Been here for pickup and drive thru. Some days the drive thru entrance is backed up all the way into Orlando Ave, but I do I love that the drive thru exit takes you on a one way direction straight back to Orlando Ave aka you don't have to navigate around a parking lot. I like the decor on the wall by the pick up window. My drinks from here have been good. I haven not had a messy cup or messed up order. I also have not encountered neither overly friendly nor grumpy baristas-- I'm cool with that. read more

I ordered an Americano with a splash of heavy cream and it was served hot in a double cup as they had ran out of sleeves. I was not offered a stopper for the ride, but I ordered a grande to go in a venti cup. Service wasn't prompt, but to their defense, today is a cold day in Winter Park, so I waited happily. The server offered a smile and sent me off with my lovely coffee. The drive through was a clean area part of a covered parking garage. I didn't assess the location inside but I assume it is the usual look of Starbucks, clean, minimalist style with coffee scents, and areas to lounge. Thank you! read more

I don't usually review brand name places, since the service is usually the same at all locations. But this location seems to go above and beyond. I've never had a bad experience, and the staff here are genuinely kind. The only downside to this location is the drive thru. It's a narrow line that wraps around the building into a parking garage. It's hard to navigate and you'll hit the window ledge if you're not careful. It dumps off onto Maitland Ave, after the light, so you might have to wait a while for traffic. Good coffee, questionable location. read more

I must have caught them at a bad time because when I went up to the counter, no one came up to me to take my order. A couple employees were there that noticed me and said they would help in a bit, but one was working the drive through, the other seemed to be working on online orders. So I waited for about 10min and another worker came out to take my order. Unfortunately, they ran out of one of the items I wanted to order. Other than that, my order came out perfectly. There's lots of nice seating around. In the future, I'd probably order ahead online and use the drive thru. read more

Like many people, I have been to a ton of different Starbucks locations, but this one is by far my favorite! I am partial to the early morning crew. My friends and I will typically come in around 6am after a workout, and they always greet us with warmth and enthusiasm, even though it's extremely early. The staff members are always attentive, friendly, and efficient in taking our order. I recently tried the seasonal iced matcha with lavender cream. It wasn't my favorite, but neither is the regular matcha. If you like matcha and a little more sweetness, then this would be right up your alley. I got the iced chai with lavender cream the day before, and it was delicious! It gave the already tasty chai a little something extra. The ambiance of the store is comfortable and inviting, creating a welcoming atmosphere to enjoy my early morning beverage. I honestly was reminder why I stopped going to starbucks today at this location. I will never go again. I had a dollar and change gift card so I decided to got here today for breakfast. First of all, whoever was working the drive thru was rude and rushing me when I asked for time to look at the menu. I ordered a turkey breakfast sandwich, a pink drink tall and a banana bread. Tell me how all of that came out to over $18..I gave my gift card to scan and then my remaining amount was $16.39......like bffr. I started an online order for the EXACT stuff and with tax and everything came out to $15.39. I went back to inform them that maybe I was overcharged and also the "pink drink" i got looked like water with food coloring. Their response was that they "know" the prices are different and they don't know why and don't know what to do about it. LOL literally did not offer to refund me not even for the drink that I asked to be remade because it was a food colored water. I will NEVER go back to a starbucks again. Because what do you mean "we don't know why that happens"? Worst customer service ever. I should've been refunded immediately. Oh, and the drink they remade was nasty as well. A wonderful reminder of why I stopped going to this nasty ass place. SHOP LOCAL and support your local coffee shops that don't charge almost $20 for food colored water and nasty ass microwave sandwiches. I was skeptical as to why they moved from across the street. I loved the outdoor patio of the old one. However, now I get it. This feels like a real urban Starbucks and is beautifully decorated and spacious. Come here to meet a friend, work quietly or just read a good book. It is worth coming just to see what I mean and the previous reviewers have said as well. Update: They were listed as "temp closed" but I'm happy to say the drive thru is open. Been to this location several times in the last two weeks. The young women working the early morning. (6am) are incredibly rude and nonresponsive. I've seen several occasions during my visits where they've rolled their eyes when a customer had a special request. The drinks always look extra sloppy like a blind person put it together . The food is the same way . And forget about online ordering . Such a great location for Starbucks once you know the way to get in and out. This place is super friendly, tons of room to sit inside (compared to other Starbucks locations), and a great patio outside. The staff here is on top of things, both operating an efficient drive-thru while and a very friendly inside greeting. Everything in here just moves quickly, which is great for me when I'm trying to get to work. Now for the entrance/exit questions. If you are coming down 17-92 from Lee Rd. area, you want to turn at the light before the Maitland City Centre (Packwood Avenue). This will then let you turn right before the fire department, turn right into the garage, and immediately go left to exit the garage coming up behind the Starbucks. You can then of course exit back that way if you want to be going towards Maitland Boulevard. Anything really to avoid coming here or exiting here onto Horatio, that backs up terribly. This way you avoid any U-turns as well. read more

They do a good job here getting orders out as fast as they can and getting them right definitely drive through gets you your order faster and they sometimes will forget about your order if you order inside most the employees are very friendly and make me feel welcome but some make me feel uncomfortable Not my favorite location just some of the employees make me feel a little uncomfortable and the drive thru is claustrophobic and I don't like how they sometimes try to make you pull right up behind another car and keep bothering you and get visibly upset about it. I understand they are trying to get us as close as possible but if I hit another car I'll have to deal with the damage not them. The whole drive through experience here can be stressful especially when the line spills out onto the road and people honk and zoom past. read more

Even when the drive thru line looks really long in the mornings, they work quickly to get you through as soon as possible. Probably my favorite Starbucks location of all time! I live in the complex above and drop by now and then via mobile order. Everyone's incredibly kind, almost always quick y'know unless its super busy, but if you ask they'll check on your order! What an amazing location, every time I go I am greeted by a friendly welcoming staff. The drinks are always the way I order them and though the drive thru is long at times this one has someone out front taking your orders and it's the fastest location in town. Not to mention they have a super cool tunnel that goes through the parking garage so no hear of bad weather! read more
