I like this place though because its comfortable, only really busy around the lunch rush, and has plenty of chairs and tables. The employees are kind and friendly and somewhat playful without being distracting or not doing their job. One of the better Starbucks I've been too, and I frequent Starbucks pretty often. Store is quiet and spacious, great place to get work done with plenty of outlets and seating (mostly tables). The staff if very friendly, offer new drinks all the time, and are willing to go the extra mile with your complicated drink order without any rude comments or eye rolls which is a major plus when you're in a creative spirit and want to order something completely personalized. There's also a huge counter space with bar stools which adds to the ambiance and creates an environment good for working. My only complaint? It's is ALWAYS freezing!! I love Starbucks and this one was decently-sized and had ample seating area and OUTLETS. I came here after not finding any available outlets at Panera Bread so was glad to finally find somewhere with free WiFi where I could charge my laptop and do some work. Starbucks is usually pretty standard being a chain coffee shop you would think they always follow the same formula. Came to this one which was very disorganized and chaotic. Service was very slow. After just ordering a simple coffee and driving away the bold coffee tasted very watered down! Really did not expect this type of quality for Starbucks. I like this Starbucks because it's usually not busy with too many unsavory people hanging around. You get your order fast and correct. This is my local Starbucks. I used to go there at 10-15 times a month, usually in the morning and weekends. Staff there are great and smart. However tonight, I was appalled on the new staff and how rude one of the staff, who claimed to be the manager, was. I placed a mobile order and when arrived, the lady in the front admitted they completely missed the mobile order ticket. It's understandable sometimes, which was fine. Another gentleman, Stefan, took over and informed me that they no longer have the turkey panini I ordered via mobile. I said fine, then asked for a refund. Stefan said Starbucks don't offer refund (which I know that is not true). Still I then picked another sandwich as a swap. Since the one I picked cost 50 cents less, I asked if I can get the difference credited to me or offer me something in place of the differences. He argued with me that there was no difference, refused to see on my phone that I was indeed charged more and ultimately called me a 'mama'. He proceeded to be extremely rude, unreasonable, unprofessional and should not be a Starbucks employee. I ended up walked away, did not get what I ordered, got charged more than I should have and very dissatisfied at the store. I am writing this not because of the 50 cents, but because I do not think this is what Starbucks, or any store, should treat their customer this way. Employees like that should not be in serving business. Certainly should not in Starbucks. I hope Starbucks read this and do something about that employee, Stefan. Came here a couple of times and I have no complaints! This Starbucks location is very spacious with big tables where I have seen people getting their work done or having conversations. The baristas are all friendly and seem to keep the line moving well. This location carries a lot of food items, an full sized menu, and a decent selection of merchandise such as K cups, coffee mugs, syrups, etc. I love the bar at the end of the counter where you pick up your beverage, have never seen that at a Starbucks before. My favorite Starbucks! The staff is super friendly and very efficient. They really seem to care about their job and their customers. I'm not an every day Starbucks drinker, but during the work week, I'll pop in on Friday mornings. It felt really nice to have someone remember my order. My fiancé loves their everything bagel and I swear the girl behind the counter pops one in before we even reach the register to place our order. I went to this Starbucks last week and was treated poorly by the manager herself. I placed an order that was filled incompletely. When I inquired about where the remaining items were she snapped at me. This place is so busy that they have forgotten about customer care and service. Many times when I return to my creation space I find the order is wrong or incomplete. It is vital for your sanity to check before leaving. The manager's attitude was caustic before I even told her about the problem. When asked who was her supervisor I was told "I report to no one" She continued to be nasty and borderline verbally abusive. Needless to say I doubt that I will return here again. read more

not as crowded as the starbucks on northern blvd across from the police station (near bell blvd, on 215 street). but be careful of the parking, it is a private lot and if you stay there too long, i heard my friend who was towed. since the management company does not want people to use the parking lot for a long time (some just leave their cars there because it is a safe neighborhood and then go somewhere else for the day). i think 2 or 3 hours maximum. service is good, not as crowded, as i mentioned, so the wait time is not that bad. pretty quiet atmosphere since not much traffic. lighting is not that great since most starbucks locations have windows on all sides. but this location only has windows on one side, so not that much sunlight gets in. read more

Worst run coffee shop I have ever been in. Six employees behind the counter, two of which are sipping espresso, all ignoring the only two customers in the place. When I got on line I was not expecting it to be 10min (I timed it) before they though they should actually ask the first person on line if they were being helped (they weren't) all three of us on line were seriously debating weather or not they were just ignoring us on purpose in the hopes we would get frustrated and walk away. read more

Starbucks is a commonly known place for their coffee. The employees at this Starbucks are very nice and respectful. I am not the type to drink a lot of coffee, but when I go there to get a drink or snack, their service is great. There are days where there's a lot of people and it the wait is a little longer, but it's bearable and understandable. If they get your order wrong, they will fix it and make another drink for you that matches what you ordered. Additionally, it's close and convenient to me and I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. read more

This is my favorite Starbucks in the area, hands down. It's the only one where I can come to study and actually get work done-- and during the school semester, I used to come A LOT. I was even mayor for awhile on foursquare, haha. Anyway, this Starbucks is wonderful because the people that frequent here all seem to be either professionals, fellow students, or overall very respectful patrons-- which I can't say is the same for some of the other Starbucks around. In addition, the staff is super nice, the bathrooms are always clean and stocked, and there are plenty of outlets for those who need to use their laptops. Asked for a decaf and got a regular frap. I called to let them know of their error and the person replied that it was due to the sugar in it. This being said before he even knew what type of frap I got. Also, in what world does caffeine effect a person the same way sugar does. I had gotten an espresso frap btw... They finally agreed to either replace my drink or give me a refund. I went in and asked the girl at the front who actually said "oh I know about ur situation cuz I was told about it" and then I asked who it was that answered the phone and she couldn't tell me. Covering up for a coworker??? I think so but I can't blame her, I probably would have done the same for any of my coworkers as well. But considering all the transgressions at this place I had to give them 1 star. If they clean up their act going forward? I may update my review but as of yet, they have not done anything to prove that they deserve a better rating especially since I did lose almost a full night of sleep due to this issue. read more
