It makes the entire experience feel awkward and unprofessional. The wait times are also ridiculous. I've waited anywhere from 15-30 minutes just for food, even when the shop wasn't particularly busy. If you're stopping by on a lunch break or before work, don't expect to get in and out quickly. The food itself doesn't make the wait worth it. I ordered the avocado egg salad, and it was almost entirely egg salad with barely any avocado. For something that's advertised as avocado egg salad, it felt misleading and cheaply made. The drinks have also been inconsistent, so it's hard to know what you're getting from one visit to the next.
