Come here every once in a while. Starbucks is not my most favorite coffee shop, but they make a decent chai latte, and london fog. The location has been recently remodeled, and has some nice seating options. This time we got some terrific service, and nicely made drinks. A hot Chai Latte, and an Ice Tea. One of my ongoing complaints about some locations is that the music can be a little loud for a quiet conversation. Since we were the only ones inside, I asked if they could turn it down a little, and they did! Thanks! read more

This Starbucks is truly the best one I have been to! The employees are kind and genuine, they seem to really enjoy serving coffee. The manager is very sweet and easy to work with! They remember your name and make super great coffee Oh and the remodel makes the place very cozy! read more

Most Starbucks I go because of either location and service and this has both. Although driving into it is kinda tricky. I found this Starbucks to be roomy and nice seating areas. The service has always been quick, fast, and accurate. I'm not much of a coffee drinker but one of my go to drink has been the iced caramel cloud macchiato which has one of those fancy tops on top. I like to top it with cinnamon as it reminds me of Christmas. One of my friends were looking for smoothie and they suggested blended strawberry lemonade which I've never heard of at a Starbucks but they made it possible for him. No complaint here. read more

Top notch! They really do a nice job and I have never been disappointed. The staff is very professional, yet friendly.

The drive thru and in store line and wait times here are constantly terrible. That's the bad news. The good news is that while waiting in line I had time to write my entire PhD thesis. The topic is Procedural Efficiency. I was very disappointed when I walked into the store and nobody greeted me. I proceeded to go to the register to load my rewards card and waited 10 minutes. All the baristas were looking at me but nobody acknowledged me standing there. After 10 minutes one of them decided to say "I will be right with you"....it took him another 5 minutes to come back and ask me what I needed. I always order mobile pick up and still they get my order wrong 3 out of 4 times even tough they have the sticker that tells them what I ordered. The reason I go there is because it is so close to my job and I'm beginning to realized that not having a good customer service to your customers at your store it's terrible!! If it wasn't for us the customers you will not have a job and teaching your staff to greet the customers is essential and have them smile. read more

Good Starbucks! Stopped in here because I was working in the area. Probably should have grabbed an iced coffee since it was around 80° today, but had 2 cans of Coke in the car. So I grabbed a Spicy Chorizo breakfast sandwich, even though it was 1:30 in the afternoon. Breakfast: It's not just for breakfast anymore. Maybe I should copyright that... Great service, barista felt sorry for me that I was just picking up the sandwich and tried to send me out with a cup of water, I told her it was okay, had stuff to drink in the car. She also advised against eating the sandwiches in the case, she was pretty sure they are fake. Just a heads up in case you want to go here: the parking lot is only easy to get into if you are coming from the east on Janesville Rd, otherwise it's a joke. read more

This Starbucks is my go-to. It's near my work and usually there's no issue. The drive-thru moves fairly quickly, and the inside of the restaurant offers a lot of seating. The employees are a little hit or miss. I've had some really amazing baristas, and some that could brush up on their customer service skills. This morning, I picked up my usual drink - a decaf caramel macchiato. I have to drink decaf for health reasons. There isn't a real taste difference, so it works! However, half way through my drink today, the high caffeine that isn't in a decaf drink started to hit me. Severe dizziness, nausea, shakiness, etc. I didn't feel normal again until mid-afternoon. Fortunately, I was able to take a half day of work to push through the side effects. I try not to give a low review to a place I frequent just from one bad experience. But honestly, this situation could have been even worse than it was. Baristas, please be more careful and mindful of drink orders. read more

They are so rude, we walked in and they thought they were open and they had the rudest tone in their voice and were so passive and could have just said "hey so sorry were closed". They are also always closed and never open. Every place is short staffed but we don't get to choose to just shut down everyday when we wanna. read more

Just a great starbucks!! Easily one of my top choices in the greater Milwaukee area to go too. The parking is great, the staff is wonderful and they ALWAYS get my drinks right the first time which is not always so at other ones. The inside has lots of seating and outside as well which is good. Lots of plugs for laptops and the volume is generally always reasonable inside. read more

On my drive, I pass more than one Sbux location... I always choose to go to Muskego (especially their drive-thru), because they are the fastest, the most accurate with their orders, and their lattes never taste burned. When I go inside the store, there's always plenty of seating and outlets available. I never feel like I'm sitting on top of another group of people. I recommend this location! read more

The coffee here is horrible. Some times my lattes won't even have espresso in them. I went to another location just to have my drink remade. They told me they have a lot of people come in and ask for their drinks to be remade that they got from the Muskego location. read more

Every time I order from this Starbucks they screw up at least one item, never fails. They never seem to get the order correct. This time I even got charged for 2 higher priced items and received items that were each a $1.55 lower in price. read more

I go here quite often and not once have I received anything less than amazing service. All of the staff I've encountered are all very bubbly and eager to serve you. The drinks are very good, but too much ice! If I'm paying so much for a beverage I would like it filled to the brim! And to top that, they always spell my name wrong!
