They were both really friendly I liked mine. I had the watermelon sunrise it was tasty very refreshing on this day, doesn't taste like watermelon at all but still tasty, can taste bits of frozen dragonfruit and def can taste the coco whip. Mother had a pineapple smoothie she thinks something was a little off bec her stomach wasn't feeling so great but we did go somewhere before here so I can't blame here. I went to Jamba Juice today and I felt like it took exceptionally long for only in family * of three people in front of me so I asked in confidence at the register one of the employees what could possibly be taking so long and how many more minutes did we have left because I was considering leaving with a refund. As I was talking to the employee in a quieter tone because I didn't wanna make a scene at the register. Jayden, who says she is the manager yells across the floor. Do you want to refund or do you want the drinks? They're gonna be done in two minutes but in a condescending tone. She basically cut off my conversation with the employee at the register who looked totally uncomfortable. If this is the manager, please find a new one or give her some training on customer service. Decided to stop by Jamba for their $1 smoothie deal before dinner. They had 2 people manning 1 register. Not sure if the other was supervising a trainee or just felt the need to micromanage instead of opening the second register since a line was starting to form. I ordered 4 mango a go go when I got to the front and a lady with red hair ponytail chimed in rudely telling me it's per person. She could have been more professional and courteous when relaying fine print to us. I quickly changed my order to 3, but felt a little upset at how rude she was to us and implying my 37 week old baby growing inside me isn't considered a person. I didn't realize that this location doesn't open until 10am. I got here 945am or so. I waited for them to open. There was one young man working by himself unless the other worker was in the back of hadn't gotten there. He was able to balance taking orders and making the smoothies. Considering that he was working by himself, he was able to manage the orders and making the smoothies. This location has a few tables inside where you can sit. I did notice that one of the tables had crumbs from food all over it, so it seems the closing workers must didn't clean up before leaving or skipped the tables. Otherwise, the other areas appeared to be clean and neat. This store is location across the street from the Summerlin Costco and is in the shopping plaza with other restaurants, coffee shop, and Terribles. read more

I really love Jamba Juice so this review is not reflective of the store or the brand. Let's just start with the fact that I was not greeted at all when I came into to the store. I wanted order a primo açaí bowl but I needed modifications that weren't offered on the kiosk ( banana allergies) well when I asked the young lady behind the counter she was very short but I didn't think anything of it but when I asked about another substitution she directed me to the register. Well when we got to the register I repeated my order and she proceeded to cut me off, very dryly mid sentence. I asked if she was ok bc her attitude was terrible. She finished the order just as dryly as she started it. As I sit here waiting for my bowl I've noticed that she's spoken to other people who walked in but never spoke a word to me. I won't make that an issue bc maybe I didn't hear her but her treatment of me during the order was totally unacceptable. Came on a late afternoon, place was clean and cashier was nice. No one was inside the store. I ordered four drinks, orange dream machine large I asked for the drink to be thick and they made it how it's normally made. I had already left so I didn't want to go back. I ordered a small strawberries, wild for my little which she enjoyed very much so. Peanut butter mood which was made perfectly and decided to try the seasonal drink, orange cranberry whip smoothie it was definitely tart with a hint of sweetness. I think the whip made it a tad bit less tart, but I definitely recommend having the whip whipped inside the smoothie. I believe all large drinks cost $8.69 the small drink cost $6.69 normally but I had a free birthday smoothie that I used on it. read more

My son has been wanting to come here so we brought him after church on Sunday morning at 10:40 AM. They were supposed to open at 10 AM, however, the store was locked and closed. Have always enjoyed hitting up Jamba for an afternoon refresher. The Orange Dream is my Jam and yes I know, it is more a milkshake that a healthy juice alternative. But man, is it delicious! This location has seemed to struggle with the worst smell and it never seems to get better. Not sure why they can't get this figured out, I am sure it is turning people away. They set a tent up outside for shade while you are waiting for your order, though the smell pushes people further down strip. The interior is in need of a desperate need of a renovation, it is starting to show its age and feel a little run down. The staff here is pleasant enough, though anytime we have been, there seem to be just going through the motions. This new location of Jamba Juice just opened last weekend and I am happy! Finally a smoothie bar near home! I checked them out this morning, not super busy but their location is somewhat hidden unless you know about this plaza. Still easy to see from Pavilion Center Dr. Very clean and bright. Nice sitting area although hoping for some table space outside. This would be awesome for summer months coming ahead. Plenty of specialty smoothies with greens, protein, fiber etc to choose from. There are also fruit bowls and regular smoothies as well. They even have a small display of breakfast items including an egg flatbread. In addition there are some danish and pretzels as well. I look forward to becoming a regular here! Service was friendly and helpful and they were able to answer all my questions. Something happened with our drinks here on Sunday my wife and I both had horrendous stomach pains I even puked this drink out. My wife sat on the toilet for 45 min. They finally opened a Jamba Juice near me! Yay! Since it's new, the whole place is very clean. There are a couple of tables that you can sit at, but they're kind of cramped together so I don't think it's going to be a very good study spot. I went on Thursday afternoon around 4. It was initially empty but filled up with a handful of teens pretty quickly. It got loud fast. Fortunately I already placed my order and beat the crowd. Went yesterday towards closing time and ordered 2 smoothies. There were no other orders, so no room for confusion. 2 younger guys were working. I ordered 1 PB Moo'd and 1 Chocolate Moo'd, both with almond milk, which the guy at the register repeated back to me before I paid. When the smoothies were ready, I specifically asked him which was the chocolate one and which was the peanut butter one as they look similar. He specified, and I went on my way. Fast forward to when I get home, I find that both smoothies are PB Moo'd with regular milk. I find this out after drinking my chocolate one, discovering it's peanut butter with bananas (which I'm allergic to). Not sure why these frat bros were left alone to close up a store, and there was absolutely no reason for a mistake like this. He clearly put in the order wrong, and then lied to me when I asked him which one was chocolate because it was the EOD and he didn't want to look stupid or make what I actually ordered. I will not be returning to this location as they hire useless people to make their smoothies. I wish I could receive a refund for the shitty smoothie that made me break out in hives. Poor customer service was very rude discriminatory their names were Alandra and Carissa I asked her for a business card they wouldn't give me one and they were very rude to me and they didn't want to help service me even the fact that I told them I would tell corporate and write to the Better Business Bureau about their attitude and performance and they didn't care they didn't make my drink waited until they served for other people before they started I will also report this to the Better Business Bureau they should be doing business here and the owners should find more better people with customer service and not discriminatory under circumstances like this especially when they're short staffed having two people who are very rude and don't want to help you because you're a minority!! read more

I had written a review of a bad experience with an employee at this location. That employee actually wrote me under an alias and tried to argue with me about why my review was wrong. That's the first time anything like this has ever happened. I'm not going to call her out here, because apparently you can report reviews for being too mean to a particular employee. That's why my original review isn't here, because this person (the supervisor no less) spends her time reporting negative Yelp reviews when they're about her. But not before writing a very poorly written (and reasoned) explanation of why, because one had a bad experience, that they must have hate in my heart. It would be a little funny if she wasn't partially in charge. So I'll just say generally: there's a certain supervisor here who is the kind of person who actually argues with her patrons, both in the store and with the reviews online while she's not at work. Ever since this supervisor started working here the place has been on a decline as far as general decency is concerned, and everyone should be skeptical of a place that actually reports bad reviews because they don't like to hear about what they're doing wrong. Anyway, I can't see myself going here again. But the above and beyond customer antagonism is truly a new, almost comical level. So of course the smoothies are suppose to be great, but you would also have expected the customer service to be equal to that as well. I've been to this location about 3 times, and I don't appreciate my concern of it being good as the last visit or the same, so that's typically a bad sign. I mean cmon I'm paying well right? To obtain great valued customer service for my purchase as a loyal customer who is a regular face? First experience, was expected match as every other location. Second experience, half ass made, what I mean by that, I ordered a large YET I GET ALMOST FILLED TO THE TOP. I worked at Jamba Juice in the past, and if I wanted something close to the medium, I would of ordered the medium right? Third, the coupon at the register didn't even work, and when I kindly consulted the manager, he was rude & careless?
