I'm staying at the Holiday Inn express right across the street from the Starbucks so I decided to go get a coffee and I will say that this was one of the worst experiences I had at a Starbucks. I use the mobile app and when I got to the drive-in, the server who I was expecting to greet me, asked me the name on the order, and I gave it to her told me in the future do not come to the drive-through until the order says completed. I would understand if there was some sort of extreme line or if the wait time was ridiculous and it was a super busy time of day, but there was no one in line. It would be exactly as if I ordered at the drive-through. When I got to the window, I asked her name and why she was so rude and condescending. There was no accountability or ownership on her tag. It showed GiGi.. While I'm in this area, I will no longer be supporting the Starbucks. There is a target nearby. I will walk inside of target to get my coffee if need be. I love this Starbucks!! Their location is very convenient, near the freeway but the parking lot is nice and open. I have been coming here for years. Not sure why they're not on Yelp. I like this location - they are typically never out of the drinks I'm interested in. They have cold brew, nitro brew, holidays drinks, etc. The staff are always friendly. The lobby is nice and clean. They always have cool designs on their customer greet board. The bathrooms are clean. This is my go to spot before I leave the high desert. My coffee drinks are always on point. Today I ordered the vanilla sweet cream cold brew and it is amazing. There's another Starbucks on the other side of the freeway and another one inside target. Don't get them confused. This one is a stand alone store near the new shell gas station and Mexico Lindo. It is not the same parking lot as target. I have used this lobby years. I meet friends here and chat. I have studied for my final exams when I couldn't go to school or home was too distracting. Excellent location. read more

Came in to pick up my order and I asked for a cup a water and Rebekah had asked me if I had made a purchase as I'm literally holding my drink but since when the hell do u need to make a purchase for WATER!!!!! That's super rude to refuse any one for a cup a water. And then she tells me it's a new policy??? If it is Starbucks do better! Hate to be one to be one to complain. But what's going on with the strategy and operations here. It took me 40 minutes to get an iced tea. From a mobile order. I could've ordered from another Starbucks along my route. Other customers said they were waiting 45 minutes. Like seriously. Management have people focus on the teas that are quick and easy. Get those out. Have the other baristas focus only on coffees. There's people standing around. Drive through lines are wild. Shit show. Positive note I was able to fully charge my Tesla I guess. I mean I get, that one shouldn't be entitled. I've come to this Starbucks from time to time whenever I have an urge for some mocha frappe. I usually get the one with java chip... this one is the best out of all their other frappes IMHO. I've also tried their dragonfruit drink and it was good. I normally don't buy their pastries if at all unless I'm in an airport waiting for my flight and I need a quick snack. Staff is always pleasant. Prices are average. Location is perfect as it's near the 15 Fwy so I can swing on by on my way out or way home. I don't think I've ever walked into this Starbucks though. I've always gone through drive-thru. Maybe one day I'll make it a trip to visit its inside. Anyway, if you want a good frappe, pay a visit to your neighborhood Starbucks! Happy Frappe'ing! read more

Came in today at 4:00 through the drive thru. But they did not take my order. Their holiday sign states they open at 3:30. I waited about 10 min and then placed my order online and parked in the front to wait for my order to be completed . I am still sitting here in the parking lot at 4:31 and they have not started my order yet. This is a big order as it is for my work team. This service is outrageously ridiculous as they have made eye contact with me multiple times as I'm sitting in my car. Someone ever tried to enter the store but the doors were locked pass 4:20. Unsanitary, literally just went through the drive through and there was a girl wiping her mouth all over working the window. Literally threw her tissue away and handed me my drink without sanitizing or washing her hands first, there was also another employee who came up and started wiping her lips as well and went back into the preparing area, will not be returning. ok, i know a bunch of you are rating this place pretty low, but hear me out. I can't rate it low, because I didn't have a low rated experience. it's based solely on my trip, i've only been here once, and it's my birthday too, so i got my free birthday drink, so on top of that, i've already been feeling pretty good about my day. That in itself can affect how you approach businesses and your day in general. i decided to do drive-through, even though the line was long, and I did for a split minute contemplate if I should have just parked and gone inside -- but since this is an unknown area to me, I didn't want to go inside for whatever reason (i'm just unfamiliar with the demographics for the area and I didn't want to be like, a lone-asian standing around LOL.. or lone-gay-asian at that, so, it was just better in my car, plus i can listen to my music as i wait anyway). the menu / box to order was pretty far into the drive-through lane btw, as the building is shared with a Yoshi Sushi business, so you have to get past that first before getting to the sbux talking box. I placed my order, pretty standard - venti vanilla sweet cream cold brew + toffee nut syrup. i got to the window and stated i was using my birthday reward, got a birthday greeting and i was on my way. drink tasted perfect as i can only expect a simple drink like mine to end up tasting, and i'm happy. My absolute fav starbucks in the area and probably in general. Mobile orders or going in is always a smooth experience. The staff are always so kind and patient, always take their time on their drinks, and other than sometimes a long-ish line (how can I complain, it's Starbucks) I have not one complaint! So I ordered a London fog iced tea and was told it was a 5 minute wait since they have to steep the tea which is fine but the girl at the window seemed bothered that I had ordered that. When I got my drink it didn't taste like earl grey and more so like milk and sugar. Also they didn't really listen to my order specifically when I said light ice. Now if I'm paying for a drink that is $5.00+ i expect to get my moneys worth. The amount of ice to drink was 80/20 which is a total ripoff. read more

Recently opened in a small retail center west of the 15 freeway on Main St in Hesperia. This is not the one in the Super Target. I was at the Super Target on Saturday and they have a Starbucks in their store, but the last few times I've been there there is always a long line. I had seen this new Starbucks that was across the street in the new little retail center. I wanted to go check them out. I'm glad I did. Granted there was a line for the drive-thru, but I was able to walk right up to the counter and order my drink. From now on, I'll be going to this Starbucks when I'm in the area shopping and I'm feeling like I need a Starbucks. read more

I don't understand why the drive thru person can't get an easy order correct. This happens everytime i come to this location. I can't have any kind of sugar. I order a simple Latte with half and half iced.. I even say no sugar, no flavor! And they always add a crap ton of sweetener! And I have to go inside and get it fixed!
