My puppy LOVES the pup cups

I LOVE this Starbucks location because they are fast to get me in/out, and the customer service is always top notch. They also make my favorite drinks the way I like them. If I ask for lite ice, they don't short me on the drink, which is rare at Starbucks. I often take my puppy with me and he LOVES the pup cups. There is a location directly around the corner from my house, but I'll continue to drive out here to visit this store as it feels like home! Thanks for all you do guys!

I liked this Starbucks. The people working here were friendly and personable. I kind of like how they've started having conversations with you at the register or the window nowadays. It gives it back that personal feel. The interior looked clean and inviting. The drive thru was easy to manage and had a good flow. This Starbucks is decorated nicely both inside and out. Our order came out correct and tasted like it should. This is the thing I like best when coming in. The only issue I see when I come to this Starbucks is that the shop next door also does drinks and the competition must be stiff because I see a long line there all the time and a not so long line at Starbucks. Luckily, both places get my business and I hope that's the case for every one else.

New "modern" looking Starbucks shop in Henderson. Located off the walking trail, I love coming here on my work break. Staff is nice. Menu is pretty standard, but as I have recently discovered they carry breakfast sandwiches for lunch, and I just love it. Particularly sausage and egg with English muffin. Lastly - it is a corporate store, hence they have some super weird rules. They will toast bagel for you but will not put cream cheese on it. Or you must use trash for customers and not the one behind the counter....some things will never change...

How did I miss this Starbucks that's opened in the area the last month! Great location. Easy to get in and out for a quick coffee. Ample parking in the plaza. There's seating inside and a patio area on the side plus drive thru. It has it all for ya. Or like me, I enjoy getting out of the house to work elsewhere a few times a week and enjoy a warm coffee drink. If you want to enjoy your drink at this starbucks, you can ask for it to be in a ceramic cup for the warm drinks and a tall glass for the iced drinks. WiFi is easy to access. Nice layout and as it's new, everything is new - furniture etc. Workers are super excited to see you. Made my morning with the welcome greetings. I'll be here for a few hours I'm sure and will be back again.

I found out about this new location when I saw an employee on Lake Mead the other day with a "Starbucks Now Open" sign. That was very helpful, thank you! This location is close to work & I actually had some time to stop by on my way to work last night. I got stuck @ a light so I placed a mobile order for their yummy, grilled cheese on sour dough bread & the biggest ice coffee with stevia & HWC. The place was easy to find but when I got to it, it looked closed but it wasn't!! lol I went thru the drive thru & upon coming up to the "order here" screen I was greeted by a male thru the speaker that is & told him "I have a mobile order for Gina" & he said "OK, would you like to add anything to your order?" I politely told him "no" but asked him if they could stir my ice coffee & he said "sure." I never caught his name but had small chit chat with him about this new location. I don't think a lot of people know about it but I told him "I'm glad you guys are here!" He was friendly & very nice. My ice coffee came out just how I like it & it was stirred. The grilled cheese was good but could have used some garlic or more? It's suppose to come with garlic, which I usually can taste but didn't with this sandwich. I will definitely be back! It's in the shopping plaza where Target is, across from Big Lots. Easy to find & get to. CHEERS!

Grande iced americano with "extra ice" (no ice at all)

I've been here 3 times and every time I've gotten an iced drink and I expect ice in my drink. But they always are either lukewarm with melting ice floating on top or no ice at all. I've asked to remake with more ice one time and I shouldn't have to ask every time. I don't know the standards for Starbucks iced drinks but I would expect the iced drink to be cold and not room temperature. I assume someone got pressured into making drinks with less ice, so today I asked for "extra ice" and this is how the drink came out. Truly baffling because I got no ice at all.

New as of May 25 in front but not in target. Nice rather spacious interior with a drive thru and a south facing covered patio . Friendly service

Inside sitting area (seems like at least 7 different seating options with outlets)

You can get 3 different flavors when you order the 6. The eggs are halves, but it was enough for us to try some of their flavors as a snack. All were pretty good, with the Traditional and Bacon Caper being my favorites. They had a stronger flavor than the Goat. Next time we come in we'll have to try the other three flavors. Also had their White Chocolate Mac Latte. You can get it cold or hot, I personally prefer hot for this drink. Overall, a really nice coffee spot with good bites and good service. Atmosphere is very open, bright, and chill.

I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing…read more I stopped in about 15 minutes before closing to grab one simple coffee. When I walked in, everything already seemed to be closed. There were three staff members behind the counter, but no one acknowledged me for several minutes. Around the seven-minute mark, I finally asked if they were still open. One employee simply said, "Yes," walked right past me, went outside, and started stacking chairs. I continued waiting, and by the time I finally received my coffee, 17 minutes had passed. I was the only customer in the shop, and there were three employees working. For a single coffee, the lack of urgency and customer service was honestly surprising. The coffee itself was fine, but nothing memorable. In a city like Las Vegas, where there are incredible coffee shops on nearly every corner with friendly, welcoming staff, it's hard to justify coming back after an experience like this. If a business is open and still taking orders, customers should be acknowledged and served in a reasonable amount of time. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling more like an inconvenience than a customer. This was definitely a one-and-done visit for me.

I found a space and only had about a two-minute walk to Public Works. The space is industrial but cozy, and I love the little community library in the red phone booth. That's such a cute touch and very on-brand for a neighborhood spot. It also turns into a wine bar at night. I ordered the iced matcha honey latte with almond milk. It was good, but definitely on the sweeter side. Almost milkshake-like. (Not frozen, just thicker and sweeter than a traditional matcha). I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for an earthy or classic matcha. The texture was a bit grainy with some settling at the bottom, and I did get a small clump in one sip. Not a big deal, just noticeable. If I had to guess, they use a pre-sweetened matcha powder. They don't advertise having pure or ceremonial matcha, so I'm not too pressed. Just sharing my experience. Service was quick and I got my drink within just a few minutes. There's plenty of indoor seating plus a spacious, dog-friendly patio. The vibe is very social and family-friendly, with lots of conversation, families, and groups. I personally wouldn't come here to study or work, but it seems like a great spot to meet with friends or family, or just a casual coffee run. I'd come back when I'm in the mood for something sweet. I'm curious to try the Cuban latte next time since it gets so much love. I'm glad I checked this place out.

I remember visiting once but maybe or maybe not buying a drink, then just never returning since it was a bit out of the water. But I relocated to a closer Henderson neighborhood and started checking out some of the nearby casinos, and it just seemed like a good idea to stop by today... and take advantage of a casino partnership as well. I tried two drinks. The Cold Brew ($7.00, 24 oz) felt like a dark roast at first but expressed mostly fruity notes later on. It was certainly smooth and low in bitterness and acidity. I also wanted to try a latte since that tends to be where these cafes get the most creative. The Cuban Honey ($7.00, 16 oz) was the recommendation of the employee at the register, and it was simple and tasty enough. Milk, honey, and cinnamon are some very classic and comforting flavors, and they're beautifully balanced in this latte. I was also interested in trying a quiche ($5.95), so I did. They come as a compact "personal" size and apparently just get heated warm for you even if you're taking them to-go. The Florentine is definitely spinach-forward but also seems to have mushrooms and caramelized onions. The crust is suitable, the egg custard isn't the most amazing, and it leans a bit salty overall, but it's an enjoyable food option. I probably blew past the parking lot which I'm vaguely aware of, but that's because parking was actually available on the street. Some spots were marked for 12 min only, but there were plenty of open unmarked spots a few yards up. The place was almost empty around Saturday lunch too. I have no idea why since it seemed quiet enough for a study or work spot. Public Works has filled a coffee-seeking niche in this area of Henderson for a long time, and hopefully they'll do so for years to come. If you play at Emerald Island or Rainbow Club, ask the casino about using points here since it's as good as money.

Located in a small little shopping center, this place is definitely tucked away but super easy to find. Parking can be scarce so I would either recommend in getting there very early or a little bit later in the morning. When you open the door, the first thing you are greeted with is the pastry rack in front of you. I swear, I gained 10 lb. Just looking at it. So many amazing things to look at and see absolutely wonderful. Another thing I have to brag about is how friendly everyone is there. You walk in the door and you are greeted literally by everyone. Really makes you feel at home and invited in to experience everything that they have. I opted for the tiramisu latte, and it was fantastic! Definitely had a perfect coffee flavor, and the terramisu flavoring was not overly sweet but actually was perfect. I had the bacon breakfast croissant with egg and it was wonderful. Perfectly balanced, the flavors were there, and the bacon was excellent! This is definitely one we are going to add for our go-to breakfast places when in Vegas. Super excited to try everything on the menu! Bottom line? If you have not gone to horizon shine, you are missing out. Top of your must-go places and I swear you will not be disappointed! You will probably see me there again! If so, feel free to buy me a pastry.
