Happened to be on this side of town & stopped in for drinks. Clean & neat, with tunes playing softly in the background, we got a friendly "Hello, welcome to Starbucks" as we entered. No line at all, so we got our order in quick & just as fast they were ready. Staff were all friendly, pleasant & chatty. Drinks were tasty, but it always seems the plastic containers are sticky. 6:20am My favorite Starbucks location. At their drive thru daily. Sometimes, twice a day. Life of a mama, wifey, and a full time nursing student. There are three other locations closest to me, although not really far apart from each other, I still prefer this location. Quick and makes good and correct drinks 97% of the time. I used to work at Starbucks, so I can get picky. Yes, it made me smile. Only downside is them randomly closing earlier than store hours. Been coming here for a decade or so now... I ordered a Venti hot Carmel Brûlée Latte with oat milk & whip. I thought it felt a bit light but it wasn't until I got to my work that I see it was only half full! I totally got jipped and I didn't go back because 1) I was at work already and 2) it would be my word against theirs. This location is located in the same shopping plaza as the LVAC (Las Vegas Athletic Club). I usually grab me a delicious Pink Drink or Violet Drink after I leave the gym on Tuesdays. I like this location because it is located in a convent spot. The shop is always clean and on every visit, even 20 minutes before close the staff have been nice. I have not used the drive thru since I like to see the inside of the shop but it always seems to move rather quickly. read more

Visiting the area on a business trip and stopped in for a quick drink before heading to the airport. The best part of the experience was the nice guy working behind the counter, super friendly young dude and had a great attitude! I appreciated that. My iced mocha tasted fine, no issues whatsoever, and it was nice and breezy sitting outside and I enjoyed my 10 minutes of rest before having to rush again. read more

I've ordered everything from iced teas, refreshers, cold brews, and food items here and have always left happy! At other locations in town, the teas don't always taste fresh. Well, it's obvious that they do not care of any review and/or quality of work they provide to customer. I've gone to this Starbucks 3 times in last month. All those times consistently surprised me with lack of customer service (if there is any) and inefficient work. So many staffing yet so so slow. It doesn't look like they know what they are doing. And everybody look so unhappy. Well, no that's not the word. They look...expressionless? I don't know. I can't tell if they can hear me saying my order or what not. Just standing there. And then order takes forever. I asked for my order and one of girl didn't even bother checking it and said it will come out soon. (How do you know?) I had to ask other staff about same order again since first girl I asked did nothing and my order wasn't in either. End up waiting another 10 min to get what I asked. Those negative atmosphere is contagious. They all kinda same look to their face...it's just no good vibe there. Sorry. You are Starbucks. So you will get customer always no matter what you do. I am at Starbucks all the time and this location was the fastest that I have made it through the drive thru!! Props to the staff for being quick. I was on my way to work and decided to get a cold brew. I saw that there was a long time in the drive thru ( about 8 cars) and I still decided to get in line. With that many cars I usually dont even bother because I know they are busy and it takes a while to get your order. The line moved pretty quick and I got my beverage and was on my way to work in no time. I definately will be going to this location rather than the one closer to work! Micah had helped me in the window. Soon as I approached...she had my drink ready, she scanned my payment, and I was out of there. I am not a fan of the staff at this location. My daughter has the app on her phone and she wanted to get her free drink on her birthday( she just turned 11). For whatever reason the free drink didn't pop up when we pulled up the app. The woman was not helpful or friendly. She asked if it was even my daughters birthday or if it was a different day. She had birthday sash on‍. I ended up paying for both over-priced drinks with rude service. I will not go back to that location. I'm disappointed that Starbucks has gone downhill over the years as far as staff goes. This is not the only location in Las Vegas I've been to where th he staff was rude for no reason. read more

A Starbucks is a Starbucks, but the staff at this location is horrible! I come here out of convenience. It's right by the 215 on-ramp that I take to work and the nearest Starbucks to my work place doesn't have a drive thru. Hey, some days you just don't feel like getting out of the car! They have messed up my order many times. Sometimes I ask for sugar-free syrup in my coffee, but they always forget it. Seriously, is it THAT difficult? Why even have the option of syrups if they don't use them? They mistakenly gave me someone else's drink. Twice. The few times that I actually went inside, I noticed that the morning crew is all women. One time they were talking about the things they did over the weekend. I mean, I don't care if they want to chit chat during work, but maybe they shouldn't do it in front of customers during busy peak hours?? Also, when I got the wrong drink in the drive thru, I had to park and walk inside the store to tell them. Do you think they cared? Nope. Didn't even get an apology, just an "Oh, what did you order?" This Starbuck's is located at Flamingo Road west of the 215. It is convenient to the 215 motorists and shoppers that patronize Sear's Grand, Target, and the businesses in the vicinity of the 215 at Flamingo Road. This Starbuck's has also been convenient for me. After hiking in Red Rock Canyon and having a dinner somewhere, I have stopped here to get my second wind. This is a fitting Starbuck's to relax with a warm cup of coffee before the drive back to Henderson. During the Holidays it is a charming spot to sit by a Christmas Tree drinking a coffee with pumpkin spice syrup. The service has improved. On my last visit the baristas were fast and friendly. I appreciate the sufficient parking and that it stays open til 9 pm on Saturday. Yay! I am a fan. read more

I didn't realize I was asking for something so complex when I ordered a white hot chocolate; I instead, got a white chocolate mocha. Okay, no worries, I'll go back and ask for the right order. I informed the nice gentleman of the issue and he said he'd make the white hot chocolate; when I got the "corrected order", all I could taste was peppermint, and I dislike the taste of peppermint.
