We stopped by Starbucks at The Cosmopolitan after walking around the Strip with my daughter. The space is clean and pretty spacious, and we snagged a seat where you can watch the Strip while sipping coffee, which was nice. The staff were friendly and the service was pretty quick, but I will say the drinks are on the pricey side , Vegas prices, I guess. When we were there later in the evening, there weren't too many people, so it was a decent place to rest our legs. One thing that bothered us a bit was someone brought a really big dog and it sat close to us, and the dog not friendly, which made us a little uncomfortable. Located in the Cosmopolitan Hotel & Casino. Ordered a hot chai latte and my drink tasted like hot milk with no chai taste. Went up to Barista and nicely told her my drink didnt have the "chai" taste. We tried the new pesto egg and cheese sandwich and it was good. Nothing to rave about, but we enjoyed them. Our drinks came quickly despite the line and were what we expected, it's Starbucks, not craft, but decent. I had an iced coconut milk latte and the Hubby had a dragonfruit refresher. I recently got a grand chai tea latte' at the Starbucks inside of the Park MGM casino bc my mom and I were staying at the hotel. I ordered my drink and when I picked it up I had to ask for two of the cardboard holders because it was so hot. I did not take a sip and we walked back to our room and I took the lid off to help to cool it down a bit. I literally waited @15 minutes and finally took a tiny sip. OMG It was SO HOT it literally scorched my mouth and my tongue and immediately gave me burn mark on my tongue. We couldn't believe how insanely hot it was. That was way beyond drinkable and I was almost in tears. I had a burn mark on my tongue for about 3 days it was miserable. I wanted to slo to the manager but it was a celebration for my mom's birthday and I was trying not to make it a big deal u til she left Las Vegas. I am not sure what temperature that chai tea was but they should NEVER serve something that hot to any customer ever!! I am extremely disappointed and I will not be going back to that location. I loved Starbucks but now I am afraid to drink anything even after waiting 15+ minutes bc of the damage it cost me to my tongue and mouth. This place is pretty big and clean. We were greeted right away upon entering, but it's pretty busy in the morning. I ended up placing a mobile order while waiting in line. That ended up being faster than waiting in line. It's a lot bigger inside than I originally thought. Cashier: Caramel machiatto? Me: No espresso. It's just espresso and foam. Cashier: (looks confused, but seems like they figured it out) Size? Me: Whatever has three shots in it. Cashier: So venti? Me: That's a huge cup for three shots and some foam, but that's fine. I swear I've had a convo similar to the onr above at least 20 times in my life so I stopped ordering them in person. Plus, there's been plenty of times where I got something like a latte instead and had to return it. Anyways, my total for the one drink ended up being $5.45 for whatever I ordered. On my way to the ARTE Museum on a Thursday evening, through the Cosmopolitan hotel and casino, I stopped into the Starbucks. This Starbucks location is on Las Vegas Blvd and Harmon, located in the Cosmopolitan. There is plenty of table seating available. It wasn't too busy either when I stopped by around 6:00 P.M! All of the tables were clean! I wanted to get a hot chocolate with whipped cream. The service at this location was fast! The team members were friendly when I placed my order and when I was picking up my drink. The hot chocolate was delicious! Mobile order is the only way to go at this location within the Cosmopolitan. If you order via the app the minute you enter the store it's a short wait with quite a bit of seating, but if you choose to get in line it's such a busy location that you won't even get to the front of the line by the time the drink ordered from the app is ready. My drinks the two days we visited were always perfect and came out quickly (including the bottled water, which usually is an afterthought). The service was helpful (I could easily hear my name called) and it had a much better design than the Bellagio location. All in all, we loved this Vegas location of Starbucks! read more

Then I was super long when I came in, but it moved really quick. They had two people at the registers. When I got to the counter curl curly wavy hair, she was very sweet and friendly. No complaints, and in fact I enjoyed the consistency of pricing and service even if the face of other more popular breakfast options. A very airy large Starbucks located in front of The Cosmopolitan. We were needing a caffeine pick me up on our way to Walgreens to pick up some water. So good thing this place was on our way. The barista was not super cheery but sometimes you have those days. She did give us a little bit of an attitude when we asked for some water. But again, who knows what she had to go through that morning. There was a bit of seating indoors and there's an entrance from the street as well as from the inside of The Cosmopolitan. PRETTY AMBIANCE BUT... This Starbucks is SO beautiful inside with large windows with views of the strip! However, they only had vanilla and caramel flavors! No other flavors on the day I came!!! SO DISAPPOINTED in this Starbucks. First off, if you're stopping by this particular location because it's close to Cosmo, beware. Not only is the line ALWAYS long, but the customer service is junk. I decided to grab a regular hot black coffee here. Stood in the long line, and asked to receive points with my Cosmo rewards. The Starbucks employee, Neyda, didn't seem to be in a good mood. She didn't quite respond, then went to fill the coffee cup. I noticed she was filling it with dark roast when I asked for medium roast. So I tried to stop her before she wasted a good cup of coffee. When I finally got her attention, she had a terrible attitude. She said the other roast was still brewing so I asked how long it would be. She rolled her eyes and responded, "So you want this coffee or not? If not, you can move to the side." And she pointed to the counter where they call names for drinks. I then got my receipt and patiently waited. Another 10-15 minutes pass so I'm wondering why it's taking a while. As I walked back to the register, I noticed another customer had asked for medium roast and she was getting it for them. I couldn't believe that she was just making me wait to wait. She rolled her eyes again to me, handed me the coffee, and later on I realized, she didn't even fill it completely. I also spoke to the Cosmo Rewards afterwards, and she didn't even add my points. These Starbucks employees need customer service training. If they're so unhappy working here, they need to find another job. It's definitely disappointing starting my morning off with that type of attitude! read more

It's a Starbucks. So you know what you're getting in terms of food and coffee. The reason I'm writing this review is because this location has a really lovely Public Artwork by Georges Rousse. This artwork is hidden in plain sight. You have to stand in a very specific spot for all the colors to line up so it forms a perfect circle of brilliant colors. No one else in the coffee shop (and there was a lot of people there) noticed the artwork. There was a really long line, maybe 15 minutes long There's a framed rendering of the artwork that you stand under right as you are in line and it took me a few minutes to realize it was a rendering of this very coffee shop so as I waited for my coffee I walked around trying to find the right viewpoint to see the artwork. The one spot where it all lines up is marked with a colorful circle on the ground. Sadly it is right next to a table and I had to stand very close to some folks to see the artwork. Those people were confused why I was standing there taking photos and I had to explain that there was an artwork there and then they saw it and really liked it. From any other angle in the place it just looks like they painted some vibrant colors over the counter. One bad thing. The prices are much much higher than your normal Starbucks. On the first floor at The Cosmo . It's a huge beautiful location . There's proper social distancing and plenty of hand sanitizer. I agree with others that prices here are higher . They also charge for a cup of ice water (maybe that's standard here on the strip). I enjoyed my iced coffee and friend enjoyed his americano . Decent Starbucks location. It is Vegas so they charge a lot more, coffees start at $8 each and they don't let you scan for points. I would give ZERO stars if I could. Hands down the most unorganized coffee place I have ever been into. You are understaffed by about 20 people with a hundred customers in your store. How are you going to accept mobile apps and make customers wait 30-45 minutes? We never got our order because it's a cluster F in the mornings. What's the maximum amount of people allowed by the fire dept? I'm sure your breaking every law. Hire more people one cash register? I wish I could give my experience negative 5 stars. There were at most five customers in the store so the baristas should not have been rushing to make mistakes on the drinks but they somehow messed up three out of four drinks I had ordered not to mention the outrageous pricing. I had gotten a Matcha for my girlfriend which was made with the wrong syrup and when I asked them politely to remake it, I was met with the worst attitude I have ever experienced from a Starbucks by an employee with red highlights in her hair. I had also gotten a brown sugar, shaken espresso which they had wrongly put the syrup at the bottom of the cup which stayed at the bottom of the cup un mixed they also made it in the portable foamer and put cinnamon on top of the drink. read more

Be prepared to wait, even if you have a mobile order! I ordered ahead on the app, looked at the expected time and planned to be there around then...and still waited another 20 minutes after. There seems to be no method to their madness, the baristas just fill orders as they see fit, but it's absolute chaos. The in person ordering line was out the door, and then people were just crowding everywhere waiting for their order to be called. Definitely not a great setup.
