Slow slow slow. I've never been here and my order actually come at a appropriate time. They are too focused on the drive thru line to even worry about the customers who are waiting inside. And the new girl they put on till is not suited for a job that requires much thinking. She seems to really struggle. This is possibly the slowest drive thru I have ever been to for a Starbucks! I entered at 3:24 pm (I know because I had a 4 o'clock appt to get to) and I did not leave the drive thru until 3:49pm! 25 minutes for a grande Americano (which was made wrong) and a cake pop for my daughter. All I remember is my daughter saying "Mommy I'm getting so grumpy! Tooooo long!" She was spot on! I'll just continue stopping at Starbucks in Gilroy...I never have this problem there. read more

I use to be a huge starbucks fan. I knew every barista at the location on Monterey and spent about $15 or more per day. But what is going on Starbucks? The cost gouging is just going through the roof. Today I went an ordered a venti drink. Yes, I wanted 1 shot of dark mocha, 1 shot of white mocha and two shots of hazelnut. I was charged $5.65 for the drink. Your normal mocha has 5 shots of mocha in it. The regular mocha is $4.35. [For you readers--that is a delicious combination called a mudslide that i made up to taste like the Keurig mudslide.] I just think this is over the top. Even a specialty drink with 10 shots in it is less than what you charged me. And honestly, the girl was a bit smug with me--stating "I didn't charge you for all the shots". Really? I drove past Pete's to go to your facility because I was such a long term fan. I doubt that we will be doing that again anytime in the near future. Pete's NEVER charges me so much because I wanted it special WITHOUT all the regular amount of pumps. I'm so dissapointed. I'm not sure what is more dissapointing that you charge that much for a drink with less product in it or the girl's attitude. Both kinda sucked. read more

To the girl at the window who made the iced white mocha, you're being lazy and adding the ingredients backwards and for that reason the syrup doesn't dissolve it instead gathers like wax particles at the bottom of the drink and doesn't taste like any syrup was added at all. Very friendly & enthusiastic staff. Prompt service & standard Starbucks quality goods (be that good or bad is up to you). I don't really like the layout, though. In particular, the pickup counter is essentially tucked away in a back corner. When things get busy I'm sure it can be a pain trying to push past other patrons to get back out once you've received your order. read more

Driving through Morgan Hill, on our way to LA, the BF and I stopped here for a coffee to keep us awake. BOY DID IT The bloating started an hour or two later, but the vomiting started at about 3 am. I will be the first to say that I have never heard of anyone getting sick from coffee, but everything we had eaten earlier in the day we had shared with my grandma. She didn't get sick and we did with the same symptoms on the same timeline. I tried calling to let them know what had happened and to be on the lookout, but the shift leader seemed more intent on trying to convince me it wasn't them that made us sick. Awesome. I usually come here on my way to work since it's right off the freeway. But recently the drive thru has been way slow. I now only come here if I know for sure I'm going to be at least a half hour/ 45 mins early to work otherwise I'm going to be late if I stop by here. The workers there are great and ready to serve you so early in the morning. Hope they speed up their drive thru service again like it once was. read more

Was my first time in Morgan Hill and was driving around looking for a starbucks. Im really glad i visited this one. I opted out of the drive through option (nice!) and headed in to the store. One person was in front of me and they were helped so quickly and it was the same great service with my order too. She read back my order to me which i love because there have been too many times at other places where theyve gotten the milk wrong (and its just a reg. latte). I walked to the drink counter and after not even a minute my drink was ready. It was delish and perfectly hot! The girls there were so sweet and didnt try and shove theyre new menu items down my throat. Awesome read more

Fast, friendly and just right for the day. Love the ice tea (without the sweetner). And I do like that I can drive through this one!

The staff was nice and friendly. I had a a large order with four people including 2 kids. They handled it with ease. The bathrooms (both men's and woman's) were clean. My husband who is not a coffee drinker enjoyed this location. He said that this location did not feel like the Starbucks we usually go to. It did not have that portentous feeling like the one we go to on Lincoln Ave. I will be coming back to this location when I am in the area. read more

So I went to go get a coffee this morning and I got the wrong drink. I didn't have time to come in till after work so when I did come by this Starbucks drive-through off the exit in Morgan Hill I told them that I got the wrong drink and she questioned me three different times before she took my explanation and she seemed very hesitant then told me to just come forward. When I came to the window nobody was there to greet me so I waited and when she walked up still I was not greeted just had her standing there waiting for me drink she didn't seem like she wanted to give me the correct drink i ordered without paying for it again..I found it to be very bad customer service ... This is he most disgusting Starbucks I have ever had the displeasure of entering. I have on safe estimate visited 200+ starbucks. This is by far the FILTHIEST. The bathroom quite literally has not been cleaned in months. The staff must have an ongoing joke about how disgusting they have let it get! My friends and I regularly order Starbucks at this facility and one day the workers, Diana and Lecia, blatantly ignored our requests in our orders such as purposely putting cinnamon in my friends vanilla frappe (and he is allergic to cinnamon) and also adding strange syrups in our strawberry acai. When we went back in to get our drinks remade they explained it was a "practical joke" but it was not funny one bit. This is so discouraging as a regular costumer and from this point on we will never use this Starbucks on Cochrane EVER again. Paying costumers should be treated with respect. Next time we went back we asked politely to not mess with our drinks and then the same workers Lecia and Diana yelled at us saying how we can't take a joke. This is hands down my favorite Starbucks! The baristas are all so friendly and welcoming. Most of the time I go through the drive-thru because I'll have my puppy in the car with me; even in the drive-thru they know who I am as soon as I order my drink and they greet me by my first name. This is a great Starbucks. I come here 3-4 times a week. The employees are very nice. The service is very fast. It's also a great location. If you are on your way to work or passing through the 101 it is easy to stop here. There's a nice little patio too. The inside is spacious and has a ton of seats. read more
