It was nice as they brought out my coffee for me while I was waiting at a table. The coffee was decent as I felt there were too much flavor profiles going on. There was a hint of something else that I quite can't put my finger on. It was also thick and syrupy--a texture I do not like. I also tried my friend's coffees and wasn't a fan as well. I don't know if I would get drinks here. Their food and desserts look more promising.

A man was standing in front of the fountain machine, so after he moved slightly, I asked him to check whether the Triple XXX flavor was available. My husband simply pushed the button and let a small amount come out to see if it was the actual flavor or just water, since we've experienced this location being out of syrup before. It was clear, so we left the machine and grabbed bottled water from the refrigerator. As we were paying, my husband casually mentioned to the young lady at the register that the Triple XXX machine was out of syrup. She explained that they hadn't received a shipment. At that point, the owner approached my husband and told him that he couldn't "just grab a cup" and that she would charge him for it. The problem? Neither of us touched a cup or took anything from the fountain area. The owner was essentially accusing us of taking something we didn't take. There are cameras throughout the store, and she could have easily reviewed them before making such an accusation. In fact, the gentleman standing at the machine was blocking the cups anyway. What bothered me most was the way she spoke to us--with an incredibly disrespectful and condescending attitude. We are regular customers who have spent plenty of money at this location, and there was absolutely no reason to approach us as if we were trying to steal something. It's not the fact that the machine was out of syrup or that we were unable to get the drink. Things happen. It was the unnecessary accusation and the disrespectful way we were treated by the owner. After being a loyal customer and coming here several times a week, I'm extremely disappointed. Customer service and respect go a long way, and unfortunately, we received neither today.

Her behavior made me feel as though my questions were an inconvenience. After taking our order, she began slamming doors, equipment, and machines while preparing our items. Her actions and demeanor made it seem as though she was angry that we were there. When our order was ready, she placed the items on the counter and walked away without saying anything. I had to ask if the order was ours because there was no communication from her. When I politely asked for her name, she responded, "Bye, I don't have to give you my name," and walked away. I found this response unprofessional and disrespectful. The entire interaction left both my daughter and me feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable. I have visited Jamba Juice many times in the past, but this experience was unlike any I have had before. I hope this matter is addressed so that future customers are treated with the courtesy, professionalism, and respect they deserve.

She took over the register, charged me, and after I paid, she stayed behind the register staring at me the entire time. When I walked to the side to look at their other items while waiting for my drink, she was literally following me with her head. I could see it with the corner of my eye. I don't know what she thought or was thinking, but that was not cool. I would look at her, and then she would stare back at me, smile, and then go back to staring at me as I moved around. Like what the heck. Super unforgettable experience.
