Just now I went in to the nasty, unclean Starbucks with boxes everywhere to order a drink. I ordered and the lady was polite,they were out of cold foam no big deal. We went through when I received my drink there was no Carmel in it. I could care less if you put camel in it or not please fix! Instead before fixing it the worker Queeny argued with me stating in a rude tone that she put a whole lot of caramel in my drink. One worker saw how rude she was stepped in and fixed it. And yes I could tell a big difference there was caramel in the second one but I had to fight for them to make a drink right. Oh and both restrooms were shut down! read more

Starbucks grew their business by providing quality coffee, products and customer service. Over the years, there was pressure on business and a rush to be more inclusive to whatever was not considered normal, so the upper management decided it was more important to exclude the averageCustomer. for so many years that I cannot count, my wife and I would look forward to a trip to Starbucks. The Manager's they hired were so friendly. The staff was exceptional. The stores were clean products, up-to-date l, coffee was good and the environment was welcoming. In 2020 that all change . It was an excuse to disenfranchise themselves from the average person. They fired really good managers, some who we knew personally, got rid of the friendly staff and under the guys of woke, they hired people who did not care about customer service or being friendly. They were there just to collect the paycheck and Starbucks began to decline. So now in 2025, five years later, Starbucks hasn't come to grips with what they did. Stores are messy and I mean messy. Product in boxes stacked in front of the sales cases. Grumpy staff who cannot provide the service that normal people would expect. So recently I visited the Starbucks on Memorial Parkway, anticipating that they might have changed . I ordered a black dark roast coffee with cream on the side and a toasted bagel with cream cheese to go. I was told that they were out of dark roast. So I suggested, just give me another roast that would be OK with me. "Well, we are out of All of the coffee". I thought that was strange as the customers in the drive-through kept coming and going. But if you walked in the store, they were out of coffee. Hum? So I went ahead and waited for the dark roast coffee to be made. In the meantime, the lady that was helping me left for break. After a long period of time, I saw that the coffee maker had stopped brewing and I asked if I could have my coffee that I ordered. I had to repeat the order again. I received the coffee but no cream on the side. Keep in mind this was about 15 minutes later. My bagel had been made immediately and sat getting cold. When I finally opened the bagel bag, the bagel was barely toasted and very gummy so to speak. Getting back to the coffee, when I asked for the cream on the side, I was met with frowning faces and discussed. Like you're bothering me! The cold atmosphere, lack of Customer Service. How can you run out of coffee in a coffee shop? I felt very unwelcome and this is sad because I know what Starbucks used to be and how hard they worked to provide good product and excellent customer service. But as usual, those days are gone and that is sad for me. It had been a very long time since I've been back to Starbucks and I was hoping for a better experience. But sadly, it looks like it is more important to remain woke than it is to provide good customer service and a good product. Still a steady 3 stars. The parking lot here is a nightmare. You have to enter through the Full Moon BBQ parking lot to get to the drive thru and it's very tight. Traffic gets backed up and difficult for people who parked to exit. read more

Exactly what I wanted. After a few days in Huntsville with sub par coffee from the hotel and White Bison, I was glad to get a cup of strong, slightly bitter Verona dark roast. The coffee was great. I love Starbucks Coffee, so this pains me to say, but it needs to be said. You would think that getting a coffee would be a hassle free experience at Starbucks... I went on a Saturday evening, and it was crowded, but it's Starbucks, its always crowded. The Barista looked like she was frustrated. However, I asked for a pour-over of the Christmas Blend, which is what I get every time I go to Starbucks this time of year. She promptly said, "We can only do Thanksgiving Blend." ..."Okay" I said. I mean, I get it, they were busy. I said "Okay I'll take a pour-over of the the Thanksgiving Blend." She looks me dead in the eye and says, "Okay I need your money"... What!? Yeah I get that, you don't have to be so rude. (I didn't say that, but I was thinking it) So I hand her my CC and then she gets my coffee from the airpot. I told her, that I ordered a pour-over. She said "I don't have time for a pour-over sir." Needless to say I didn't fuss or make a scene. Other than that, the store itself is nice and clean, the Bathroom was clean and fully stocked, and they have a great selection of drink ware and different coffees. The morning crew from Monday 2/1 needs training on customer service. I placed my order through the app for pick up, lemon pound cake and white chocolate peppermint mocha latte. I walked in to pickup the order I spoke loudly- no response. Stood at the end of the counter waiting for my order. There was a male and a female making orders- one female at the drive through window no one acknowledged my presence- no one!! A female came from the far end of the counter she had a green and white checkered bow in her hair, she spoke and asked if I'd been helped I said no. She asked my name I told her. She passed me the latte,which felt warm on the outside and the cake. Hopped in the car and while on 565- took my first sip the coffee was lukewarm. The cake was still ice cold. I'm over it!! Huntsville area is not the Starbucks rich environment to which I have become accustomed. This was about 6 or 7 miles from my hotel. I was not only glad I made the trip, however think I made it all but 1 day the 8 I was there. The staff is very friendly and recognized me on my second visit. I joked since there was a line behind me the one day I ordered multiple coffees that I should make them ring it separately for the stars, when she asked me for the card the second time I realized she took the initiative. I love this place. They have a computer system where they input your order and it prints out a ticket that they stick on your drink - that's a first for me. Also, the staff is really personable, even when they are having internal problems, which I saw only once in the dozen or so times I've been there. AWFUL! We were in a rush and decided to do mobile order. We got our drinks fairly quick but our bakery items took FOREVER. We went up to the counter multiple times asking about our food, every time their response was "sorry we're backed up on orders" we were the only ones inside and there were very few cars in the drive thru. I have been to the Starbucks a lot but I had the worst experience with a barista today. She was extremely rude for no reason. I walked over to the mobile pick up area and grabbed my drinks. As I was getting my straws she came up to me and said "the partition is there for a reason you an just grab your drinks". My drinks were literally just sitting on the counter at the mobile pick up area and no one had helped me after I had been waiting in like for like 10 minutes. So I saw my drinks and I walked over and grabbed them. I literally didn't even have to reach over the counter because they were right in front of me. I told her I thought I would just grab them since they were at the mobile pick up area and I pointed at the mobile pick up sign. She said "you can't just grab your drinks it's there for a reason". I said "I'm sorry I didn't know". She then said again, "it's there for a reason you can't just do what you want". I said again, "I'm so sorry I had no idea". She looked me up and down in the judgiest way and walked away. My hands were literally shaking and I felt tears forming in my eyes because I had never been treated that rudely at a Starbucks. I also always grab my drinks from the mobile pick up station and no one has ever said anything to me. In fact, other baristas have literally told me I could grab my drink from the mobile pickup station. This woman was extremely rude and was literally yelling at me in front of other customers. Just disable the mobile ordering ability for this store as it gives the false sense that you can plan ahead. I've slowly been ordering farther and farther ahead, but I still have a long wait at the store. I ordered 20 minutes ahead today, and still had to wait an additional 20 minute wait when I arrived. I have no problem with the employees, or the quality of the food and drink, as they are doing the best they can. But Starbucks can control the customer experience. The drive-through is always the fastest way of getting your items. Mobile ordering is very convenient, but it's just not working for this location. Please remove mobile ordering as there is no way to know how far ahead you need to order. The drive-through experience is just fine and you'll always have a good idea how long you'll be in line. I used to be able to pickup my mobile orders like clockwork, but in recent months either business has more than doubled for this location, or COVID related issues are causing significant delays. Makes for a bad customer experience. I don't need to spend this kind of money for coffee, so am not compelled to keep visiting a business where the experience is always frustrating. read more

Typically I visit this location in the mornings. While their service isn't exceptionally fast or fantastic, it is nothing in comparison to the service I just received during lunchtime. The parking lot and drive through was fairly empty and the wait time in the drive through was much longer than usual and this is probably due in fact to the amount of chatting and socializing between employees and their friends who happened to come see them at work. I placed an online order, when I got there to pick up my order it was wrong. I ordered a vanilla bean frapachino with extra caramel deizzle. (Paid for extra caramel deizzle). There was no caramel in my drink at all. So I let the lady know. She then took my drink to the back an out a small amount of caramel on too and brought the drink back. I let her know I had paid for extra caramel it was even on the sticker on my cup.. so she then tells me she will remake it. Comes back with a cup with an inch of caramel in the bottom all down the out side of the cup. There was so much in fact I couldn't even drink my drink because it was so much . Normally I go to a local place in Madison because truthfully their coffee is substantially better since you can make whatever you want with over 25 sugar free flavors... and they're substantially cheaper but I needed the coffee without having to drive all the way back to Madison. I got there... and got stuck in the drive thru after i ordered... I announced i had forgotten my wallet!!! They didn't even hesitate and told me "no worries." Horrendous service. I have been a Starbucks gold card member for 3 years. I moved to Huntsville from Birmingham recently and this is the closest drive-through Starbucks to my house. They are incredibly slow and cars wrap around the building every morning. They frequently overfill your coffee to the very brim, which ends up all over your car from leaking out of the cap. I had to pull over and pour some out on the street today after it leaked out and burned my hand. Today I ordered a grande dark roast- black- and a banana bread unwarmed. Sat at the window for 5 minutes while the woman at the window just stood at her computer. Get a new manager to fix this. read more
