Stopped by the E bar for a friend's recommendation. They said they have the best coffee in Tampa and I have to say after trying them they are definitely top 5 in my book. There was a line when I arrived and when I reached the check out the young lady working was very nice to help me choose a drink. She recommended the honey almond latte so that's what I got. Waited a few till my drink was ready when the barista called my name she handed me my drink. It was very messy with coffee on the sides of drink and on the lid. I wish it could have been a little more clean. But the drink itself was very good. The espresso had a good strong coffee flavor. The honey almond latte with oatmilk was delicious and perfectly balanced. Definitely a must try. read more

First off Nordstrom is the best department store in the world. We are so blessed to have Bazille and the E-Bar. The E bar deserves all the accolades. The banana cloud matcha is heaven sent (usually I'm not a matcha person). Please never remove it from the menu. read more

I highly recommend the eBar at Nordstorms. The customer service is top notch and the menu has a nice variety of delicious drinks and bites. I would always choose this spot when I'm nearby for all the reasons I mentioned. Definitely give them a try if you're near by. read more

They put Starbucks out of business inside International Plaza. Every Starbucks customers I have spoken with that go to International Mall prefer the ebar over Starbucks. Nordstrom's ebar really needs to plan on making stand alone locations around Florida. They will do so well. The staff was very friendly the coffee shop was very efficient and I got my drink very quickly. The facility was very clean and organized. This is my favorite coffee shop in all of Tampa. Open before the mall.... Nice employees. Line goes quick. Product comes out fast. Thai latte was a bit sweet, but good. Peanut butter smoothie: they didn't have peanut butter due to supply chain issues (not sure if this was an excuse or true because someone could have picked up peanut butter at any grocery store). This is a popular item, as the gentleman behind me ordered the same thing. This was the main reason for one less star. They have a number of tables just outside the storefront that you can sit at, or you can go into the mall for single -person couch seats with a table between them. I tried to order a matcha but they were out, so I ordered a chai with oat milk. I came across one of their chai canisters and realized their chai is littered with garbage filler ingredients including milk, which I can't have. I asked the baristas for help and they recommended the London fog (a great drink) and made that to order. They use Chobani oat milk, which is awesome. I really enjoy the coffee from here, and it is way better than starbucks. They have really fresh food options here but quick things such as sandwiches, protein boxes and such. They even have hard boiled eggs with the shell on. Today I had a chicken, basil and Swiss cheese sandwich with some kind of garlic aioli sauce and it was so good. I will definitely be back here to get that sandwich again. They say their coffee is brewed for 24 hours so it is nice and strong. Better drinks than Starbucks lol. A bit pricey though and the calories in some drinks (especially Ice Storms) shoot out the roof but it's worth a try (or few tries). I tried the mint chocolate chip ice storm and it was heavenly. It had the right amount of consistency with crushed chocolate inside and whipped cream on top (if you want). A regular stop for me. Easy and consistently good. The food is made fresh every day. I have only been disappointed when they run out of Cobb salads. Reasonably priced. Great variety. Good for a lunch on the go, coffee, or a quick snack. The tea and coffee are wonderful. The salads, pasta, baked goods, yogurt, tuna salad, cheese plates, and more...always happy. Favorite is the Cobb salad with champagne vinaigrette. Always a great sign to see so many Nordstrom employees eating there. read more

This is a great place for a coffee while you shop. Ever place has a specialty and this place had more than one. The coffee is damn good. They do pour overs with a single serve drip filter that beats a coffee sock pour over other places attempt. They use a plastic gadget that keeps the coffee in the water longer like a french press, but drains it like a drip. It is excellent and worth a try. I really like the espresso here, they do it quicker than many other places, and always with that crisp Nordstrom service. Its clean, and always busy, but I never had to wait long. The coffee is fine, but not nearly good enough to justify bad service. The eBar service looked very different when I worked for this company. Two of four employees made this visit an unfortunate mistake. The male employee taking customers' orders was very cold and disingenuous. Similarly, the male barista was blatantly rude. I happened to notice that he was working on my drink, trying to pour whipped cream from a now-empty canister, so I mentioned that I could go without it. His response was a nasty look and tight lip, as he tossed the empty canister onto the counter. We are in the holiday season, so I can understand some tiredness and overall burnout from, not only work as normal, but crowds of holiday shoppers and all that comes with that; however, that does not excuse such blatant poor, rude service. You really can't go wrong with any of the hot or cold drinks off the menu, but my personal favorites are the Ice Storms. Get the Mocha Ice Storm with an extra shot of espresso - it's heavenly! The mint chocolate chip is also a winner in my book. The prices will run you a bit more than Starbucks, but not much. The staff is quick, friendly, and if you're a regular they almost always start your "usual" before you get to the register. Great for when you're on a short break at work and need a caffeine fix! Not gonna lie....the coffee is expensive as hell! I got a Grande Mocha Bianco with coconut milk and it cost $5.35! But it was worth every penny. It was the best coffee I've ever had and hands down knock Starbucks out of the water. I actually had it the first time yesterday and went back for another today!! So far the only flavor I tried. The coconut milk tastes like whole milk and much yummier than soy or almond milk (no coconut flavor). read more
