This is my "home" Starbucks where the coffee is always good and their hours are great for my early rising schedule. I do find the service hit or miss with some of the staff at times carrying a lot of attitude, and other times very nice and pleasant to talk to. As most people, I've been to countless Starbucks around the country, so I rarely find a reason to review them. However, this location definitely stands out for all the right reasons. Located in the Skye Canyon center, it's definitely a popular spot for locals, especially as you can swing by after grocery shopping at Smith's (which is what I did). The parking lot is definitely very busy, however there is plenty of parking in front and if that is full, there is always the Smith's parking lot. This location has a large lobby and plenty of seating. There is a large table in the middle and power outlets at every seat (thank you!!), which is perfect for a coffee meeting with a client or to work remotely. I had some work to catch up on, so I took advantage of the relatively quiet atmosphere (compared to most Starbucks). The lobby is very clean and the noise level is lower than most Starbucks, likely because it is a larger space. Overall I've lost my love for Starbucks coffee over the years as I feel the quality and consistency has gone down overall. Today I opted for a tried and true Chai Latte with Almond Milk. It was perfectly hot and unlike many other coffee shops, their chai tastes spicy and not chemical! Crazy concept, right?! I ordered on the mobile app, so I didn't interact with the staff, however based on my observations while working from here, they seem happy and friendly. read more

Super great service from the person who took our order this morning, they were patient with our big family and got all of our drinks right. They taste delicious as well!! The inside is very nice, seems like it's all brand new. It was a super great environment, all of the employees were friendly and fast. They also had a board near the front of the store where customers could write small messages to make others smile. As many others have mentioned, this location has its fair share of problems. When it comes to the inconsistencies in beverages, the corporate location is very responsive. However, there are local issues that no one seems to want to address, from the fact that the app allows you to order when you cannot go inside to pick it up, making your drink melt or get cool while you wait to pick it up in the drive through. Also, why is it ALWAYS CLOSED?? If I'm going to get out of my car to get my beverage, I'm going to go to Aspire. read more

Orders have always been correct. Always friendly and if I ever have an issue, I am sure they would fix it if I ask. Everyone is having trouble retaining employees, so there has been fair amount of training going on, and even closures have happened, but that seems to be a problem everywhere. read more

Love this Starbucks location! It's less traffic to get to than the one on Durango. The employees are super nice and are always so cheerful. I really appreciate the fact that all of the employees here wear masks. Even with masks on, I can tell they're smiling tho. Their drive thru can sometimes get busy during certain times of the day but they're quick and I have never been in line for more than 10 minutes. I do try and go when there's about 1 or 2 cars instead tho. Lol. I don't get make a Starbucks run as often as I used to but when I do, this one is my go-to for sure. read more

Usually this Starbucks is pretty good, but the past two times that I've gone they have not disabled their app ordering, resulting in you needing to go through the drive thru to pick up your order- and you only find out when you go to open their entry doors and they are locked with a "drive thru only" sign posted". This has been frustrating as the reason for ordering ahead of time for pick up in store is the convenience of avoiding the drive thru lines. This Starbucks is absolutely amazing. I've been going there for a little over 2 or 3 months now. The baristas know exactly what I want to order and have it prepared as soon as they see me walking up. I never have to wait. My drink is always prepared properly and with perfect execution. I always get a nice black tea with six equals no liquid cane. The flavor is always consistent. great customer service friendly attitudes and a family welcome style. This is highly unusual for a Starbucks. read more

I wanted to take the time to say thank you to Makenna who was working the drive thru today around 11:30am I had come thru earlier in the morning to get my coffee and was working from home with my kids today and after getting home my kids were acting up and knocked over my full coffee All over my desk work station and carpet. When I had a short break I went back because I needed coffee and hadn't been able to get to the store. I mentioned it to Makenna and with our hesitation she offered to replace my drink for free. I have visited all the nearby Starbucks stores. This one is very nice and quick. But every time I order the coffee they use is so bitter and strong I can barely stand it. I have not had this problem at Smith's store nor the one by Albertson's. And stock better on the muffins and breads please. I will give this place 1 more try.
