Now, this is a review during the pandemic, and they do check to see if you have a face masks. For all of those who already have had covid-19, some of us haven't caught it and like it to stay that way. I love this location because it's open at 6 AM which hardly anything is open this early in the neighborhood unless you walk over to Dunkin' Donuts. I also visit here to get some grading done, to catch up with my friends with kids, to meet my students and talk about their worries & real life struggles. I also come here to tutor some kids and help them with their studies. There are clean tables and lots of hand sanitizer. Did I mention this one has a bathroom unlike the one next to the subway station on 74th Street and Roosevelt Avenue? I consider this a drawfront and helpful when drinking a big cup of caffeinated awesomeness! I like this Starbucks, because the people who work here are super nice. There is a lady who starts with a T who I love (but I'll write the first initial in respect for her privacy and somewhat anonymity), because I always feel comfortable not getting a 3rd coffee, and merely stopping in to grab a cake pop and chill out with another friend who appreciates the strongness of a black coffee. At other cafes, it's strange to not get a coffee, but it's nice not to be pressured to get a beverage just because that's what most people order. It's also wonderful, because the music is also super relaxing. The aroma of espresso beans inside this location is truly spectacular. My best part is coming home and absorbing all the great aroma of freshly made coffee without imbibing any at all. I love Starbucks scent!

I've been coming to this location for a while now and each time the service is superb! The staff is super friendly and the manager Rena always greets you by your first name which is actually very nice that people actually remember your name these days. I usually do mobile orders and they're always ready and made to perfection when I get there! There's also plenty of seating and space for everyone. I wish all locations were like this one with exceptional staff and great customer service! Another great thing about this location is that it's open till 10PM everyday so you can get your caffeine boost even late!

The Starbucks on 37th Ave, located in the heart of Jackson Heights, is the perfect place to enjoy your favorite Starbucks beverage, whether you are on your way or coming back from work, studying, working, or you're just satisfying your Starbucks cravings. This Starbucks is very spacious, clean and the staff is very polite and welcoming. I enjoyed my favorite Starbucks beverage. An Iced Caramel Macchiato. I can tell the barista prepared it with love. The balance of steamed milk, vanilla flavored syrup drizzled with Caramel Syrup, helped me through the rest of my work.

Really nice Starbucks in Jackson Heights. I love coming here prior to the start of my work day. Generally I would place my order on there app and pick it up. My only issue is you would not find out that they are out of an item until you reach the store and you have already paid.

I order 2 VENTI drinks coffe is less than half of the cup, 7 dollars for this???

My order was for two VENTI drinks, the coffee only has half the glass and the Green tea frap comes with ice and without the cream. This is not the first time this has happened in this store at 78 Jackson Height Street

Is in a busy location. Staff is friendly. Not a good location if you want to study or do homework because it was to crowded, busy and waa more for people that were in the neighborhood. Not as clean as other locations.

Needed some coffee during my morning walk with my dog. Riley gave my pup his first puppuccino, which made both of our mornings. Thanks, Riley!

The sauce that was served was absolutely delicious with the signature tanginess and sweetness of Thai food. The hot pot that I ordered was also enjoyed to the fullest! The food here was super good but also I love liver so I was glad they had a hot pot option that included that! After a delicious meal, we finished off with the mango bingsu which also was a huge hit! The bingsu was super fluffy and light! This meal was definitely worth it and didn't leave me feeling super heavy. The service was also great even though they were always full house with some parties waiting and only one person serving. I will be back next time to try their Thai barbecue which I saw people having and I could stop looking at! On top of all this, the server or manager even gave me a free Melona ice cream which I paired with the bingsoo after he saw that I was pregnant which I thought was super sweet. I don't live too far from here so I also want to add that even though I have not added a review, I always go to this restaurant to grab a coconut Thai milk tea to go (I am not even a huge Thai tea fan)! For some reason, I love the coconut thai tea from here and always find myself craving it.

The atmosphere is indeed cozy with quaint outdoor seating as well. Unfortunately, I gave their iced matcha latte two tries, on two separate days. Sadly, their version of an iced matcha latte is watery and lacks the matcha flavor, despite being green. It just tastes like milk. It takes a lot of flavored syrup to make this drink taste better, and syrupy drinks aren't good. The first time I had it, I was surprised to be chewing on ginger pieces that were floating in the bottom of my drink. Luckily, I like ginger and, more importantly, I'm not allergic. I passed it off as maybe their unique twist on a matcha latte. When I went back for a second try, I asked them to not put ginger in the drink, to which I was told ginger should have never been in the drink and the whisk they used was likely not fully cleaned from a drink that contains ginger. Uhh, gross! And not a good practice for a restaurant serving the public. I forgave the first mistake and ordered another iced matcha latte with lavender. I get back to my family's house, take a sip, and notice they omitted the lavender. Had to walk back to get it corrected. The young lady taking orders was very apologetic and swift in correcting it. However, her colleague wearing a bandana on her hair was not as kind and seemed to be irritated at my kind request it be fixed. Both of my experiences have been off putting and I simply will not be back! Thank goodness the neighborhood has alternatives like Over The Moon and Qahwah Valley. Espresso 77 would benefit from improved quality of their products, cleanliness, and customer service.
