This place is very busy so many workers but the bathrooms is so dirty and no toilet paper.

This branch is never extremely busy and the baristas are nice enough. Its pretty big with lots of space to sit and read. My only complaint is that they are very slow. The wait for my caramel macchiato was at least 10-15 minutes. There is no reason for that when there is no line in the store. read more

The service was slow. No one seemed to care that we were all standing around and waiting and the milk was empty in the carafes. Attention to detail could be better. Heard this Starbucks makes the most money out of all the Starbucks in the area due to the drive thru. Their lattes and coffee taste like any of the others and I always liked their drinks. This is a pretty hopping place as far as the amount of customers that come in. My only gripe is the size. I like to sit down after I order an there isn't a lot of seating area so I go to the bigger one more of the time in Manchester next to Boston Market. read more

We were initially stopping through on our drive home so we went to the drive thru. After waiting with no movement for about 8 minutes, I decided to hop out and run inside. There were 3-4 employees working the drive thru and 1 employee working the register. The line inside was, of course, horrendous. All I wanted to order were 2 dark roasts. It took us an additional 8-10 minutes to finish our Starbucks order inside the store. Won't be coming back to this location. read more

I never write reviews, however, this is the worst Starbucks I've ever been too. They get my coffee wrong every time. Also, the drive thru line usually takes 15-20 minutes, and I have recently dealt with an extremely unfriendly barista (goes by the name of June) at the drive thru window. When I nicely told her that I think my coffee is wrong she rudely proceeded to tell me that it wasn't and I drove away with a shitty cup of coffee. I love Starbucks but I would not recommend this location! read more

Great customer service! I have always been impressed by this Starbucks, today all the more so. This morning when I was picking up my online order, I accidentally spilled one of the coffees. I was running a little late as it was, so I thought it might be the start of a rough day. As I was beginning to clean up the spill, a barrista came from around the island with a towel wiped it up and asked a coworker to remake my drink, and they did not accept repayment. I was so grateful and was out the door with very little delay after my mistake. Very impressed with the people working here. Thank you! read more

i work in manchester ct but leave in spfld mass and i have to say manchester starbucks on deming st is one of the best starbucks i have seen. the drinks are always on point and the staff is amazing. they even helped me in my hour of need...lol...when i lost my card. the lovely young lady at the window gave me my drink on the house. i wish i got her name but she was fabulous. i just wanted to say thank you. starbucks in manchester ct on deming st is the one to go to! keep up the amazing job. read more

Great coffee and friendly service for the most part. The drive thru is a bit inconvenient as you have to wheel around the entire building and this location CAN at times be very busy, meaning a very long stay in the drive-thru line. On a couple of occassions, the very friendly staff gave me a complimentary coffee for having to wait so long, so that's a plus. As with any Starbucks, the quality of coffee and food can be somewhat inconsistent but for the most part I'm happy with their service and food, and frequently stop here on my way out of town as it is conventiently located just off I-84. read more
