The gentleman behind the counter welcomed me in and I told him it was my first time there. He showed me the menu, told me their bagels were made fresh everyday, and walked me through their coffee items. I decided to try their horchata latte and the turkey and bacon everything bagel. I expressed to him that I like strong coffee with slight sweetness he said he would adjust the sweetness of the latte so it wasn't sweet. This man was not kidding. He made me the most perfect latte! It is heaven in a cup. Next time I'm trying their Chocolate Abuelita latte. I tried the bagel sandwich when I got home and O-M-G! The salty bacon and turkey with the fresh tomato and lettuce complemented by their chipotle mayo on a perfectly toasted everything bagel was *chef's kiss* I spoke with the gentleman about their business and he mentioned they're on Instagram and TikTok. I will be following them on both platforms. They're currently doing a toy drive and on the 20th (I believe this month), they're having a fund raiser for a Sacred Heart (I believe it's for a church). That should already be brewing. Nothing about the experience justifies Starbucks-level pricing. The owners need to pay closer attention to quality control, customer experience, and the small details that actually matter in hospitality. As soon as they asked my name I see the vehicle start to back up quickly, so I hit my horn and said someone is trying to hit me. The driver yells at me that she didn't order I said I that's fine just don't hit my car, I assumed you had a mobile order. She then proceeded to say they don't do that mobile "bull shit". I just put my hand up and said ok. I didn't say anything more to her. She proceeded to call me a bitch to the worker when placing her order then repeatedly in the line. I still didn't say anything. When she got to the window the worker asked her what happened I couldn't hear everything she said but hear her say this bitch and I could clearly hear the worker say he was sorry for her inconvenience and gave her a $4 gift card. When I pulled up to the window I told him it was unacceptable for him to tell her he was sorry for her inconvenient when she almost backs into the front of my car then calls me a bitch repeatedly when I did nothing wrong but hook at her to stop her from hitting my car. I was trapped with a vehicle behind me and have someone calling me a bitch for not wanting my car smashed into. I will not be going into the drive-thru and placing mobile orders in the future. I'm not very hopeful that the Starbucks employee will learn anything from this experience.

At first I didn't want to try any because I was content with my Keurig coffee but I finally gave in. I have to say this coffee has pretty much made me a coffee snob. I don't know much about the ins and outs of coffee brewing, all I know is what appeals to me and this stuff is delicious and addicting and I wish I could say which 2 of his kinds of coffee I tried but I don't remember the names. Both so so so "good to the last drop". He even has pods. Just waiting for him to get 2.0 pods! I can't wait!
