And, yet. On a recent trip to the Glens Falls area I ordered the same breakfast sandwich from Spot Coffee three mornings in a row. All the mornings I was in the area in fact. It was called Mike's breakfast sandwich. And, look. I don't know who Mike is--but his taste in breakfast sandwich toppings? Top notch. I got mine on a plain bagel and it comes with egg, provolone, and cream cheese. It's almost poetic in its simplicity. And, sheer perfection. They also have coffee, of course, which I very much enjoyed as well. Each morning I got one of their specialty lattes. One morning I got their spiced cookie latte and the other two mornings I got their frosty mint mocha. Both were fabulous and I was able to sub almond milk, which was great. I ordered delivery and they packaged everything beautifully and it arrived still quite warm. Thank you Spot Coffee for making this girl's winter work travel just a skosh more warm and welcoming.
