous for the most part, there's only been 1 time when the car next to me didn't wait their turn and went in front of me and the girl brought me drink out to me which was pretty nice of her. This location can get pretty busy especially in the morning and on weekends too but, if you're patient you can be in and out in maybe 10 min or so. My favorite drink is a Poppin boba fire lizard blended and the caramel apple blended seasonal drink, I can't wait to try the winter shimmer blended rebel next. read more

The customer service here sucks and Dutch is supposed to be known for their friendly customer service. I get it can get busy but I come here to get my coffee and bring myself to a better mood to start the day so dealing with the baristas bad attitudes are not worth it. Also every time I ask for soft top, the amount they give is a literal JOKE the size of a penny and if you ask to please get more than that, your drink will be snatched out of your hand for having to add it. When I was working in Henderson, this store had been my favorite even though there were others that were closer. About a month ago, this store hit a large bump in their customer service. Thankfully, the manager has found more great people. For example, RoRo was my Broista for this drink. Because of Brandon and RoRo and that lovely pleasant tall girl (I think she currently has black hair), I have been continuing to come here. Every time they remember me. I believe I now have a nickname... something about my cinnamon intake. After the nice, black haired lady saw me on a third occasion, she remembered me every time. I've tried countless coffee spots, yet I always find myself coming back here. Sure, I have plenty of options nearby, but the Frozen Golden Eagle with soft top steals my heart every single time. I genuinely believe this is my favorite coffee drink, and no one does it better. I'm not sure if they've got some kind of enchanted blender or they use a slushy machine, but the consistency of their frozen coffee is pure perfection--smooth, creamy, and downright dreamy. I've literally shown up with 3 cars ahead of me and had to wait 30 minutes for my drink . You literally just watch the people taking orders catching up with friends with that happen to pull up ... I tried out the mobile order option for the first time recently. Orders are quick. Service at the window is fine. I deducted a star because both orders from 10/26 and 10/28 had a lot of ice. It was indicated on my mobile order for both drinks to have LIGHT ICE. I suppose if I want an iced beverage again, I'll have to consider drive-thru or ordering at the window so I can put emphasis on the light ice. I love your sugar-free iced Kicker. The drive through is a complete embarrassment to the company name, Dane would turning over in his final resting place, but then again I may see him before we get our basic drinks...it's obvious by the reviews that Dutch Bros don't care what you really think as the have not addressed the same issues at this location. Excellent price for great specialty drinks. The service is also above board as they constantly have staff outside taking orders to move the line in a fast and friendly manner. Dutch Bros Coffee on Stephanie St was super busy on Saturday evening. The line for drive through was very long outside on the street, on Stephanie. It was moving fast, but still frustrating when I learned that I could get in the parking lot and just walked up to the window and ordered. Well, maybe next time! The coffee was good but very sweet indeed! Maybe I need to learn how to order coffee from Dutch Bros Coffee. There is no indoor shop here, only drive through and the walk-up window. Cashier was polite, and the other employee who walked beside the car and took the order, was very nice too! It made a huge difference in the mood of waiting too long in line. read more

not a fan of this location, which sucks because it's the closest one to me. coffee is not quite right most of the time. there's been a select few rare times that it's been a good experience, but other than that it's inconsistent. was told one total (the correct one) in line at the drive thru for my medium iced annihilator with no mods, and then made to pay a different total at the window. i mentioned that the .80 that was left in my account should have been taken off making the total 5.32 (which is what i was told initially by the sweet girl who took my order), but was told that 6.12 was the total and it was just the tax taken off. on the app for order ahead for the same drink it says total is 6.12 (tax included) and that's without my .80 being taken off. my change still got taken out of my account. i know it's a small amount; it made the difference of me being able to pay exact change versus having them break a $20 bill. read more
