Stopped by this Starbucks because they had a drive through. The barista that took my order was really kind and professional. I got through the drive through pretty quickly. After picking up my order, I noticed the inside looked nice and decided to come in and cowork. They have a lot of seating at this Starbucks and the best part is there are a lot of outlets for your laptop. On this visit I got an iced matcha latte and a chocolate cake pop. I appreciate that their matcha isn't too sweet here. I loved treating myself to the rich cake pop. I normally don't add this about cafes, but I really loved the music they played here. It was fun background music to my workday. They also had clean single stall women and men bathrooms. I highly recommend coworking at this Starbucks. read more

Quality has gone down significantly. The lines are longer and I'm not sure the baristas ate being trained well. This is the second time I've received a drink that doesn't meet standards. It is supposed to be a caramel macchiato but it tastes like oat milk with a little syrup thrown in. read more

I love this Starbucks close to my house! It's always in tip top shape and the coffee counter is always clean and well stocked! The layout is inviting, very comfortable for working on your laptop, reading, or chatting with friends. We've even had business meetings here in the back private conference/meeting room. Last time I was there, we ran into a fellow Yelper and snapped some selfies! The employees were extremely friendly and the manager came over, introducing himself and bidding us a good day! A little kindness goes a long way these days. And as we honor postal workers, hospital workers, sanitation workers, police and firemen, and the like, we should not forget that there is a less-celebrated but just as essential group of workers, our food service teams, who are putting themselves in harm's way, sometimes with a lot less protection than these other groups are getting, certianly with a lot less fanfare, and definitely with a lot less respect. I just read about an ice cream store that reopened in New England after the owner weighed the risks of the pandemic, and on day one, customers became so rude and disrespectful that one employee quit due to the treatment she received. Food service is often a thankless and punishing task, and these days it also involves customers stressed over distancing and masks, angry over a tidal wave of bad news and mainly irritable and negative based on the current social climate. I am not immune to this occasionally overwhelming feeling of helplessness, and I will admit that I forget sometimes that ALL people, whether they choose to work, are forced to work, or are unable to work at this time, deserves our equal respect, patience, and understanding. So it is a breath of fresh air when a simple trip to a neighborhood Starbucks, like this relatively new outpost outside the currently-under-renovation Regency Square Mall, brings with it a flood of smiles, mutual respect and an enjoyment of what they are doing on the inside as a team. Yes, we all know what their coffee tastes like, and no this isn't a mom and pop operation in danger of disappearing from the landscape. And I do like to keep things local and try to do business with folks attached to my community in some way, but I am also realistic in the fact that those who would like to keep caffienated do often turn to these stores for their daily dose. It is for these reasons that I wanted to give a shout-out to this group of upbeat, friendly, and respectful baristas who continue to keep a positive and friendly face on an otherwise gloomy and thankless climate in our community. It is not often noticed that people are enjoying what they are doing by helping other people, and I wanted this group to get noticed and to be thanked for keeping their store happy and their customers kindly caffienated. read more

The service, or lack there of, is TRASH. This location has two points of entry. I arrived at the register (there was no baristas at the register at the time - not an issue, they were quite busy) at the same time as three others who entered from the alternate door. I was in front of them based on the door I entered however, their (1of 3} order was taken prior to mine and when I attempted to provide my order - since I was overlooked - I was told there was a line as if I wasn't in it. It's lost upon me as to why it was assumed that I was somehow trying to circumvent the ordering process rather than being asked if I'd been helped or the cashier clarifying who was there "first" so I opted not to spend my money there. read more

Stopped in around the time they first opened. Tripped over the wheelchair incline in the curb, which wasn't clearly marked at the time. There were only a couple other customers when I got inside, but the tables at the front needed wiping. Staff did not seem eager to see me. I ordered a small drink that consisted of a cup of ice with a splash of fruit-flavored tea and half a strawberry. It was well over four dollars. Never again. read more

Best Starbucks in the area. The service is 10/10 times always friendly, attentive, and just genuinely nice. The drive thru is usually very speedy despite the sometimes long line, which makes a morning stop for coffee on the way into the office more enjoyable than stressful. I always stop at this Starbucks location when traveling for work. I'll usually leave the Richmond airport and stop here as my first stop to grab some coffee, breakfast and knock out some work before my day of driving and site visits. Everyone working here is always really nice. It's clean and they even have a conference room you can work in for some privacy and quiet if it's not reserved. read more

I love this Starbucks. The staff is always so friendly. Even before ordering at the drive they always ask how I am doing and respond with how they are doing EVEN WHEN THEY HAVE LONG LINES out in the mall parking area. It shows that they individually care about YOU and want you to have a great experience. I have been to many Starbucks around the world and this is the only location that has done this. me and my father, are from europe and we drove all the way to states to taste your coffee, my friend in australia told me you guy have excellent customer service. the person over the drive telly was very pleasant and splendid, i asked for a venti raspberry mocha frappe. and that's exactly what i got. i was intrigued to see how they would make my drink without instructions. it was a brilliant 10 out of 10. my father got a triple shot white chocolate mocha which he did enjoy very much so. we wanted to give hugs and kisses to our servers because they were so kind and gave us something to drink. me and my father will definitely come here only and specifically next time. we do look forward to this coming event. in all seriousness though the employees were very friendly and attentive! and we hope all the karen's in the world should keep to them selves if they don't want your amazing coffee. #ignorethehaters (btw we're not european - but everything else is true whole heartily besides the australian friend part) Great service!! xoxo - ya brits read more

Normally I would give a 5 start rating but it honestly just depends on the day and time you arrive. Some days you are greeted by the friendliest, most hospitable crew who honestly are the best... however there are other days when particular crew members are there you can tell they don't want to be there and don't make you feel welcome. Don't tell you your total at the window and then when you get to the window don't say anything except "you need to turn your brightness up" (I was paying with my app) not hello, not your total nothing. It's rude, especially when I have a privacy glass screen protector and it's as bright as it goes... and when I explain that they just give an okay. My experience is consistently like this when this person is working. read more
