    Blended Mango Dream Energy Drink
    Dylan R.

Pretty good the drink was good but the only problem is the pricing it is way to expensive it was 6.25 for a grande energy refresher the food is definitely overpriced but service kinda makes up for it

    Service was friendly and efficient

Conveniently located Starbucks at the corner of Willow Road and 84. I stopped by for a bathroom break and a matcha latte after battling traffic for an hour on my way to a meeting at Stanford earlier this week. Parking was available and the bathroom was clean and well maintained. Service was friendly and efficient, and I was happily on my way within 15 minutes. Grateful for this SBUX location as it is very likely I will need to stop by again!

I tried the Eggs & Gouda Protein Box and didn't think too much of it. It was nice to have pre washed and pre cut apples but they tasted a little starchy. The grapes were alright. I liked that they were pre washed as well. The cheese was the best part. The egg was the worst part. It smelled a bit musty. The Chickpea Bites & Avocado was okay. I thought the chickpeas were dry. The snap peas and carrots were delicious. The guacamole was also okay. I haven't tried the PB&J Protein Box or the Cheese & Fruit Protein Box. They seemed a little basic. If I were to get another of them, I think I would choose them in the following order: 1. Cheese & Fruit Protein Box 2. Cheddar & Uncured Salami Protein Box 3. Cheese Trio Protein Box 4. Chickpea Bites & Avocado Box* 5. PB&J Protein Box 6. Eggs & Cheddar Protein Box 7. Eggs & Gouda Protein Box* The Eggs & Cheddar Protein Box and the Eggs & Gouda Protein Box are nearly identical. Overall I don't think I would get any of them other than the Cheese & Fruit Protein Box and maybe the Cheddar & Uncured Salami Protein Box also the Cheese Trio Protein Box. I am surprised that they still sell these as it seems like Starbucks changed their products so frequently. I am still sad that they eliminated a couple of the other products that like so much. I hope that they bring them back someday but that is probably not possible.

The driver/worker of the middle car will gladly slam his doors into your car.

Rudest workers here. They act like they're doing you favors when ordering here and then one of the workers here slammed his car door into mine then proceeded to tell me "chill bro, it didn't even do anything" we were parked and he just swung his door open. How do you hit a parked car and try to tell someone to calm down. Acted all scared and surprised realizing I was in the car and saw him swing his door open. Can't imagine how many other times this guy has done this, doesn't deserve to be on the road if you're not careful with other peoples stuff.

The workers were kind and cordial. The manager was training new employees, but still greeted me on my way in. They saw me bring my pup in and offered a puppuchino. My pup totally loved it! Didn't know that Starbucks offered freebies like that for doggos. But this just goes to show that the workers here go above and beyond! I also ordered a caramel brûlée which then the cashier gave me a fair warning that it was pretty sweet. I'm so glad he told me because there were 4 pumps of syrup. I ended up asking for 2 pumps for a grande size and it was perfect. I think 4 pumps would've killed it for me. I absolutely loved the convenience of the location because it has its own parking lot with other restaurants near by which is perfect if you're on lunch or trying to grab a quick coffee and breakfast before going to work.

The vibe here is incredibly relaxed and welcoming. Yes, the coffee is on the pricier side, with drinks ranging from $7 to $8, but that's pretty standard for Palo Alto. I recently tried their sweet latte with oat milk, and it was divine! The quality is definitely worth the splurge. Even though the line can be long due to its popularity, the wait time is surprisingly short, usually around 10 to 15 minutes, or even less. The servers are always friendly and efficient. I keep coming back because it's simply a great coffee experience!

I'm not very familiar with their menu yet, so I ordered the Golden Cinnamon without realizing it was a cold brew. I only noticed when I saw them pouring it instead of making an espresso. When I asked about it, the person who took my order responded rudely, saying, "But you ordered a cold brew," instead of simply offering to make me an espresso drink. I then asked the manager about the drink, hoping she could help clarify the situation. Her response was also dismissive and rude: "Your name will be called on the other side. I'm not making the drinks." Unfortunately, it took over 20 minutes to get the new drink, which was disappointing given the experience. I really wanted to enjoy this new location, but the customer service and long wait left me disappointed.

The matcha flavor leaned on the nuttier side, which I prefer. 4/5 would get again, but definitely a little pricey for the size and simple drink. I didn't ask for adjustments or if it's sweetened by default. Based on the taste, it seemed lightly sweetened from whatever oat milk they use. The cashier, who also prepared my drink, was welcoming and helpful. I asked if they could warm up the cookie, and they said they can't but that the cookies were freshly baked and already warm, which it was! I'd come back to try one of their signature drinks with cream tops or flavorings, which they seem to be more popular for.

It was flavorful, sweet, creamy, and had texture from the crushed pistachio topping. Very unqiue item that I don't see in other places. Pricey, I think after taxes and tip, I paid like $10-11. But, it was pretty damn good. For a coffee shop, this is an easy 9.5/10. I would come back to get this drink again and to try the other menu items too.

Highly recommend going early because the parking fills up fast, therefore, the seating in the coffee shop fills up fast as well. Our go-tos are usually an Iced Hojicha Einspanner and a pour over, Iced Americano, or an Espresso Tonic. We've tried their matcha as well, which is also solid! Every single time we have gone (which is usually when they open), there is already a line forming outside the door. Depending on how busy it is, we have waited between 12-18 minutes for our drinks (on the high end), but the drinks are always so yummy! They also have an amazing selection of pastries including an everything croissant, cookies, mochi, pistachio raspberry croissant, spinach and feta croissant, and a mushroom croissant to name a few! Their Hojicha Einspanner is sooo good. The Einspanner is so creamy and their Hojicha is the perfect, balanced amount of nutty flavors. Whenever I have ordered this drink, people are always eyeing to see what it is because the presentation is also that good! The Espresso Tonic is also a perfect summer drink and the shot was pulled perfectly. If you want to get some work done here, I'd highly recommend coming early so you can grab a table and to also bring your headphones because it does get busy and loud.
