AWFUL! never have i walked into a starbucks and been blatantly ignored. guy at the counter was finishing up a mans drink so i stood back a bit. the employee kept looking at me but never acknowledged me. no hello, ill be right with you..nothing. just looking. the drive thru guy was joking around. and two other employees would walk back and forth from the back room to front over and over. all i needed was money added to a gift card. i approached the counter and stood there for 5min. i smiled and said "hello, yall been busy" trying to get attention and make nice. i got looked at by 3 employees. one shrugged. 3 more minutes. by this point the other customer had left and nobody is helping me. finally guy at drive through says "did you need something or what?" UH???? thats friendly. naw im just here for the view and smells i tell him i need $20 added to the card. he processes and then leaves. i wait then ask the other employee..do i just have to take my own receipt and go? he says "yea just grab it" i REACH AROUND THE COMPUTER MONITOR AND RIP OUT MY RECEIPT.. really?? no thanks for coming. nothing. read more

Really disappointed with my order last night 8:20pm. I ordered two vanilla sweet cream cold brews with 2 pumps of white mocha and vanilla sweet cream cold foam but instead only got a cold brew with sweet cream cold foam. Not only that when I was explaining it to the girl at the window that it does not have the vanilla sweet cream she argues with me that it does have it, I was with disbelief and I kept explaining to her what is missing and again argues until she took both drinks and I don't know what she did to them she came back and still looked the same no creamer and no white chocolate mocha. read more

Poor product, poor service and very poor customer service. Maybe cutting costs by cutting latte servings by 1/2 then giving the customer a hard time about wanting it fixed? Two days in a row (10-25 and 10-26-19) I stopped at the Starbucks at 699 S Stemmons Fwy, Lewisville, TX to get my wife a Chi tea latte, and in both cases foam was over 1/2 of the serving. To put it into perspective, the liquid was near the bottom of the cup insulator sleeve. I took the product back the first night and they reworked it to an acceptable level. I stopped again the next night for the same product, and guess what, the same thing happened again. I again took the product back to them, but this time the barista only added more milk, and handed it back without a word. I thought she knew what she was doing, but evidently not. The latte was undrinkably weak. I took the refrigerated product back the next day and returned it to a very-very rude barista who would interrupt me every 3 seconds repeating What do want, What do you want, What is that, what do you want. You know if a customer cares enough to store bad product in the fridge to return it the next day to show you the problem, maybe you should stop interrupting for 30 seconds and listen to them. Addendum: I went online with the Starbucks corporate customer service to explain the problem. They said they would have someone from the store call me Monday to workout replacing the latte. . . 1 full week later, no contact Addendum II After contacting their customer service again, the District Manager did call me, explaining the latte was wrong according to their standards. Well, I knew it didn't meet customer standards. As far as replacing the product? She promised to send a $10.00 gift card by email, but as of 1-14-20, nothing has been received. Avoid this place, find a real coffee shop. read more

Their american is watery. I don't like calling colored water "americano" and the barista says "next time just get venti in tall cup and it'll be stronger." Never coming back. Another lady was complaining about same issue at that time so it wasnt my tastebud. I emailed general area manager about the quality of drink and service, and he wanted me to re-visit and give them 2nd chance because the next drink is on him... Matcha latte was made fast and good. Very spacious setting. The tables are spaced comfortably. Good music, wasn't too loud. Great staff.

The slowness of service was impeccable. It wasn't even during a busy time, but, somehow, the staff managed to take an unnecessarily long amount of time to concoct my beverage. A simple acknowledgement or apology for the snail-like service would have at least helped lessen the bad taste it left, but that didn't take place either. read more

For the past three times I've been here, they have forgotten about my food. My drinks came out just fine when I ordered on the online platform, but my food did not. The first time, after ordering 10 minutes ahead and waiting for another 10 minutes, I had to go to work, and left without anything to eat. The last two times I've had to ask them to make it after waiting for about five minutes at the counter with my drinks getting cold. Whatever they have set in place to get the food items out, is not working, and it needs to be fixed. read more

Came in after another Starbucks closer to me made my drink wrong, I didn't get a chance to catch her name but she had cool green and purple hair and a dope fire mask on! She offered to remake my drink for free and even asked if I'd like another shot of espresso on the house, which was incredibly nice of her and I was not expecting. Everyone in there had great vibes, I also appreciated that they were enforcing the mask rule inside the store, but they were very courteous about it. read more

Prompt service and staff. I ordered via the app, the barista was happy to explain why it appeared that I had more than a splash of cream. He of course was willing to remake but it wasn't necessary, it was perfect. He has PHENOMENAL customer service and can brighten even my darkest days (and not just because he's handing off a deliciously sweet and strong iced coffee through that heavenly coffee scented window). So slow!!! I frequented a different Starbucks before moving to lewisville 6 months ago and have experienced nothing but slow service since the change. It shouldn't take this long to heat up food and make drinks. Even when the drive thru is long and I go inside (where there is no one waiting) I have to wait so they can service the window first. This one time I went to starbucks and asked for a very simple small black coffee. What I ended up recieving was a cup full of milk with "fuck you" written on the cup. I was appalled by this immature behavior. I asked for the manager and apparently they were the manager. They said "go fuck yourself with a 14in dildo asshole." This store needs a major change in staff. Beginning with a woman named Bea. She's beyond rude if you have to ask her to fix your order again. She slammed my dog's pup cup down because she didn't listen to my order the first time as she said something under her breath. Listening while at work avoids doing double work. This used to be my favorite SB, until the 5am drive-through staff changed. Michelle and the other lady that used to work it were GREAT! Now the "new" person, Nika, I believe, is so awkward, not very friendly, and doesn't speak up. I feel like I'm constantly having to ask her what she said. She's also been taking liberties lately; giving me citrus green tea instead of original, even though I did NOT order the citrus. She used my earned reward on a $2 tea without even asking me! I'm not impressed, and am irritated every time I go to this location. I will now and forever go out of my way to visit a different store until Nika is no longer working the drive-through. read more

This Starbucks is appalling. Not only was the service slow, but the baristas' behavior was also less than ideal. One of the baristas, Brandon, was sitting on the counter when I walked up to order. They also started flickering the lights at one point while laughing about it. Tons of profanity could be heard and I felt bad for the parents with kids in the building. My next complaint would be the music. The music was so loud that I could hear it with my noise cancelling headphones on. I've been to Starbucks all over the country and this one is the absolute worst one. I will never return to this starbucks. read more

I keep trying to like this Starbucks. The employees seem great. They are nice and usually friendly. The last two of three times at this particular location, my drink has not been made correctly. One of the times, it was a reward drink. It was not made correctly. I had gone through the drive through and had to go back to the store, park, and have the employees make it again. They were friendly and nice about it, but I shouldn't have to have a $6+ drink made again. It should be made right the first time. Today, was very similar. Today, I ordered. Then, I had to give my order again at the drive through window. After two requests for my order, my drink was still not made correctly. So, I don't know. I'll go to the Starbucks in Flo Mo or the one in the Tom Thumb. They don't screw up my drink. read more
