This Starbucks isn't very welcoming. Employees are lazy. Often times (four that I can recall) they've left off whip cream on fraps and I had to ask for them to add it. The parking layout is a nightmare. Lots of idiots thinking they are 5-0 backing up too park in a already congested parking lot. I was sitting outside and someone walked up talking on the phone without their mask and as they opened the door, I hear a barista ask them to please put on a mask before entering - super polite, not demanding, but firm. This is my favorite Starbucks location. The employees are incredibly friendly and cheerful, considering most of the morning crowd is grumpy & rushing on their way to work. They've made me smile more than once during my commutes. They learned my favorite drink quickly, and always made it better than any other Starbucks location I've been to (and I've been to a lot of Starbucks locations). I was a block away so that seemed enough time to get there find a parking spot and go get my order.. So I get there within 6 minutes walk in go to pickup spot no iced coffee .. When I visited today, just before 3pm, all I got was a sour attitude from the girl that rang me up, and the boy that took almost ten minutes to make my drink. In terms of Starbucks locations, this one is conveniently close to the highway, has its own parking, and is in a plaza with a decent bagel place. The employees have always been friendly and helpful, the floors and bathroom are clean, they get the drinks right all the time, and there are usually places to sit. Not too shabby. read more

A Starbucks lover who doesn't love coffee, that's me! But I am tried and true when it comes to my skinny vanilla chai lattes. Needless to say, they aren't my favorite place for a tasty chai tea and I have tried them a handful of times. The upside here though is that there isn't a bad wait, even during peak hours. At other nearby locations, I could be waiting 20+ minutes at 3pm but here, I'm in an out; huge for Starbucks! While they don't make my favorite drink, they always get my order right and move customers along quickly. Ample seating and good parking. read more

The Starbucks is clean & the staff is usually pretty friendly and quick with your order. There's lots of parking around the building... in a little mini mall complex near the highway. There about 10 comfortable chairs to sit in as well as complimentary newspapers for your convenience. A nice place to go sit down for a cup of coffee! read more
