You know when someone has been working at their job for a long time that they don't really care about doing things right? If they make a mistake and someone calls them out on it, they shut down and get angry instead (even if it was their mistake and it's easily fixable)? Tall guy, with beard, pot belly and usually wears his hat backwards hates it there. Also, there's this weird thing that I've realized that people in Summerlin ironically don't give good customer service. I've noticed it's usually the younger crowd, but I'm surprised that someone in my generation would have this kind of attitude. Closed off, unfriendly, probably just waking up to wake up and do the same things over and over again, like anyone else. I order the same thing every time before I go to school. I just realized that today, in particular, it was mostly ice and hardly any half & half.. (god, I wish I took a picture..) I was at the drive-thru window, so I parked and went inside. I just went to the front and asked the lady who was expecting if I could have my drink remade please. I can see him from my peripherals just being nonchalant and upset that I came in to ask. She asked for my order and I waited about 8 minutes to have it remade. I was still nice and patient. You have to be nice and patient with service workers, right? You don't want them spitting in your drinks/food. You never know. I was running out of time because I had to go to school, so I asked for a refund instead. That's when tall-beard-pot belly guy started making the drink. I'm looking at the other reviews too and..hahaha yeah. I'm glad that I'm not the only one. Overall, ty for making the drink anyway~ :,) My advice is if you're in a hurry or you don't want to deal with the unpleasantness of strange service, don't come here. Go somewhere else instead. Down the street, there's 'Starbucks' on Sahara/Town Center. Across the street there's 'Betters Days' (service can be weird depending on who's working) and 'Roma Coffee.' A little deeper on Sahara there's also 'Burgundy Bakery & Cafe,' Vesta Coffee Roasters,' and 'Coffee Class.' There's also 'Peet's Coffee,' but it's also a hit or a miss IMO. The workers at Coffee Bean on Town Center/Twain won't be affected either way because they're hourly. They don't have to worry about how the store is actually doing sales-wise. I have been to many of your locations and I have to say the service at this location Town Center and Twain Was horrible. The first started off with the barista, taking my order He could care less No thank you No nothing Next, I didn't realize they had already called my order up, so my coffee was sitting there forever I walked up and asked is this our order The guy looked as if I insulted him. All he said was yes in the most unkindest tone possible. Then my food order came up and it was cold, I then asked him if he could heat it up. One of the ladies said that she would do it. I'm 100% done. I would say 50% of the time my order is disgusting and it never used to be like this, It's all in the last 2 years. It's a very simple medium mocha coffee and half the time it tastes like they added 10 scoops of chocolate sweetener and 10 scoops of sugar, Which makes it's absolutely undrinkable. Some people might say taste it before you leave but by the time it gets to the cooling point of tasting the drink you are more than likely to far away to go back. People are usually on their way to work and don't have time to bring it back, So an already over priced coffee actually becomes double because you throw half of them away. All of the people that work there need to go back to coffee school aka follow the instructions step by step so it actually resembles what you ordered. read more

This is my first time posting a review, but this location has been one of my favorites for a few years. Today I was helped by the barista, Nicole, and her service was amazing! Anytime I have come here they have always gone above and beyond to make sure that my drinks are good, and my food taste delicious. The ambiance is a nice little lounge with spots to just drink coffee indoors or outside in their patio. There's also some areas to study or do work with outlets but it just depends on the time of day (it can get pretty busy and full) Today I got a regular, extreme caramel ice blend no sugar added without whipped cream and a regular peach jasmine green tea. These two drinks are my mom and dad's favorite, and they always make it the same or to their customization request. I had a chai tea latte with oat milk and enjoyed it a lot. The great thing about this location is if I've ever had any issues they go above and beyond to make sure that they can help resolve the issue. Whether I come here by myself, or with my friends, I know that I will always have high quality drinks and food. This location is quick and convenient to visit. Drive through goes fast and staff are friendly. I had the peppermint mocha cold brew yesterday. This is my favorite Coffee Bean location! It's right off the 215, in a great spot near restaurants, shopping and work. Plus, their dining room is clean (when I stopped by recently, it was not open for guests to sit). They also have a covered outdoor patio. I am a regular at several Coffee Bean locations in town, as a tea drinker I believe their teas are the best in any Coffeeshop chain. My two favorites are Jasmin Dragon and Darjeeling, served hot please, no ice-tea nonsense, for that you can get a Lipton at any convenience store. This is probably one of the nicest locations, along with The District location in Henderson. The quality is that of the whole Coffee Bean chain, but what sets this location apart is its friendly staff, great patio, and pleasant neighborhood, complete with families and girls-scouts selling cookies. I ordered a black coffee and asked the barista to ice the coffee down for me and the lady got annoyed and practically threw the coffee at me . I asked her why she was being so rude and she claimed that I was giving her a hard time at which I was taken back. She began arguing with me at which point I just asked for a refund and to speak to a manager. She claimed the manager was at the bank and I asked for the corporate number to complain and it was just as bad. You can't leave a message or talk to anyone and I went on their website and tried to write the complaint but it kept giving me an error message stating that I entered the date and time incorrect and wouldn't log my complaint. I am so disappointed and disgusted with the level of service and respect I was given and how poorly I was treated . I've never had a bad experience getting coffee in all the years I've been a customer so I'm beyond disappointed but don't blame the behavior of one bad employee on all the great customer service I've experienced at other locations over the years . I noticed none of the white customers were treated poorly just me and yes I think it was motivated by my race. read more

Consistent fails here for me. Perhaps it's just a string of bad luck but I have to review this location after the last few visits with mistakes. Today I order a latte with 3 sugars and ended up with a latte with 3 Splendas. For some this would be no problem, but I can't stand Splenda and when you spend $5 on coffee you want it to be right. My wife's latte was worse. It came out with the type of drink written on the lid in sharpe marker. What that does is cause you to smell and taste sharpe every time you take a sip. That picture is attached. The service at the drive-thru wasn't the typical coffee shop friendliness either. It gets two stars because it is always clean and the dine in area is very cozy. read more

The tall kid that is constantly changing his hair. I think his name is Alec maybe and the few people he works with. There's Lauren and that other guy. My favorite spot for a coffee drink. Their blended Black Forest with No Sugar added powder is to die for. It checks off every one of my tastebud bullet points. When I take a sip, it instantly puts me in a state of euphoria and makes me long for a simpler time where people just sat on porches, in rocking chairs and watched the sun go down. I love coffee places and I'd say the Coffee Bean's offerings are good. But the atmosphere here is so dated. The interior is unattractive and seating is uncomfortable. The patio is much better but it wasn't maintained (dirty dishes there for about an hour I was there). I'd prob come back but only swinging thru the drive thru. Don't see myself hanging there inside and out which is one of the main points of going to a coffeeshop. read more

What I love about this particular location is how friendly the staff is. I've seen these women everyday before work since May. Christine, their manager, even knows me by name. This should tell you how often I'm here and how much I love coffee! :P If you've not tried this location or a Coffee Bean (in general), I would recommend their iced white chocolate latte. It's my favorite! :) It's good hot, as well. I've tried other of the café lattes (hazelnut and caramel), tea lattes (chai), and ice blended drinks (ultimate vanilla, Fru-tea mucho mango, Fru-Tea frozen lemonade). While all are quite tasty, I just can't seem to stay away from my white chocolate! Now, if only they'd bring back their tiramisu flavor... then that would be a different story! read more

Love this location. Located near 215 and Town Center, it is almost right across from the park. Like most coffee beans, inside has chairs and tables as well as sofa seats for a more comfy experience. But what was different, that made me like this location, specifically so much, is that they have chairs and tables outside ! When the weather is nice, its such a nice experience ! When i was here the other day, i sat outside, in the shade, reading on my kindle. Considering i stayed here for a few hours, i had to switch seats once to face away from the sun when it dropped a little lower. But being in the shade for 1/2 the time, having the sun shining on my back felt so nice !!! XD One other surprising thing i had experienced was girl scouts set up table here to sell cookies. The supervising adults had asked me if the kids had been disturbing me but i even missed her asking me the first time ! Its just a nice and quiet area, and i was into my book, the noise the kids were making was barely anything to me. Wi-Fi is available, like all other locations, but i believe you need to get the code from your receipt (oops i forgot to ask for receipt, if anything, i think i said no for receipt XD) read more

I like this location because it's right off the 215 (& Town Center). There's a drive thru, covered outdoor seating, and comfortable sofas inside. So you can be on-the-go running errands, or meet a friend for a coffee date and stay a while. The employees are always smiling and happy to see you, they appear to be enjoying their jobs.
