This review is based on to go pick up orders. Staff here are highly efficient, sincere and they mixed my cafe Americano with two sugars and 3 creams perfectly and it was piping hot the way coffee is supposed to be. It was the rush hour morning on a late April Tuesday and they didn't waste even 10 seconds of my time. Love them!!! I might get to my meeting in Oxnard in time, lol! read more

It's my local spot. The consistency of the drinks is hit or miss as the location is used for training new employees. It's not a bad spot to sit outside but quite small and parking can be limited. Park around back if it's busy. read more

Literally stood there while David the "shift supervisor" and one other worker chit chatted while there was a line of customers. Then proceeded to take one order and fill that singular order while the other people in line waited. I like the morning shift people here cause they can multitask while one person is working on orders the other is taking orders if there is a line! read more

The drinks we ordered were tasty and made to our satisfaction. The ambiance was great. There is a Little Library located inside of the store with an excellent choice of books available. Plenty of outside seating. Service was good and the bathrooms were clean. This is a great Starbucks to visit. read more

Yes, I'm a Starbucks coffee addict and I'm okay with that. I try different drinks and breakfast items because I know Starbucks won't steer me wrong. At this particular location, we order through the Starbucks app and it's always ready to go by the time we get there. THE DRINKS | Coffee & tea. - Cappuccino (Grande) | Shot of espresso, steamed 2% milk, and thick layer of foamed milk. A nice, strong drink. I add a few packets of Splenda for a bit of sweetness. THE FOODS | Breakfast & lunch items which are usually pre-packaged and warmed. - Spinach, Feta, & Egg White Wrap | The baristas warm up the wrap. It's nicely moist with the feta giving it that shot of saltiness. The wrap itself is crunchy on the edges and soft as you get towards the center. - Bacon & Gruyère Egg Bites | OBSESSED. These warm fluffy egg bites are full flavored with small bacon pieces and the nutty, salty, richly creamy texture of Gruyère cheese. - Egg White & Roasted Red Pepper Egg Bites | Another warm, fluffy egg bite, but with bits of roasted red pepper, giving it a slight crunch and sweet flavor. THE STARBUCKS FEELS | I think because of its obscure location in a small business park, this Starbucks doesn't receive as much foot traffic and therefore, isn't as busy as others. It's well maintained and service has always been top notch. THE PARKING SITUATION | There's a small parking lot, but never had issues finding a parking spot in the morning. Super convenient location right off Oso exit ! Cashier was soooo nice and welcoming . We were the only customers here so ordering was quick and easy . My passion fruit ice tea was cold and refreshing . The bacon gruyere egg bites was hot and delicious ! Bfs americano was strong and he enjoyed it . His bacon cheese sandwich was good as well . Is this location ever open? Literally the last three times I've come here, they have been closed. This evening I arrived there at 6:15 after seeing all the lights on inside and activity inside. Go to open the door and sure enough it is locked. The barista motions that they are closed. I look at the door and sure enough no hours are posted. I asked her what time they close and she motions they close at 6. The previous time it was a Sunday at 3 PM. The time before that it was also early enough. As it is, parking is difficult here. To finally park and find out it is closed is very frustrating. I do my very best to avoid this location for these reasons. You would think a location that is just off the freeway and a major street would have more accessible hours. read more

Ordered a decaf caramel ribbon crunch frappechino and they made it as a cream based drink. That wasn't worth the low star rating but when we mentioned it to the barista he loudly complained about having to fix it. Not only did he just dump coffee syrup in there but there was no caramel or crunch in the drink. Instead of saying something again we just left, since he had such a problem with fixing it the first time. Never had this problem at a Starbucks before normally if it's made incorrectly they fix it no problem. read more

Yelp 2017 -100 challenge #59 What I like about this place is the customer service and inside vibe. Its on the smaller scale but the vibe is just good. I dont know if its because of the windows offering natural light in, the set up, the customer service with employees like Sahar who is cheerful and genuinely awsome person & helpful. The outside patio area also offers sitting area that is a great place to catch up with friends after a long day. The only thing that is a con is the parking set up. Because of its Location parking is limited and its competing with other buisnessess in the strip mall. Its off the oso off ramp on the 5 fwy so its perfect exit just to grab coffee and go. read more

I want to give 0 stars!!!! This morning I ordered the Impossible Breakfast sandwich and a Medicine ball- MY USUAL. Needless to say, it was priced differently than the previous times, and when I explained i advised associate she brushed it off like it was just my issue. When I received my sandwich it was hard, so I told the associate I didn't want it. She would not take that for an answer and basically forced me into taking another sandwich. When I got to work, I took the sandwich out and it HAD A HAIR ON IT!! How disgustingly GROSS!! The service there is bad I asked for a chestnut late and the person making my drink did not add the roping I went back to ask for with cream, and then some other girl that was next to her took my drink off my hands still some of my drink out and it whipped cream to the drink when I already had purchased drink and I saw the shopping it came went and did not have whipped cream on it, which was one of the toppings that it's supposed to come with. She slam my cup to the counter. She left with not giving me a single straw. I asked her first is she comes back and gave me a really bad attitude, heading me a straw and looking at me in a really rude face. This Starbucks is okay. They close early... My girlfriend mobile order and went to pick up her drink and was told by the barista "that order is for Sharon.." So because she isn't Caucasian she can't be named "Sharon"... that was really rude. The drinks have been inconsistent in the past. Alright. I know: reviewing a Starbucks is a little odd. BUT I wouldn't write this review if it wasn't warranted. I started coming to this Starbucks about 2 years ago because its convenient location right off the freeway. It's on my way to work and it always made sense to stop at this particular one. Ever since I've been a customer at this Starbucks, I have NEVER been disappointed with the service or my order. I'm not saying the baristas are perfect (they're pretty close) BUT they will always go out of their way to ensure my order is exactly what I intended. If it isn't, they have always adjusted or remade it (which doesn't happen often because the baristas take the time to get it perfect the first time). I agree - the parking situation at this particular Starbucks location isn't ideal but that's why I love it: this Starbucks never gets too crowded or too loud. It's like a hidden gem among the overpopulated, overrun coffee shop chains. I love to sit and eat lunch and study here. I always have great conversations with the baristas and I've found it hard to go to any other Starbucks location. Patrick, Tori, Michael (the AWESOME manager) and Michelle are the BEST baristas and they always make me feel so welcome whenever I come in the store. read more

I've been to this place many, many times. Whenever I am there, something in my order is messed up or forgotten. There were 2 other people besides myself in this Starbucks and I ended up waiting 20 minutes for a drink because they had forgotten it! THEN! When I finally got the drink, it wasn't correct. I waited until I had 10 bad experiences from this location to finally write this. This is the one off Starbucks that doesn't fit the typical mold of its parent company. Another thing about this location...whenever I'm there, the manager always looks and acts disinterested. It seems as though she doesn't care and doesn't want to be there. Last thing, if you're heading towards the freeway from the inland area, it is such a pain to go to this Starbucks and try to continue on your route to the freeway. Once you leave this location, you have to backtrack and then make a U-turn which adds unnecessary time to your route. I would recommend everyone skip over this location in favor of literally ANY OTHER location. read more

Michelle spelled Michael manages this location and she is on top of it with managing and seems to get the best crew. Ivan is always making me laugh and is always working do hard. Worst customer service. I placed an order via the mobile app that my co-worker picked up and they forgot to include two out of the three items that I ordered. I called to request a refund for the missing items and they said that they were unable to issue the refund unless I came back into the store. Coming back to the store isn't an option as I am at work. Stopped here on my way to the Spectrum center. It's a very weird location for this Starbucks and the neighboring businesses (GastroPub and Wine Tasting). The parking lot is pretty crammed too. But the inside of this establishment is gorgeous! KUDOS because they actually had nitro cold brew!!!!! Didn't realize how close this place was to a residential area, and I'm envious of the close residents who can walk from home to get a nitro to go lol read more

Friendly team, I usually do mobile orders because I'm in a rush but theyve nailed it Everytime. Wouldn't expect a location off the freeway to be so friendly and know their regulars but they sure do. Tables are usually full inside and out and parking can be tight if you go at peak times. They had a valet there over the summer it was so insane busy.
