I had the best experience tonight. My daughter isn't able to have sugar. This is new to her and we didn't know what to order. Our cashier, Mary, took the time to go over options with us and asked my daughter specifically what she preferred. When my daughter didn't like what she was given, Mary made her a new drink in the way she likes her coffee. My daughter wasn't 100% digging it but it was good enough to drink. I ordered my drink on a Mobil App. I tried to go inside to pick up my order. Brooklyn told me I had to wait in the drive thru line. I saw her giving customers their orders outside 1 minute earlier. When I went to the door, it was locked. I waited in the drive thru line over 50 minutes.I would have left but I had already paid via the mobile app. I could not get a refund. I asked Brooklyn why the wait was so long and why I could not go inside to pick up my order. She told me they were short-staffed and she did not have time to deliver my order to me! She also said they were the only Starbucks open on the west side so they were too busy! So I wasted my time for over 50 minutes waiting in a drive thru line,for my drink. I've tried the drive through twice, both times I've ended up leaving because the line doesn't move (like at all)! The way the drive through is positioned backs traffic up into the parking lot. You have other people trying to rush around you. Sorry but not worth the damage to my car. read more

I appreciated the employees sanitizing the tables and condiment station. The employees was so happy and gave a enjoyable vibe to me and the customers. This Starbucks is usually pretty busy but they are quick about getting your order to you, at least when you walk in. I walked in instead of waiting in the drive thru during their frappaccino happy hour and I got my drink handed me practically right after I paid. They were all very polite and very fast. read more

I tried one of those Iced Coconut Mocha Macchiato's today and it was delicious. As I finish my drink I open the lid to eat the ice, and to my surprise there is a broken plastic cup with a small bug inside. Lucky me! It is 100% disgusting! I call the location and spoke to someone incredibly sweet, polite, concerned, and grossed out who directs me to bring it in and speak to a manager. I go in the store and let one of the employees know and she is very sweet but makes it sound like this happens all the time and just throws my cup away. Then proceeded to ask if I'd like another drink. "Absolutely not.... after what happened today but thank you", is what I'm thinking. She then ask's "Christian" (I assume shift lead) if he can comp my drink. He approves and acts nonchalant as if this isn't a big deal as well. I gave my name and number to the girl and left. Although it was resolved, it was disgusting, dangerous, and I let them know that that small unknown cup was broken so it probably went in someone else's drink. All she did was shrugged. I'm all about being polite, so I thanked them and left but this is unacceptable and unsanitary. No concern was shown that an unidentified object was in a drink let alone a bug. read more

The people here are very rude. We ordered four drinks in the drive thru and on the way home we realizes that all of them were poorly made. We drove back and went in, the woman who had to remake the drinks was so rude about it. She kept saying over and over to any coworker who would listen that she had to remake all four drinks, but its more about how she said it. We got no apology for the drinks being messes up, just attitude for having to do her job the right way. I'm never going back. read more

The wait time for drive through is horrible. 25 min and only 4 cars ahead of me. When I went inside there was a problem with someone's order. There was about 5 people in line and they made everyone wait just to refund this customer a couple dollars. It took two employees. My favorite Starbucks! Always super friendly, even when they have a rush of traffic. Love Claudia who usually works the register in the mornings! She always repeats my order back and confirms extra little things. Coffee is always great! Yes the drivethru can get a little backed up but that's because they are know for making good drinks...
