I will always come here because its close to my house but lately the two girls that work afternoon make the worst drinks ever! They dont know how to make drinks or treat customers. I asked nicely if i can get my drink redone because it tasted horrible and this is my go to drink so i know how it supposed to taste she kept asking what was wrong and just stood there after she finally remade my drink it was all spilling out of the cup and just by the color i knew it wasn't going to be good still and once i tasted my drink it was still the same and you could tell she was just doing it dirty and nasty on purpose. Quality/Quantity - My second cup of tall coffee/refill. Tall cappuccino. Hot chocolate. Atmosphere - Beautiful location, that does NOT seem to get many customers. We were almost the only customers here the entire time. Drive thru available. Need a code to use the bathroom. Service - 5 stars. He was great, professional, and acknowledged that this was my second cup of the day. I reused/refilled my cup from this morning. Save the environment. And he made my drink immediately. My guest had to wait. Price - $8, My guest insisted on paying and gave a $5 tip. Generous, or was he trying to impress me? Or did he push the wrong tip button, lol. Either way, very generous! DO NOT SUPPORT THIS LOCATION - travel 2 blocks to 4505 E. Charleston and give them your patronage/sales. This location and it's employees VIOLATE NEVADA LAW, disrespect customers and leave you feeling...... as if you are worthless. I walked into the store, 1046am, Thursday, 04/03. I asked someone behind the counter, can I please have your restroom code? I'd like to wash my hands/use the restroom before I order. They legit told me, it's for paying customers only, you have to buy something first. I felt violated. I wasn't even dressed poorly, legit my clothing value was over $2500. I told them, this isn't right. This doesn't feel right. I have visited thousands of Starbucks across the country, I have spent thousands in over 20 years at your stores. I was at one yesterday and never has anyone told me that. Do I look homeless? Does it matter if I was homeless or not? Do I look like I'm going to shoot up heroin or snort coke? Do I look degrading? I'm dressed nicer than you people and I'm using proper communication. WTHell? I ended up buying my drink first then demanded the restroom code. Someone else behind the counter then said, its a new law, we started this last month. Professionally I flipped. Told them don't you dare give me that s h i t, Nevada law permits your business to have and provide a restroom even BEFORE I PAY! I got my drink and instead of staying to relax for a few minutes I left and went to the 4505 E. Charleston location. Where they are nice, not biased, will let you use the restroom even if you don't buy something. Relaxed and looked up the laws. I thought, I could go back and ask for lead or manager, but why? They ALL operate that way, it means their leadership does as well. I'll post on it on social media, leave reviews to not support that store and it's employees, then file a complaint with the city and Starbucks directly. YOU BROKE THE LAW. Where do I even begin? I wanna start off by saying don't waste your time coming here. Literally don't waste your time. The drive-through is always busy and the cars are always backed up because there's a whole bunch of young men working at the location, you can hear them messing around. They're just messing around, saying things through the drive-through telecom. They are so unprofessional due to the fact that they're just in their not doing their job. You literally sit outside waiting for an hour almost for your drinks that are not even gonna be done properly. They need to fire the current employees they have right now because they're not doing their job and just hire new staff.. read more

Needs more workers drive thru always taking 10 mins to get to the window , drinks always watered down since they make them and can't rush the line to the front ... do not order until you get to the window so the drinks can be made right there and not have them sit there read more

Service was terrible. I went Sunday afternoon 08/10/2025. The person working the drive-thru seems new so I was patient. He took a while to charge and give me my order. Once I finally got my order I was already leaving the drive thru when I noticed my drink was wrong (they forgot my brown sugar cold foam.) I parked, went inside and gave them my receipt. The girl making the drinks did not care at all and gave me a snarky look and rolled her eyes at me. Mind you I paid for the brown sugar cold foam, which she gave me regular vanilla cold foam instead. I've never had a problem here until like two or three days ago. I got my son and I a caramel crunch frappe from here and it was disappointing. It was not at all a frappe, it was mostly whipped cream or something. It was gross and I'm afraid to purchase anything from here now. I don't think they know how to make drinks because I also have ordered a hot white chocolate mocha latte and it is never what it's suppose to be as a latte. It's very disappointing!!! Where do I even start? It was good at first with the normal workers. Then this one worker with blonde streaks stays messing up my change last time tried to accuse me of getting my change but I remembered the exact change amount and even showed her in my wallet just so I can get my change back. Second it was my birthday I went the day after my birthday the said I can't get my free drink or they'll get fired. You know how many free drinks I get per month because of how much money I spend at this particular starbucks. That was Mel your manager and didn't even get any happy birthday nothing. Why are you in customer service. They seem just into their job and that's it. Which makes no sense because they constantly mess up my order or don't have my complete order. And icing on the cake my whipped cream had to send that back because my whipped cream was so little on top and I asked for extra everything and the last couple times the coffee hasn't been up to my expectations. Up until my visit on November 7, 2024, I had visited this place multiple times without experiencing any issues. When I was placing my order, Shakoya was quite impolite and kept interrupting me. Customer service at this place is horrible! I ordered from the app, it showed it was ready. I arrived and it was not even close to ready. Food was out of stock. Drink was not made. When I inquired about a refund, the young girl said I'd have to request it from the app. Luckily, I asked more questions about the refund procedures, then another associate suggested to just issue me a refund. Misleading and horrible customer service! I then went over to Tropical Smoothie Cafe CROSS from the street and had no issues!!! read more
