Everyone here, no matter who I was greeted by or helped by, has always been kind, friendly, and professional. The food we usually get are the breads. My kids LOVE the pumpkin bread! They tried the matcha strawberry breads for the first time today. My son loved it, my daughter liked it. I tried my daughter's leftover and to me, it needs more matcha flavor and strawberry. I didn't get a significant amount of either flavor but it was still a sweet bread, but not overly sweet. I also tried their vanilla bean scone for the first time. Those were good, and my husband pretty much scarfed down the one I got him that he said he "didn't want". Haha Just the drive through line isn't at the best spot so it can get backed up easily that it can be difficult to get in line. read more

What a fantastic Starbucks location! Great area, great location. Parking is easy. The staff here are so welcoming and nice! They all said hello upon my arrival, they all thanked me and even said goodbye. What a pleasant & positive atmosphere! They have the cutest seasonal merch and whip the drinks up so quickly! My iced Carmel macchiato was made with perfection & they were kind enough to hook it up with a venti water. I really like the seating options here as well. One of my new fav locations. read more

Worst Starbucks ever and it so unfortunate because it's right next to my house. Every single time I order a coffee from here all I taste is milk. It's so watered down it has no flavor. Even if I order quads to avoid the issue. It still gets delivered pure white. Quality control sucks. I've ordered for delivery 3 times this week and they were all terrible. Today I ordered a venti and put I wanted it in a grande cup to avoid them over filling it with milk and it was delivered in a venti... just bad all around. I want to give this location a better rating but every time I go there, they disappoint me. I add syrups and customize my drinks. I can immediately tell my drink is wrong based off the color of it. This is our favorite Starbucks in the Las Vegas area for many reasons. It is the closest one to our family's home, it is always busy yet the baristas work at warp speed to make your drinks correctly and promptly, the store has super clean restrooms if you need one, and they always have the most interesting artwork up on their board. We love stopping in every time we are in the area and will pass several other locations just to go to this one. Check it out - it is worth your time. read more

i love the employees, theyre often very nice and im not sure if this is standard but they often write cute smiley faces or nice messages on the side of my cup. Very friendly. They very rarely mess up only having messed up once in around 6 months of going there and they only forgot the crunch bits to the top of my caramel ribbon crunch which was a very small mess up. We usually go around 2pm to 4-5 pm. read more

I'm giving 1 star for not my personal experience but rather witnessing an altercation with the barista and 2 customers while waiting for my drinks. This man was waiting for his drink and I guess he waited a while cuz his kids got their drinks and already finished them. He complained and the barista asked for his name and said his drink is coming. 5 min later, still no drink so that man asks again, and the barista asks for man's name again which pisses him off and then asks for what his drink order was, which makes him more upset. Shortly after, another customer comes out of nowhere and chews out the first man, and challenged him to a physical fight. It didn't go any further but basically, the first customer ends up leaving without his drink. The Starbucks staff, all 6 of them witnessed this and did absolutely nothing. I get it, it's busy on a Sunday, but the staff should have handled this and no one should have yelled at anyone, and the man should have left with his drink that he paid for, at the least. In addition to that, we left feeling very sorry for that man and very uncomfortable to witness this. I hope going forward they can handle these situations so that the customers can have a good experience at their local Starbucks. read more

This Starbucks is next to Wells Fargo and in the Neighborhood Walmart parking lot. The drive thru is a little awkward. They put cones to try and direct the line so it doesn't go into W Cheyenne, which is a good improvement. Before it would cause traffic buildup on the street. I've never had an issue with the quality of my drink. I prefer ordering on the app and picking up since the drive thru is usually busy. Everyone is so nice there. They are welcoming and accommodating. I asked for some extra soy milk for my drink and they gave it to me with no questions asked. Oh and if you order your drink as ingredients it's cheaper My drink in the photo attached is the closest thing to a Vietnamese Coffee. read more

Initially, I was going to rate this Starbucks 3/5 stars because of my previous experiences. i had to wait 5 minutes (with no customers in front of me) just for a barista to get my order. :( However, seeing this specific group of staff working turned it into 4/5 stars!! To the group of girls who were working 03/24 @ late morning/early noon: you all were kicking some serious booty!! You were hustling!! Especially you, Kasandra!! Our interaction was short but super sweet :) I heard her interaction with the customer in front of me, and she was just as sweet with them as she was with me. And they also got my order right! I had to give it one Star due to the fact I ordered a medicine ball and it tasted like Water like they just literally put the teabag in Water. There was no honey. There was no mint. It didn't have the flavor that it usually has and I ordered it the day before , and it was perfectly fine. Tis the season for Starbucks! I had to take my husband to work one morning and found myself all the way on the other side of town for myself. I really wanted a festive coffee and passed this Starbucks on the way to drop him off at work, so I decided to stop there on my way back home. This location is in the same shopping center as the neighborhood Walmart and I believe is right by a Wells Fargo if I'm not mistaken. I came here on a Wednesday morning around 9ish, and the drive thru line was extremely long. So I decided to place my order via the app and just park and hang out for a little and then go in and grab it. I had my dog in the car with me and didn't bring a leash for her, so I couldn't go inside and I didn't wanna leave her in the car for too long. I walked in a few minutes before it said my order was ready, and noticed how clean it was in here. They also had a million workers (okay probably not a million, but they did have a lot) and everyone was so happy and in a good mood. I was able to easily grab my drink, a peppermint mocha, and was on my way. Staff was extremely friendly, too! I also did notice that by the time I got my coffee and left, the car I was originally behind in the drive thru line was almost to the front, so I probably could have just waited in the drive thru, so it seems like they go pretty fast! read more

Came here to grab a coffee and a breakfast item as I was in the area. Starbucks itself is located near the Wells Fargo in this shopping center. As I entered the parking lot I noticed that there are cones blocking one entrance to the drive thru. There is also a staff member outside taking orders. There was no line in the drive thru when I arrived around 830A on a weekday. Nonetheless, I utilized the drive thru. It was somewhat difficult to select items as I did not have a view of the menu. I'm not exaggerating, I knew this and attempted 15mins to get somewhere after one time...nope!!! It was 28mins! There was one person ahead of me, and his app wouldn't work so she decided to step aside to help him on his cell to download and then redownload, try another app...suggesting you say "hey, sorry, attempted your app, do you mind if I take the next person and we'll try again".... The line went from 2 to 5 people standing and staring...I ended up leaving but not surprised. There's another location slightly further from me that I try to go to avoid all of this. read more

Time management and order accuracy is awful at this store. The app quotes 7-10 min for order ahead pick up and it takes 15-20 min. Not a guesstimate, this is accurate and not a one time occurrence. Also, I've been ordering the same drink for 15years and I know when the extra shot of espresso isn't included and when you ask about it you are insulted. The attitudes run high at this location. Sadly it's the only location near my house otherwise I would avoid coming there at all costs. Huge thumbs down. read more

This review is specifically for John. Normally this location is okay but their wait time is insane. But on Feb 13th John took my order and he was amazing. He asked if I wanted light ice (which never happens) and then he told me he'd put my coffee in a grande cup to give me the most amount of coffee for the drink. I mean, what!?! Honestly, probably one of the best Starbucks locations in town! The staff was friendly enough to get their job done, but Olivia even nicer than the rest when she greeted me with a smile and had my order done within less than a minute! My main reason for going to this Starbucks is that it was the third closest to my house. I had planned on studying, and the two other locations are always packed! When I arrived at this location it was close to empty with so many seats, including ones with USB chargers and power outlets!! Definitely come here if you're trying to study or get some work done! The only downside is the parking lot is small and busy, and there's only one trash can (I'm noticing this with all the new remodels, what the heck Starbucks?!) but at least this trash wasn't overflowing lIke one of my previous reviews, haha! We come here often as this is the closest one to our house. This past visit we ordered 2 drinks, I got my usual Caramel Macchiato and my wife got the cherry frappucchino She asked the kid at the register if they had it and he said yes. We waited a few minutes then the barista called us and said they were out of cherry. So she changed to a white mocha and we asked for the difference in price to be reimbursed.
