Having never been to a Dutch Bros location, I wasn't sure what to expect. Thankfully even though they are a drive through coffee company, they have a walk up window and helpful staff willing to answer questions. The selection was great and I had a few options to decide between. I loved the fun decorations they had out front in honor of a charity they worked with and the tables nearby giving an outdoor eating area made it feel very comfortable and relaxing. I eventually got a mocha, my usual coffee order, but I have a list of things to try in the future.

I ordered the holiday Hazelnut Truffle Mocha Blended Freeze. It was creamy with a rich espresso and hazelnut flavor, topped with soft top and caramel drizzle. A perfect little pick me up.

So glad there is a Dutch Bros location here. The store is very nice and clean. Nice ambiance and good music to listen to as you wait in line. Very conveniently located in the Savers parking lot area. We are big fans of Dutch Bros. Their staff members are always nice, friendly, welcoming no matter which location you go to. They always have smiles on their faces. The menu options are really good and they also have protein and sugar free options which is another plus. Add to all of this...the manager was an amazing person. He was there for the grand opening and he was very approachable and outgoing. This location is now officially our go to location.

So excited to finally have a Dutch Bros so close to me and this one has become my favorite. Their in-app rewards program is the best (hello free bday drink!). The hazelnut truffle mocha & peppermint mocha (made w/steamed chocolate milk!) are my seasonal favs, the lavender white mocha is my regular go-to, and the chocolate chip muffin top is a MUST. I come here weekly & have had the best interactions with everyone who works there.. they're always so friendly, fast, and on point. Special thanks to the beautiful woman with dark hair and cool neon green skeleton earrings who especially made my day today, you are a treasure and the world needs more empathetic ppl like you. read more

I hate to write this review because I love Dutch Bros., but I have had way too many disappointments at this specific location. I've made online orders a few times since they have been open and each time I get a verification that my order has been sent and how long it will be ready. I get to this location and most of the time, they say that they never got my order, and when I showed them my verification, they ask to see my verification and no apology, no saying what happened, absolutely nothing. Twice I have had to wait 15-20 minutes for my "Online Order" since I've given the verification, and when I noticed other people at the pick up window getting their drinks before me, I went to the window and asked for my order, they "forgot" about my order. Again, NO APOLOGY!!! Today, I didn't have time to make an online order, so I waited in line. There was about 6 cars in front of me, no one was outside taking orders, it was taken when you get to the window. I waited 10 minutes and decided to leave. This location is very slow and seem like they are in no hurry to make drinks. read more

Me personally I do not like their coffees, but I do love their electric berry rebels. They are delicious. I got the medium with light ice. This drinking general is really good. Ok I'm obviously late to the party!!! I stopped supporting the other BBB several years ago and finally decided to check out Dutch Bros since this is my kids "go to" brand. Apparently this location is new however the customer service is spot on amazing !!! The drive thru was pretty busy so I decided to park and opt for the walk up and order option. The young lady asked me if I had the app and since I didn't she helped walk me through it. I received a free beverage for simply downloading the app. Very nice. My lavender latte was soooo yummy. Extra hot as ordered. Some places think I'm kidding when I say super hot. But that's how I like it. I don't want to suck down a $6 coffee in 5 minutes !! I ended up purchasing a gift card because my coffee was so yummy. Ok I'm in !!! See you soon Dutch Bros !! read more

Both the walk-up and drive-thru lines were very busy so I chose the drive-thru line. Lanya S took my order quickly and she was very sweet and warm. Rampart Blvd. #135, Las Vegas, NV 89145 After purchasing $196.93 worth of products including the Daily Greens Power Pack, (MISSING IN MY ORDER 7 Avocado Greens Smoothies) High-Protein Vanilla Smoothie Pack, and High-Protein Dark Chocolate Smoothie Pack I had requested an exception to include a tote bag with the purchase. The request was made due to medical dietary restrictions preventing me from purchasing the 2-Day Pro Cleanse+ pack associated with the promotion. Sofia said okay great but if you want the tote bag and cooler bag you need to just place another order aside from what you already got so if you want it buy the 2-Day Pro Cleanse pack. That is the only way I will give it to you. I then reiterated for clarity and Sofia said okay then if you just want the bag just buy it. I can't hear that well to begin with since I was in the military and I'm getting a little older now , but in a customer service job like I work myself , you have to talk a little louder to your guests. Not trying to put her down , I know some of the younger generation is not as vocal as we were growing up and they are more tech savvy. I will come back some time and will download the app since I don't live very far from and I'm frequently in the area. I would like to try more smoothies and I think the quality is a little better than Tropical Smoothie. I will look more at the menu to see what I want to try next.

Pretty busy at around 11am. Order your food at the register and they give you a number block. Since it was busy, I got lucky and snagged a table that had one chair to it. Lots of seating inside: counter tops, tables, booths, long tables and they even have outside seating under umbrellas on wooden tables. Extremely nice place to eat, chill, hangout, or study. I love their decor and the feel to this place. I think only some areas have outlets. WiFi is located by their utensil area. I ordered a Banana Cream Cold Brew and an Island Teriyaki Bowl with Chicken. Both were sooo delicious. I would order both again. I like the sauces they use in this bowl and the refreshing taste of the shredded cucumbers. I would definitely come back just for this bowl and you can choose various proteins besides chicken. Service is amazing. Staff is very friendly. They tidy up often and grab empty dishes and cups from your table. I appreciate them! I recommend trying this place out!

It has that Summerlin bohemian feel to it where it is bright and airy and it has a ton of natural greenery. One of the employees even once told me that It takes 45 minutes to an hour everyday to water all the plants. Which is something. Little Avalon is more on the side of healthy comfort food. You have your acai bowls and other high protein/grain bowls along with smoothies, coffee, etc. so it's a nice, healthy spot for the most part. My go-to is the satori bowl. I love the different textures and flavors, and I love that I can customize it so much. The coffee drinks are actually pretty good too. All of my lattes have been flavorful without being too sweet with a beautiful texture on the foam. My main gripe is their service. The staff is friendly enough but if you're looking for five star service or anything beyond what they are specifically trained to do, you're not going to get it. I had an incident where I came with my partner and we ordered food and drinks to sit outside because we had our big fluffy golden with us keeping us company. We opted to sit outside. When they brought us the food we realized that we didn't have silverware. When we asked the girl if she could get it for us knowing that we were super occupied with our dog she told us we can get it inside and without waiting for an answer, just took off. Also, sometimes service is slow and it takes a while to get my food. And management, if you're reading this, please have a dedicated busser. I've sat in the cafe for a couple of hours at a time with my laptop and when it gets busy nobody is wiping off the table in between seatings. I even had to request a rag to wipe down my own table on my last visit. It's little things like that that really elevate a place to being something special. Otherwise, if you know what you're into, great food, average prices, social service, then this is a good lunch spot. And they're open later in the evening, which I appreciate!

The bowls are delicious and tasty. The staff is super friendly. I even just left and they're closing in 20 minutes and they were super happy to help me and didn't seem like I was a burden because I came in so close to closing time. The only one critique I would say is I wish they opened up a little bit earlier so that I would be able to get a bowl before I get to work opening at nine kind of is a little late for me, but I do appreciate that they close at eight, which gives me plenty of time to get one in the evening when I get home from work. Biology has been here for such a long time and I think it gets overlooked and I think people should try it out and I'm sure they would love it.

I must say I find this location one of the best Dutch bro spots in my area. not only is it more convenient since I live Summerlin. but it has one of the best customer service I've ever received not only do they make quick they also are willingly able to remake it if there's a mistake and I want to mention these three lovely ladies. first I start with a girl named Kat, she's always willing to strike up a conversation and talk to me when they're making my drink. Then another girl named Sonya who is just a very understanding girl and made sure my drinks are always perfect and exactly how they should be made. than another girl named Isabella who is very nice towards. costumers and is very quick with mult-tasking making multiple drinks at once!!! My experience at this specific location was amazing! This young lady with freckles and gorgeous hair with piercings I think her name was Bella helped me out tremendously. I accidentally ordered my drinks at another location and was going to reorder with an older gentleman with a beard who seemed dismissive. Bella noticed that I order my drinks ahead of time usually and she came and helped me out with switching locations on my app and making my drinks instead.
